I love Fluevog shoes. I have six pairs of them. As much as I don't want it to be true, it is: they have really declined in quality. One pair of Bondgirl boots had to be returned because there was nearly a full inch of difference in the circumference of the shaft. I could zip one boot, but the other was hopeless. I traded them in for a pair of red Bondgirl boots. The zipper on the left boot occasionally separated at the ankle, making the boots nearly impossible to remove. I was unable to reconnect the separated zipper at one point and had to leave them with Fluevog for several weeks to have a cobbler repair the zipper. Nearly a year later, my calves have returned to their normal size (I was seriously injured by a reckless driver in 2011) and the boots must be stretched. They have had them nearly seven weeks now and promise that they will go on the stretcher today. I've gotten a different story from every single person I've talked to and I have been very patient.

Anyone who owns Fluevogs knows how amazing they are! But the best part of shopping for Vogs is the experience! I have shopped in person at Seattle, Vancouver, and Denver and no matter where I am or where the shoes have to travel from, the customer service experience is always amazing!! My phone calls have always been answered with welcome tones and detailed answers! I’ve ordered so many pairs of shoes over the phone and every employee has been cool, knowledgeable, and kind! The culture at Fluevog is the best, and should be an example for any sales experience!! My most recent purchase was over the phone at the Seattle store last week. The Fluevologist helped me pick the correct size based on other shoes I had. The last pair in the country was in Manhattan and that store shipped them fast! I had them in under a week! Thank you so much for all the fantastic service through the years!

My girlfriend bought a pair of shoes here last week and decided she wanted a different style. The staff here cheerfully helped her try out several different styles with an almost Saint-like level of patience, especially considering we showed up to do the exchange 15 minutes before they were supposed to close, on a Friday night. She finally made her decision 30 minutes after they closed, yet you couldn't tell by the staff's demeanor. My girl gets flustered when she feels like she is being rushed, and we never felt rushed at all, in fact if we hadn't already known that they closed at 7pm, I would have thought they closed at least an hour later than they did.

Grew up wearing Fluevogs and bought my first pair in Seattle, the first JF in the states. Was stoked to head to my old stomping grounds to buy my daughter her first pair. Total nostalgia! The second we walked in we were uncomfortable, zero welcome, hawk eyed us the whole time and he didn't say a word. Bad bad vibes, so we left without the shoes! And no he didn't say thanks for coming in, have a good day or even bye. We got the impression he thought he was way cooler than us. Won't be back!

Roland was so incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He sized me perfectly for the specific fit of every shoe I tried....and I tried on about a dozen different pair. He let me know how each shoe will wear and how the fit will or will not stretch/adjust. Roland's customer service alone is a great reason to shop here but then there are the shoes. Creatively designed and well-made, these shoes look and feel fabulous! I can't wait to wear my first pair of Fluevogs! Thank you, Roland!

I recently had the Grand National shoe purchased for me in a 10. They felt fine in-store, but I came home and tried them on a little longer, only to feel that they were a tad too small. I came back a couple of days later and exchanged them for a 12. These shoes run small! The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning to make my own purchase in the near future. I couldn’t believe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. Highly recommend this brand!

What stunning shoes!!! Of course, we rather expected that. Men's, women's - enticing, exciting, retro, futuro, most...even sensual, visually and even to handle (dare I say... er, no, nothing kinky - - just artistic appreciation and awe. Did I mention attention to comfort? These shoes coast more than some, but are not as expensive as many less attractive and less comfortable shoes. Damn,... I don't yet own a pair... soon though. My feet will thank m; my fans too!

This is not the first time I've been to this Fluevog store, and every time I've been there I've received excellent customer service. The person I was working with was very knowledgeable about the different styles of shoes. I came home with a pair of patent leather Tardys, a crepe-soled boot I've been drooling over ever since I first saw them at the Fluevog website. I put them on and they were so comfortable I wore them out of the store.

The most beautiful shoes, the best people, and the highest quality. It's hard not to walk into this place with a smile. Buy things or don't, try on things or not, but you'll sure have a great time and meet some wonderful people. Thanks for helping me get my new pair of Derby Swirls! The Seattle Fluevog store is one of their best. Fluevogs are excellent, hand-made shoes. Their boots were a big part of the grunge scene. This location is a smaller store, but they have a great selection and extremely helpful staff. I love shopping here whenever I'm in Seattle.

The most uninteresting bored lazy sarcastic clerk I have seen in my life about what you would find in a Kmart that has gone bankrupt!! But the shoes were flamboyant fabulous crazy zany shoes that if any of them came in wide width I would have dropped the $400 to take one home

Beautiful store, beautiful presentation. Walked past the store like 10 times on vacation, ended up heading in and buying a pair on the spot. Employees are very kind, and gave me some good advice on how to keep them clean. 10/10.

The store manager Ben helped me both times I've stopped in here. I wear a size 13 which limits my options, and he was great at asking questions to understand my vibe and finding what they had in store that would fit me.

Friendly staff oh so very cute fun funky shoes. Expect random shoe compliments everywhere you go. COVID edit....stellar customer service during this shut down. Can't wait to shop there when everything re-opens!

This is the fourth Fluevog store I’ve been to and it was a fantastic experience. The staff loves the shoes. Plain and simple. If you have a Fluevog soul then come here to get your Fluevog soles.
