Maybe it's because it's a Shell Ultra City KFC, the wait times were longer than most KFC's. The food was up to standard. No complaints on that end. As for the atmosphere, it's a filling station place, there's gonna be high noise levels from the freeway literally like 30meters away.

The food was prepared well and timeously, I think the staff should learn etiquette. Learn how to smile and greet a client. This is a common problem in the industry. Service levels would go a long way with a "smile"; a "hello"; and a "please". The other issue iss the tables although they appeared clean were actually grimy an the streaks from an oil rag could be seen. I was please to see someone inspecting the tables, ensuring no gum under the tables, but how do you miss a grimy top. I just kept my hands of the top. Other than that the food was assembled neatly, it was fresh and it was delicious.

With steers and kfc, they serve a good fraction of the people's favorite foods and the service is always excellent. I've been a customer for years there i make no mistake of not passing there when i drive through. The toilets are always clean and working at all times with no foul smell. Also wheel chair accessible and have atms available. The kiosk serves some great coffe, cup cakes and more. The only problem is the fuel station is usually full at most times you may heve to wait about 5 mins before you're served

My chicken pieces wasn't nice i had a street wise 5 and by the time i was ready to eat i was already on the highway and only then i saw they gave me 3 chicken wings and 2 drumsticks,so check your oder before leaving. So sad to see this Ultra City in such a terrible state. The bathrooms are in a terrible state toilets broken and blocked. The Shell Select shop empty, the staff says there is no money to restock the shelves. The ceilings have collapsed, lights are missing. The building is peeling everywhere. What was once a lovely stop over is kow a disgrace. Rather fill up elsewhere.

I was astonished by the service of "Bona" on the 28 May 2022. He cleaned all the tables so fast as soon as the rush was done, checked everyones receipts to see how he could push the orders and greated all the customers individually. What an at tentative, multi-tasking individual you have. Just to mention a few things there is more he did to make it a pleasant visit. I would return just because of him! What an asset of an employee.

I went to kfc at 15.00 on the 4/01/2023 with my family. The staff of kfc was screaming and shouting singing and the cashier couldn't even hear our order. We couldn't even sit inside the premises it so noisy. If it was customers then u can understand but it was kfc staff that making the noise. This is absolutely disgraceful.

Steers service is pathetic. Unfriendly staff who take down incorrect orders. They speak about you in Zulu thinking you can't understand and roll their eyes when you want the order corrected.
