Not at all satisfied with our ordering experience this evening, from delivery, customer service, to problem resolution. We've ordered from this location many times before, this is the first time we've had a bad experience. When I called to discuss the issues, it was obvious that the staff was in a mad rush to close the shop and go home because the manager on duty (Janis) had no remorse with the order errors. My 1 star was so I could post my review. It should have been no stars. I placed a web-order around for a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza, the first half is a build your own, while the second half gives you an option to select from the choices which I did. I selected a Eugene's Supreme and focused on building the other half. Why would I select the drop down option for a Supreme if I had to build it. Confusing. THEN, we ordered cinnamon sticks, icing and extra cinnamon, ceaser salad and a 2L soda. Well what was delivered, was the pizza, icing, ranch dressing, extra cinnamon and pizza sauce. No salad, no soda, and no meat on the Eugene Supreme. Not too mention, the dough on the pizza was hard like rock. This was our dinner choice this evening amongst other pizzerias in the area, bad choice When I called to find out what happened to our order, the only thing Janis could tell me was, well we can make another pizza but we are closing soon. And when I explained about the obvious errors of delivering icing and cinnamon with no cinnamon sticks, she said they never question it because customers order it all the time without the bread sticks. I am not frustrated with the fact we didn't get our complete order, I am frustrated about what is happening in our society nowadays. What happened to the motto "take pride in your work" do companies not care any more about customer service and quality? We appreciate hard work trust me, we own a business and we do our damnedest to provide professional, quality service for our customers. If they are not satisfied, well guess what, we go back out there until they are. Unfortunately, our experience this evening is not going to motivate us to call again.

Pizza is delicious. Manager/owner is not so nice. They put out coupons for free pizza with no limits on other than one coupon per visit. After my neighborhood friends allowed me to have their coupons, I was allowed to use them until the second from the last day the coupon was to expire when she asked if I worked for the post office and basically accused me of stealing mail (a federal offense). The next day I called to use a coupon and she lied to me by saying they were out of small dough. I had my neighbors call and their small order went in fine. I called back and someone else answered so I was able to place my order. Once we arrived, she said she would not honor our coupon. As a past retail manager and a now present accountant, I offered to give her advice on how to fix the coupons but she was clearly upset with the fact that the coupons were being used (wasn't that why they sent them out?) All in all, they have struggled before and unless customer service improves, I am sure they will continue to struggle.

Haven’t ordered in awhile because they have delivered to the wrong address multiple times. I never wrote reviews but enough is enough. Once again my wife and I decide to order from them because they have good pizza. After 1 hour and 10 min I called and they said the delivery driver left 5 min ago. I said “please make sure it goes to this address it’s been sent the last few times to a similar address”. The manager assured me that he would let the driver know. 20 min later with myself having to go to work I call again knowing that they probably delivered to the wrong address. A woman answered and instead of saying hey let me discount your pizza and we will make you a new one. Well you got to go to work so we will just credit your money. No! Make things right! I’m in the service industry and honestly poor management job. I hope you guys can figure something out. I want to see small business succeed. I will keep everyone updated if there is a response back to this message. Ty

Convenience is a huge factor for me with any business. With a 5 and 2 year old I try to avoid places where I’ll experience long waits and well really I avoid any public places these days as well. Jets allows for online orders as well as selecting a pick up time. I arrived about a half hour early for my most recent pick up. I popped in real quick (since youngest had just fallen asleep) to check if by chance my order was ready. The fella at the front said it was already in the oven and offered to bring it to my car when it was done! This is a huge help for me as a mom and I appreciate the kind gesture. As far as pizza goes, I’m happy with the crispy throughout crust. My husband prefers cheesy sloppy greasy New York style, while I prefer a crispy yet cheesy slice. Jets checks the boxes for me and great customer service goes a long way for me as well. Thanks Jets!

We were in the mood for pizza and we decided to give Jet’s Pizza a try. Made an on-line order of the Detroit-style “8 corners” pepperoni pizza with pickled jalapeños and a Romano cheese crust. Also, ordered the deep dish bread with Italian sausage and pizza sauce for dipping. I arrived at the time indicated on the order and my order was ready! Everything was hot and prepared as ordered. It smelled so good, I was tempted to sample while driving, but resisted the temptation! We loved the crunchy crust of the pizza and there was plenty of toppings on our pizza. The deep dish bread was also very good, especially with the small container of pizza sauce for dipping! This was our first visit to Jet’s and I am sensing we will become regulars! Yum!

Recently relocated here & Jets instantly became our FAVORITE pizza place. Pizza is ALWAYS delicious but I'm not too happy at all with their night staff, hence the missing star. I called at 8:20 on Thursday (9/24), was asked to hold, I said sure. After a few minutes I was disconnected. I called 3 times after and the kid who answered the phone pretended that he couldn't hear me and hung up the phone. I understand all about running a pizza kitchen, my husband is a chef and managed BOH and helped with FOH at a high end pizza establishment. There was plenty of time to make the simple order that we order at least once a week. Religiously. So, note to owner: whoever that kid is that answered the phone, he's losing money for ya'll. Just saying.

I’ve been getting Jets Pizza for more than 20 years. If you haven’t had a deep dish from Jet’s, then your Pizza life is incomplete. There is no where in San Antonio that has the same crispy, buttery, fluffy crust. We buy Jets for many of our big family get togethers and no one ever leaves hungry. Do yourself a favor and get you a Jet Pac (pizza, antipasto salad w/ranch (get extra ranch because it is fantastic) and a Jet bread). You may be disappointed by other things in life, but you won’t be disappointed by the flavor fiesta you get from ordering up some Jets.

I just placed an order this evening and I asked for pepperoni and green peppers and extra cheese on my large pizza along with a 2 L Pepsi. I only receive cheese and peppers and my pizza and my drink was wrong I received cherry Pepsi instead of regular Pepsi. So I called and spoke to John at the Jets location and he was also the one that took my order as well and he never apologized and made me pay for entire order, however they did bring back a Pepsi but by that time I receive my drink my pizza was cold. Terrible experience!

Good pizza. We like the deep dish and usually order it with extra sauce, well done with Parmesan on the crust. I ALWAYS have a problem using a coupon with them unless I call in the order. If you have a coupon DON'T order online and don't pay online. I was told they'd fix my bill when I picked the pizza up, and when I got there they said they couldn't (or wouldn't?) do anything to correct my bill since I had paid online. I've learned my lesson. I wish their customer service was better. Still - good pizza.

The mistake we made was ordering through uber eats. Half the order was correct, but the side orders we got were not. A chicken Caesar salad, and a Greek salad. When I called Cameron, who was very pleasant and helpful asked his manager Janet to correct the order. Cameron called back and said that manager Janet said they can't deliver the correction to us....because uber delivered.....can't...... The pizza was good, and we will call again directly... But...can't....that's just lazy customer service.

We have ordered from Jet's pizza for years. Always had amazing pizza. It is pricey compared to other pizza places but they always did a great job on making the order to perfection. Tonight however was not the case. I talked to the manager and unfortunately was not offered a solution to fix my ex large half and half pizza that was not correct. I understand Covid has effected everyone. I just wish Jet's would have made this right.

Always great and the owner is part of team. Disregard those few petty reviews about incorrect order or tastes cheap. They probably don't have much good to say about anyting else either. After years of orders we have NEVER been disappointed nor have any of our many many orders been wrong. The deep dish is an absolute must yet I find myself drawn to the thin crust with it's almost crunchy texture. You really can't go wrong here.

Staff communication is terrible! I ordered 2 large pizza and 10 packs of parmesan and 3 packs of red pepper. ( Delivery order) I did not care how much the cost was! I received the pizzas with 0 packs of parmesan and red pepper! When I called the store, I was told that I didn’t pay for it and it wasn’t added to the order! My guests we’re very concern, and I was very disappointed! I will never order pizza from here!

Excellent pizza. One of our favorites in San Antonio--I recently placed a large order to serve guests the day after my daughters wedding. Jets delivered 5 large pizzas salads and wings completely across town & way out of their delivery area. They were on time , hot and delicous. They even brought a wedding card with a gift card for my daughter and her new husband !! Couldn't have been better ! Recommend Jets highly !!!

The delivery boy Jordan was incredibly rude! And the pizza was basically a mess... I mean I know he has to drive but my pizza toppings were on top of the box! I honestly don’t think I would’ve minded so much about that but the way he basically rolled his eyes and threw my change back at me was ridiculous! I will not be ordering from here again due that lack of professionalism. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Best pizza in San Antonio! My favorite is the Hawaiian Deep Dish they also have great wings, sandwiches and salads. And if you are in a hurry you can grab a pepperoni slice. The slices are always hot and fresh. And last but not least the RANCH is out of this world. They make it there and is soooo good that I think they should bottle it and sell it in the groceries stores. The service is nice too!

This pizza isn't your average pizza! It's the best! They take pride and care in their business and the quality of their pizza is outstanding. Their business is very clean and the owner works very hard to ensure his patrons are receiving great quality. It might be a bit of a drive from me but to me and my kiddos it is well worth it. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Wow pretty impressed. I got the 4 corner deep dish pizza with turbo crust, pepperoni and bold pepperoni. I read the reviews and tried it this way and yes, it is pretty darn good if not awesome. One customer told me it was like the old school Pizza Hut deep dish way back in the day before they changed it and I have to agree. Highly recommend and I would go back for sure!

Order from here about once a month. The Hawaiian BBQ pizza is awesome and their Jet's Boat (Calzone) is also great! Always receive great service and fresh pizza. Their signature pizza is a deep dish, but have several options of crust. Their salads are also very fresh tasting. They are not a sit down to eat pizza place. Staff is always very nice and restaurant is clean.

National Pizza Day sent me to the internet for Pizza options. Jet's has great reviews and is close to home. The turbo crust topping is flavorful without being too salty. Cooked to perfection! Next time, and there will be a next time, I'll request double sauce. It was too thin. It is really tasty sauce and we wanted more. We definitely recommend Jet's.

Multiple delivery problems, they still owe me a credit on my account because of a calzone that came with no topping in it, but their online process is horrible, the app never works and today it says they can’t deliver, which is not an uncommon event for this place it’s horrible!!! FYI you can order through Uber eats it’s faster and cheaper

We order from Jets quite often and are usually quite satisfied. Today we got our delivery of pizza, wings, and salad. The pizza and wings were as ordered but the salad was incorrect. I called and Jets immediately made a new salad and delivered super fast. Accidents happen, so I applaud them for their excellent customer service. Thanks Jets!

Three times in a row, something has been forgotten. Before I ordered, I reminded them to please not forget an item and of course, they did. The owner was rude, short with me, and demanded I tell him the name of who took my order. Like I would remember that. No resolution and hung up on me. I just want jalapeños on my pizza. Not that hard

My friend from Michigan told me about this place bc it is his favorite back home.. let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It was crispy and delicious! We ordered curbside and it was ready when they said it would be ready. The only thing was when we reheated it the next day it gave both of us a bit of heartburn but it was worth it lol

I love Detroit-style pizza and was excited to order from here. The first time was amazing! Crisp, delicious pizza and amazing wings. Last night, both the pizza and wings were burnt. What was even more disappointing was that I sent an email to management regarding my second experience, but they never responded. Such a shame.

Food was not the best but the service and price sucked. They delivered the food and left it outside the door. I didn’t appreciate that. Sure wasn’t worth the 5 dollar tip I gave. I ordered a four slice pizza and wings which wasn’t the best Never again will I order from this place. Should of just stuck with Marcos pizza.

Delicious, uniquely made pizza. We ordered the large and it fed us all with room to spare. We were able to pickup the pizza on the way home and the location is extremely convenient to our commute home. Not just another need brand joint and has a really unique and incredibly delicious pizza! …

The pizza arrived quickly and accurately but honestly I wasn't impressed with the quality. I've never physically been there or seen there menu. I just called and ordered a medium sausage pizza so it is possible I am missing something about this place. But the pizza by itself just tastes cheap.

The Detroit Style Pizza at Jet's was excellent!! I much prefer this pizza over Mashd by far. Via 313 in Austin is my favorite and this is a very close second. Pizza Huts version is terrible and it's conveyor belt pizza... Yuck. Don't look any further, because Jets is your place. Recommended!!

Jets deep dish pizza is the best in San Antonio. My son worked there before heading to college..he told me how they use the best ingredients and fresh REAL mozzarella...and you can really taste it! SERIOUSLY it's worth the drive to Stone Oak for the Chicken Parm deep dish...yummy!!

New to the area, so I dropped in and ordered by the slice. They make the pizza fresh and also the ranch dressing is made daily, per the employee. I thought the pizza was great, good prices, and just the attitude, service, and pride about their product made it worthwhile for me.

Not only is the pizza f'n amazing! But the staff is even better. I went to the stone oak location to pick up an order. I messed up my order online and when i arrived and told the staff they happily fixed my mistake and were amazingly kind about it. Amazing, Truly!

One of the best pizza I had in recent times. I ordered a veggie pizza . It tastes so fresh and can tell the quality of the ingredients. Due to COVID we went to just pick and they did cut it into square which actually was easy to eat while sitting in the car.

Literally our favorite pizza place in all of the city! We’ve ordered from this establishment several times and always get great service. If you want a more traditional pizza that is super tasty and will be delivered right to your door, Jets won’t disappoint!

My husband is from Detroit so we wanted to try this pizza. The pizza and Greek salad were very good. We also spoke with the owners and they were very nice. They and my husband Brad had lots to talk about; especially sports. We will definitely be going back.

I've interacted with a number of their employees and each one of them have always been really nice and service-oriented, well appreciated! This is my favorite fast food pizza joint in the neighborhood, their bold pepperoni pizza is a classic goody!

Their pizza is, well, astounding! I get their Jet's 10 (10 toppings) with extra cheese, turbo crust (4-cheese crust), and Well Done (extra cooked to keep the crust intact) on their Large (15-piece) square deep-dish crust. They ALWAYS nail it!

Night crew need to work on their customer service not being rude to paying customers. Hire adults not children. That goes for the management too. In this case you are adults you’re in hospitality and the food industry act accordingly.

Update.We have ordered from Jets about 4-6x in the past 3 yrs. Mainly pizzas and salads. Never disappointed! Always a nice change from the big pizza chains. Jets does it well and with integrity. Nice work y'all. 100% give Jets a try!

Love it! My daughter and I had been looking for something new. I drive for UBEReats and pick up here a lot so I thought why not try it. We love it! The deep dish with Real Italian sausage ummm ummm good. It's our new go to pizza.

By and far the best pizza since we lived back in NY state. Buffalo wings made with Frank's hot sauce, the way they are supposed to be. Order was completed and ready in the promised in 15 minutes. Why go anywhere else?

I found Jet's Pizza back in 2015 when looking for different pizza spots. I am SO glad I gave them a try! Jet's pizza is always so flavorful and fulfilling and customer service is always great. Forever a customer!

Excellent deep dish pizza. I ordered the 8 corner with Cajun and turbo crust. The well done cook came out great. Perfect crisp! It's too bad you're so far away from my house or I'd order this all the time!

Great food. Had the four corners pizza and turbo six cheese sticks. Moderately priced. I wish they had more seats but I managed. Main focus is the good pizza. The cheese tore apart like in a commercial.

Pizza was on the upper end of decent. Still overpriced though. Paid 50 bucks for 2 pizzas and was still plenty hungry. Could've gotten high end pizza for around the same price and been fully satisfied.

Really tasty pizzas, wings, & according to my wife, salads. In a time where delivery companies/drivers kinda suck, Jet's consistently delivers on time, the correct order, & not spilled or flipped.

Tried this because of the great reviews. The staff were very nice. However, I was not impressed with the pizza. The crust was tough and the flavor was so so. Disappointed as it was fairly pricey.

Other than needing a bit more oil in their NY style pies the food here is great. If your ordering for delivery ask for Steve. He'll get it to you quick and make sure you have your whole order.

Stunning. Being from Detroit, when I saw this place go in, I was very pleased. Top notch pizza and bread every single time. Forget the other chains in town, they have nothing on jets.

After looking at some other reviews, I might have to give them another chance and try out the Detroit style pizza next time. I got the hand tossed pizza and wasn’t very impressed.

First time here to get some take out pizza. I was fairly impressed with the quality and flavor of the pizza. Good variety of pizza as well (NY & Detroit Style, think crust, etc).

Food was absolutely terrible! We had pizza and wings - both were cold when we got them and nothing special on flavor. Very disappointing…waited an hour and spent $55 on garbage.

We love the sauce choices. We also liked that we could get the pizzas in rectangular shapes over round. We really enjoyed their pizzas and will order from them again soon.

Good pizza! I've gotten dish and thin crust and a salad. All were good. The greek salad was good with lots of toppings. My only complaint is the price is a little high.

Jets is always consistent at this location. Wings are great. Pizza is tip top. Customer service is on point. As far as pizza chains go, this is one of the best.
