So my experience with this company is a little different. Instead of renting car from the company, one of the partner (he claimed) by the name of Jay and this phone number dealt with me. He said that many of the cars the company has are owned by investors (individual car owners) and they pass the cars to the rental company and get a cut in return. So we explored that. Long story short, we were exploring car rental together and he first got my car for photoshoot around June 2020. Everything went well we even talked about buying gtr and Mercedes (he provided the quotation to me too) and start the business. But things started to change. So he took the car and did tinting on my headlight. When the tint was removed, the coating cracked which forms spider web like crack on the headlight. He promised to replace and that’s on October. Drag drag and drag. In between he took my car about 2 more times and drove elsewhere not just workshop (let’s not come to this) and he claimed that it will be settled. Again and again and finally on 3rd November he returned to me after taking my car for more than 3 days without changing the headlight and worse caused more damage to it. As seen in the photo, there’s chip off and crack on the headlight. Here is when things really started to turn sour. As seen in the Whatsapps message, empty promises one after another. 1st time say the mechanic will contact me. Then claim that everything need to be brand new and promised on 12 December. And then start to missing in action. But I was naive to think that he will replace. My words were soft and I even offered to pick up the headlight from his warehouse in Johor (come to think about it, it’s just another pretty lie). And you guessed it, he just doesn’t reply anymore. Missed out message? Nah, try text him with another number saying that you want to rent car. His reply comes within 30 mins. Just like last time when he needed to borrow car from me (for various reasons). I know I can’t do much and I know he doesn’t represent the entire company. But in a way partner/staff like this can really jeopardise the company’s image and relationship with investors and clients. Really can’t imagine if accident or damage happens to the cars, how would he handle. Of course, like what he has been doing to me, empty promises and irresponsibility. If anyone happens to deal with this guy, just be extra cautious.

Cars are so properly maintained and clean. The staff are very well mannered and polite. Rental process is very professional and efficient. They also delivered to my location. Will rent again. Business owner is a very nice individual. Single as well so female customers should shoot their shot.
