Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite restaurants since when I was in Chicago. I went to this store today but one of the employee was super rude. She roar out to me for not opening the door for her friend. I don’t have an obligation to open the door for her friend, and also her friend is in front of me so I didn’t have a chance to help. Even her friend said nothing. I was shocked that an employee could treat customer like this. I was angry and she then talked to me normally like nothing happened but still no apologies. However, apart form the girl, other employees were nice and provide good service. I don’t know the hiring standard but please at lease make sure your employees don’t roar out to customers for no reason!

Pretty good sandwiches. We were just passing by and decided to eat here. The pricing was pretty decent for what we got. My only complaint was the service. The person "helping" us seemed uninterested in answering our questions. They just kept pointing at various signs or menus. We had never eaten there before, so we didn't exactly know what to expect. The food was good. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I would definitely go back (or to another establishment in the franchise) in the future.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Sent my husband to walk and get us jimmy John's and they wouldn't let him order because we didn't call and place our order in advance. Yes you heard that right. There was no one in line, no employees making sandwiches, and they told him to call me, to have me call Jimmy John's to place the order.. even though he was already standing at the register. Absolutely rediculous. We were outraged. So we got food somewhere else. We will never ever go to this location again. Horrible service and horrible management of staff

Service is horrible, I've ordered from here often. They do not answer the phones at this location ever. I'll ask for no onions and to cut my sandwich they'll give me onions and with no cut. I went to the store and the guy in back of the register looked like he was sleep before I walked up. Other guys making my sandwich looked very rough unkept and I didn't want him making my sandwich.

Although the young man taking my order seemed bothered, I overlooked that when I watched Tonya and Codi make my six subs. They work well as a team. They were pleasant to talk to. They have great customer service skills and a positive attitude about working. If you go in I hope these two are working, because they're good attitude helps you walk out smiling!

There are better sandwiches in a block radius for the same price. What really brings down my rating is the service. The brand touts crazy fast service but the taller guy handling the register just didn't care. It's going to be a long time until he finds a better job.

I had placed an order at 3:21pm today and it is 6:49pm. I never received my meal. I kept calling to see where it is at and they kept saying that its out for delivery but it never arrived. I just called and they said that the delivery driver went home for the day. This is unacceptable service

It was a filthy disaster and the man told me there were no More online Orders while the other man was already working on my online orders they looked unkempt and nasty the man making my sandwich had his hood on and it was a total disaster food was gross

Why have a phone if it never gets answered! Called four times and it just rings forever before it hangs up on me. Ordered 50 minutes ago from less than 2 miles away and am still waiting.

Delicious sandwiches, was completely empty on a Wednesday at 4:30pm so I was happy to receive fast service as I was starving.
