What a f@€£ing disaster. Placed order at 11:30 for delivery. Told 45-60 minutes. No problem for us. Confirmed speed point will be sent. At 12:35 no show. Called. Call went to Customer Service. Was told they would call the store & get back to us. Haven't heard from them (Customer Service) since. At 1pm got a call to say that the speed point was broken. We can come to the store to do our order. Lunch was over so we all got chips from the vending machine. At 2 we get a call from reception informing us our order was here. We decided to accept the order since it was here. The order was cold, packed very poorly in the bag and was incorrect. Accepted it because some of the people were very hungry. Never using this place again.

Worst Possible service ever. Made a order for zinger wings oh sorry no zinger wings... Mash and gravy then? oh sorry no gravy I finally got a order placed Paid and waited for 1 whole Hour and i get to the front of the drive through, Then they said there is a problem no normal burgers only Zingers. While at the back I see them working with BOTH ZINGER WINGS AND GRAVY and now cant do My order I just asked for a refund and then I got offered gravy and zingers I just took my refund as I will not support such a horrid place. And would urge anyone else to stay away!!!

Staff is useless and they only had chicken, no burgers, no mash, just plain chicken. When asked why their speaker is broken or why there was no one at the first window to take orders, they simply said that they only need one window. I asked what they were going to do to keep customers from getting upset due to the lack of service and lack of food, but all I got was a dumb struck expression and two gaping mouths. Clearly the staff needs to be trained better and the facility needs the proper stock.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at KFC. Firstly the store does not accept online orders for drive tru pick up. So I did my order on the app for in store pick up. After waiting for 15min watching my name on the board. I was told that online orders don't come onto the system yet it was on the screen "being prepared". Then I was told that it would be prepared now. 10 minutes later I got my meal only to find that the chicken had No Salt. This was extremely disappointing.

I am so satisfied with the service I got after there was a small mistake on my order. The manager at Pinetown (old main road), Nomonde was swift to reply to my complaint and gave me great service upon arrival. I wish to find this kind of service in all Kfc chains. The store happened to be closing much earlier than the closing time with no signage of why and the staff just seemed reluctant to help me understand why they were closing, why they said that there was no meat nor why we were not allowed to use the restroom which was needed by my toddler. Of the order that I eventually received, I must say ghd kernels recipe still did well.

Very poor service standing long long more than hour in queue only to be told that they our of stock on items on display. Also waited long to get the food. They wwee understaffed but very apologetic. They took major strain on the Sunday morning of this comrades marathon. Clearly they did not plan for the additional patronage of comrades supporters. Extremely frustrated by KFC. The poor staff was also overwhelmed and helpless.

I don't understand why these guys keep their doors open when there's nothing to trade. Yes they close at 10pm currently, but I wa there around 9:45pm and there was no one at the counter, I had to be told by cleaners that there was nothing in stock or available to trade. Been very disappointed with this facility since it was renovated. Maybe they need to revamp the whole staff as well not just the walls.

Service was excellent, didn't wait at the drive thru... customer service to the Tee. Bravo guys keep it up. You'll are amazing

Wow I have recieved excellent service here. The ladies in the front were so friendly and helful. I wanted Monday's special and they told me it's ordered online and they helped to order online and my order was processed so quickly Came out before I expected. I enjoyed the burgers I bought were very delicious. Thats the best KFC I've been too

The wheelchair parking is always overcrowded by e hailing delivery cars eg uber eats, takealot

The service was terrible long wait at the drive through. Only to realise when you collect your order that the group of ladies are more concerned with chatting than pushing orders. This is after I have requested the manager to manage the drive through lead time, all fell into deaf ears I will be trying a different KFC next time, the service was very bad.

In Pinetown, the last good kfc is in pinecrest mall. The rest, and this one joining doesn't have krushers because machines aren't working, the order/collect system isn't working anymore so no matter what you buy, you have to hold a second queue for collecting it. Sometimes they start preparing your order when you finally get to the start of the line.

They don't pay attention on the drive thur orders, I came and ordered Sweer chili rap and Street Wise 3 and they punched in street wise 2 instead. When I told the lady who was giving me my order said there is nothing she could do, so I left there with something I never ordered and my complain completely disregarded!!!!

The drive thru que can be super slow. You get a mixture of staff, some good and some with attitude. Atleast they dont give you grief about the preferred specifics of your order e.g types of pieces preferred. They usually dont give you tomatoe sauce so you leave with dry fries and figure it all out your own.

It was terrible, too salty and dry. The lady that was serving us didn't even give us saviet tissue, vinegar and tomato sauce yet we bought streetwise 2. The staff also have a tendency of closing the driveway through with crates, I have seen that twice. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use that kfc.

It's a KFC, they're all pretty much the same, you know - ice cream machine isn't working!! I'm not sure if the staff find it an aggravation to use it / clean it or KFC never do maintenance but I'd be absolutely astounded to find on that actually serves the crushers or ice cream.

Bought a boxmaster meal , only a piece of chicken and the round potato with sauce, that’s the worst meal ever had, much disappointed, if you short of item atleast let us know, that ur meal won’t have cheese or something

I only ever use the drivw thru, have never been inside. No matter how long the line is, it moves fast & they've never messed up my order. The staff are kind as well, patient during load shedding or customer Indecisive-ness over the menue, I never feel rushed

Horrible, the place has lost touch with the service they used to have. We asked for street wise 5 plus one but only received street wise 5 and the normal salt and peppers were not put inside our pack and we only new that when we got home

Recently was revamped so one of the best KFC outlets out there the chicken is not oily and the chips don't taste like they have been fried in old oil tastes good and nice and fresh.

Central and highly accessible. If you missed this location there must have been load shedding. A relatively new store still in its infancy so why not try them out and support local international business.

just an okay experience, the service isnt bad but its not consistent, some days the food looks and tastes fresh some days it doesn't. nonetheless the service is pretty good and everyone is friendly.

Appalling service, seemed like the employees were on a 'go-slow'. I had my food there, it came without any salt and tomato sauce...when I went to ask for it, I was told that they had ran out of it.

I waited about 30minutes for streetwise on the 24th there was a client who ordered a big order, and cashier was unable to punch that big amount, so there was one till open Otherwise meat is nice

Staff are slow. We asked for Manger he didn't come out to assist us with our complaints we waited over 45mins for our orders while they mainly focused on the drive thru.

The drive thru operates very weirdly at night. You have to drive all the way around to order and wait for the quite long to get your food. However, the food was okay.

Driveway service is very poor after ordering I waited the were 2 vehicle in front of me orders are coming out very slow and you had enough staff walking up and down.

I ordered a large meal at the drive thru and they gave me a small. I had to go back inside to get it changed. I feel this type of thing always happens at KFC.

It's the second time visiting the place. And again was unable to get ice cream for the kids because the ice cream machine was broken. The kids were hysterical

They often dont listen if you for example say no tomato or please dont toast the wrap.

The Oreo Krushers are my favourite. And the New Spicy Fries. It's the best. Love it!
