Above and beyond is the key phrase I'd use anytime describing this amazing team of realtors. Akash has been in my network of friends for over 2 yrs, and about a year I ago I told him that when the time to find my house in AZ came I would ask for his help. Well fast forward to 2020, a year of a lot of challenging hurdles for many, we began our search for my new home. It was to our surprise that the market was not slowing down for the pandemic, so Akash Kay used that fuel to increase his level of strategies to help provide not only the best service to me as his client, but specifically in depth analysis of the best properties that would fit my needs and with great ease. Almost 2 months into our search, we locked in on a beautiful home in South Mountain. From start to finish I received the best communication I felt possible, and with each step I felt like my goal of becoming a home owner was always his priority. This review is for the Kaushal Team, and more specifically for Akash Kaushal. I'm giving Akash five stars ... because I can't do six. Akash helped us with a rather complicated real estate transaction. We were purchasing a third condo for my family that was not going to be our primary residence. Banks don't like that. To complicate matters further, we had to sell another condo in a short time. Akash was like a maestro conducting an orchestra - he made sure the various agents, mortgage people, buyers and sellers, movers, appraisers and the like were all on the same page, working together to make it all happen at the right time. He sold our home for a great price and found our wonderful new home in a timely manner. His demeanor is cheerful and pleasant. He was a joy to work with. Akash...where to start. He is literally the best in the business, of all places to find him he reached out to me on Instagram because I put out a post about looking for a realtor. He took me to look at my first property and was the nicest most laid back guy. This is my first property I was buying and I’m a young girl so i was nervous about the area, he walked around with me chatted with neighbors to get a better feel for the place, definitely went above and beyond. He took me to tons of properties to look at until I found the one I loved. He’s been an absolute gem, always on top of things, on time and any issues he always works to resolve them. He even offered to help move my boxes on move in day. If you’re looking for a trustworthy genuine and hard working realtor Akash is the guy! Won’t use anyone else!

Akash and the Kaushals were amazingly helpful, wonderfully communicative and on top of the real estate market from start to finish (and beyond!) for our first time home purchase. Akash sent out properties that were not only in our price range, but also fit our style and location! When it came time to place our bid on the property, we WON, beating out three other offers, because Akash coached us to make the most competitive offer. Throughout the whole process Akash was only ever a phone call away. He treated us like we were his only clients (though we know he was balancing more).
