Rude and very impatient employee. Some guy in a bike helmet treated us with a condescending attitude as we tried to figure out what to order. He walked away from us in a huff because we didn't know what to order as soon as we walked in. We almost left, but decided to try to not let it bother us. Was the food worth it? Not really.

I ordered a sandwich about an hour before closing via the Jimmy John's app. As I entered the store, a man was collecting trash from a bin and happily greeted me and welcomed me in. The lady that prepared my sandwich, however, handed it to me with barely any engagement, seemingly annoyed by something.

Very rude, and bad attitude towards my questions over the phone, all I wanted to know if they were out of an ingredient because the order app did not have it as a option to choose at that certain location. ill never come here or order again. all they got was a very, very fast bad review!

Literally the absolute BEST Jimmy John's in all of the Seattle area! The managers and workers are kind, courteous, respectful, and they sure as heck make a fast sammich! I'd rate ten stars if I could to be honest! Also David definitely is a great manager and needs a raise.
