EDIT/ 2nd Update: Krista and the Male manager (forgot his name) were very helpful and did everything they could to make things right. Thank you for making my ring new again, and replacing the band. They even ordered 2 more rings from California just incase I wanted to do a switch out but I chose to keep my stone. All in all, I’m happy with their service and will make this location my store again. Thank you Krista for being so kind and checking in to make sure I love my ring. Absolute worst experience having a ring from Kay Jewelers. If you want the start of your engagement process to be stressful…and ringless…come here. Had my ring 3 days before the main diamond started clicking around in the setting. I brought it to be repaired…days later they call me say it’s ready…pick it up and my solitaire 2 ct diamond is rocking around the setting still…what a joke, I wanted to cry and was devastated to leave again without my engagement ring that I had worn just a couple days post engagement. I agreed to get a new head peace since the prongs may have been faulty. They tell me it should be a couple days…it’s been over a week and they keep changing the dates. Today is Friday and I was told it would be ready today…I had to call 8 times in a 3 hour period to track down the status to see if it was ready or not. They tell me it should be ready tomorrow…another day…so sad that my fiancé proposed 3 weeks ago and I have no ring still. I am so saddened that this is my shop I have to come back to for the warranty. Terrible workmanship. How does a jeweler send a ring back to the customer claiming it’s been repaired when it clearly is bouncing around :(. Hopefully my ring will actually be ready by the next date they have given me. Save yourself the trouble, find any jeweler but this one. My biggest anxiety now, is that I will go to pick up again and it won’t be fixed correctly again. UPDATE: Received my ring today…only to find that the 14k Stamp is missing and the logo from the brand of manufacturer is half way missing…so half a star is on the inside of band…after all the wait to have my diamond secured…I am told I can leave it with them again to sent out again! At this point I am fed up, I will NOT take it back to this location, my fiancé took the time to pick out a ring on his own for a surprise engagement and the ring is not the same as originally now :(. Shame on you Kay Jewelers and the unprofessional workmanship.

WORST service and product....my husband purchase me a diamond anniversary band in December 2015, luckily he purchased the warranty since less than 6 months into owning the ring a diamond fell out. They sent it out for repair which took a little over 6 weeks to get it back, not even a month later another diamond fell out, again they sent it out for repairs, taking another few months to get it back. Finally in February 2017 the 3rd time one of the diamonds fell out they decided to just replace the whole ring. We were told it would take a few weeks to get the new ring in and we could bring back the original ring that can't be worn to exchange it with the new one. I was happy with the solution however it's now June and we still don't have the new ring. We called in April and were told sorry it takes a few months not weeks, we informed them it's been since February at that point we were told the ring should be there any day since it was ordered in February. May came still no ring so we call again this time we are told that they are not sure where it was and why it hasn't come in yet and they would track it down and call us. Again no call back, now it's June we call a 3rd time get a 3rd person and he informs us it doesn't look like the sales person CC ever ordered it and they would find out why and call us back...it's now going on 4 days and still no call (big surprise) at this point I just want my money back. I feel ripped off and lied to. I hope the Better Business Bureau feels the same way I do and we get our money back!!!!

Should be 0 stars, made a custom order 6 weeks in advance. My wife purchased my wedding band and it would arrive before our big day. I called the day before to confirm that it would be arriving at the ETA and they stated yes that it would and I would receive a call back when it has arrived. 5 days later I called to ask where my call back was? They did not have an answer and told me to contact customer care to which they did not have one either. And was told to go into the store and let them handle this situation. Will never return, they neglected to keep me updated on my arrival. Or any updates that it would be delayed. I suggest you go somewhere else to find better service, Because you will not find that here.

I have been coming to Cici for 8 years. She’s been the most helpful, patient and genuine person who’s ever helped me. She only wants to see the customer happy with their purchase. She’s helped me with upgrades, repairs and has always informed me of sales. As an employee and a person I find her to be one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Krista is also an amazing person who is always helping me if Cici is unavailable and willing to answer any question or concern I have. I have referred family here (meadows location) no matter how far the drive this is the only Kay’s I will come to as long as Cici and Krista are there. Thank you ladies for everything! I appreciate you.

This is the best Kay Jewelers that I have been to. I am retired and have lived in Hawaii, Las Vegas, and Ohio and have frequented Kay Jewelers in all three places. My husband and I purchased diamond jewelry at Kay along with the warrantees. I have purchased earrings, tennis bracelet, anniversary band, earrings and my wedding band, so I get them checked every 6 months. It was always a delight to go to this store. They were always respectful and admired my pieces, even those not purchased through them. I've moved out of Nevada, but will always remember how they treated me just like "gold":) The only man at the store is a "gem"!

This store of Kay Jewelers did a wonderful job in getting the exact ring I was looking for. There were issues trying to get an order from online into the store, but with the help of Naz, Antonio, Krista, and CiCi we were able to get it done and on time for my trip! I would highly recommend any one of these jewelers to assist you because of the care, concern, and customer service they provided!

Very poor customer service, it seems unbelievable such a company has that kind of vendors. Make better staff selections if you want them to buy more, the quality of the product is not everything. It is more or equal to how it is sold and how the seller represents the company. The truth is worth your service.

I went in to get my ring resized. Maria helped me out when I dropped it off she was extremely helpful. My ring came back in sooner than expected by about a week. Krista helped me and again was super helpful. My ring was better than new. Love this Kay's location.
