They were never pushy and willing to do whatever we needed to accommodate our needs. We live in Illinois, which added to the difficulty and stress of out of state ownership. They arraigned everything, took care of all the costs and made the whole process simple. They used Pioneer Title Agency who were able to meet with us on a Saturday while we were in town for the weekend to take care of all the paperwork. Best experience we could have asked for. Top-notch! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience when selling my home for cash! I sent an inquiry on Sunday night, received call to set up appt by Chad first thing Monday morning, and by noon, Ryan was at my house, by 430pm I had a contract. I put out feelers to 20 different companies that do cash purchases and Joe Homebuyer came in at the highest price, they executed a sale faster than anyone and they came out to the house twice. The face time and genuine rapport is what really sold it for me. They cared to assure that I was comfortable each step of the way. Arin communicated with me every day until close. Ryan Thornton made the experience of selling my Mother's long time home effortless. Had it been wished, the home would have been acquired by his firm in far less time than it took for us to empty the home of personal possessions. The additional service of moving content that we found convenient for someone else to move was very much appreciated. When we had issues with the buyer Evolve Properties, Cesar stepped in and resolved the issues, even though the buyer knew all the details of the sale.
