I had a awesome experience at Morgan Jewelers on September 4th, 2023 Labor Day. I just casually walked into the store just to look and compare prices of wedding rings and was immediately approached with a smile and warm welcoming introduction by Maria Luna the assistant manager. I informed her what I was looking for and she jumped right into action to show me several rings. I was so pleased with her customer service and the many selections of rings to choose from that I ended up purchasing my wedding ring in record broking time of 2 minutes. I was not there to purchase a ring because I already had plan to purchase a ring from another jewelry store. Maria Luna made arrangements for my ring to be sized immediately due to I will be leaving out of the country within a short amount of days and she introduced me to Hedi Molitor Tripp who would be handling the arrangement for me to pick up my ring on that coming Wednesday. Both of these women were fabulous, friendly, kind, have excellent customer service and attended to all my needs. I was extremely impressed and pleased with their customer service . I highly recommend you go to Morgan Jewelers and see Maria and Hedi you won't be disappointed .

I came in for a ring for my wife and I picked a good one, then on my second visit I ended up getting the one I saw first that I really wanted. it was a very good decision. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here at Morgan jeweler's. I originally started with Penny, she was great and helped me with different options. Fast forward to August, I returned to Morgan Jewelers and she provided me with the same high level of service as she did before. After 13 years together my girlfriend and I decided to finally tie the knot 2/4/2023. We did a quickie no frills ceremony with cheap place holder rings for the time being. We were ready this weekend to buy our forever rings and started the rounds of jewelry stores in and out of the mall and only one made us feel welcome and comfortable in our ring shopping experience. On June 26, We drove 3 jewelry stores looking for anyone who could fix my dad's jewelries on the same day, no luck. We were at Meadow mall when the 3rd store told us to go upstairs to Morgan's. I approached Helen and explained to her about getting it fix on the same day cause my dad had a special meeting the next day with his childhood friend. She talked to Robert who gladly accommodated our request. And also thank you to the man who fixed it in less than 30 mins. I have always had an amazing and wonderful experience with the staff at this store. One, I love the selections they have, amazing pieces that will make you wonder just which ones you want. They are all beautiful. But the staff is perfect. I get to work with Maria Luna all the time. My parents bought rings and other jewelry from her, and I am the second generation of my family going to her. She is kind, generous, and an amazing sales person. She's friendly to everyone who comes to her, and all the staff have told me she's a joy to work with.

My husband and I are longtime customers with Morgan’s Jewelers at the Meadows Mall Las Vegas. Always friendly service. I especially like dealing with Penny and Robert. They recognize us when we come in and the majority of our jewelry has been purchased there from wedding rings, LeVian jewelry watches necklaces and special occasion jewelry. It all started with a stone reset of a diamond in an engagement ring I had bought from another vendor. Now, I have returned to have the ring cleaned and purchased wedding bands for myselfe and my now wife. I went in last week to buy my first pair of diamond earings and i had an overall good experience.
