Beware. No matter what, they will always find ways to charge you extra and they will send you old cars with a lot of problems and damage. They will lie and give you fake stories about everything. They sent me an edited picture of the car with fake damage. It had nothing like that when I returned it. After a while they realised I wasn’t going to accept it, as I had all of the evidence. So instead they changed it to delivery fees instead, which were completely overpriced as you can see in the pictures. When I confronted them about the deposit and said I would take it to the police, they sent laughing emojis. They don’t take anything seriously. They’re desperate. They don’t care about customer service. Cars were 6-7 years old. A lot of things were broken and they already had a lot of damage. Mileage was very high, sometimes over 150,000km. One car was so bad I had to return it, but then they charged me 1000rm to exchange for a different car. And they also charged me ridiculous pickup and delivery charges which were 6x the price of a taxi. Fuel was also overpriced. (See pictures) It took 2 and a half weeks to recover the deposit. They returned 150rm out of 2000rm. There was no recorded damage to the cars. This was just for pickup and delivery fees. And it didn’t include the 1000rm to change one car which was very old and had a lot of problems.

Avoid this car rental at ALL COST! 1) Lots of hidden charges - which is only revealed after initial deposit is paid. For example, delivery charges can go up to RM400, mileage charges & petrol charges. The rental agreement wasn’t revealed until the deposit is paid. Do ensure you ask for the delivery charges, free mileage, mileage charges ( every car differs) before paying deposit. 2) Be prepared that they will not be able provide the car you booked. They will get you to upgrade the car instead by topping up but reducing your free mileage, it can go up till RM50/KM which is exorbitant. And The best thing is that, the mileage charges are not stated in the rental agreement, they are basically free to charge whatever they deem ok and you wouldn’t be able to do anything since you paid an additional deposit of RM3k when receiving the car. 3) Remember to take photos in EVERY SINGLE ANGLE of the car when it delivered. They will find fault and request you to pay for for paint/ wrap damages. Luckily I was able to proof with my photos. 4) Majority of the reviews in Facebook seems to be illegitimate. Do your own research anyways. Overall super unpleasant experience. They are also active in google reviews and will sue you for defamation. (Looks like they are afraid of bad reviews :))

Driving exotic cars is no longer an elusive dream with the existence of Kayman. I am extremely glad that I found them. Recently got a Nissan GT-R from them and I am very satisfied for getting what I paid for. Good pricing and car is in great condition. It’s definitely worth the money. Good customer service with prompt reply. They are providing a wide range of selections for you to choose from and what matters the most for me is nothing but excellent service. Can tell that they really put some great effort in the upkeeping of their cars, both exterior and interior. Kudos to Kayman!

I contact them around 4pm few days ago right after sent my car to workshop. Asking them for available car to rent ASAP, and within 3 hours i receive the car infront of my house at Malacca. Very fast and excellent service. If you're looking for a thrilling driving experience, look no further than from Kayman car rental. I rented a Porsche Cayman 981 recently and it exceeded all my expectations. The interior has comfortable leather seats and a modern infotainment system. Despite its sporty performance, the Porsche Cayman 981 is still a comfortable car to drive. The suspension is tuned for performance, but it's not so stiff that it's uncomfortable on rough roads. Their CS was also great with their fast response. Overall, I had an amazing time renting the Cayman from Kayman. Really recommended!

Gotten a car with them at a last minute when I arrive in Malaysia on February 2023 for the weekend and I needed a exotic car to make an impression with my clients. The delivery team sent the car to me at around 1932HRS which is quite on time to my lobby at W Hotel. Car is in excellent condition, very loud exhaust is what i like. They even offer stock or tuned cars. Note on these supercars in Malaysia, if you're using in KL area then it's fine. Try not to go interstate. Roads are not as nice and smooth as per in the city. Best service from Kayman Malaysia. It was hard to book the BMW i8 with them as it is always out. Maybe because they have a long term contract with another client. Our company has been sourcing for the i8 for quite some time for our poster branding. These butterfly doors just look exquisite. Their original price was around RM3000 but we got on a discount for RM2499. Car sent to us was very clean and in good condition. Service is good for a luxury car rental company.

Rented a car during New Year's Eve on 31/12/2022 at 10pm. The whole journey was okay, car was clean and good condition. Staff was guiding us on how to drive the car.
