I don't often write reviews, but sometimes one is just motivated to, after a brilliant customer experience! Everyone I know who uses KL Vehicle Repairs simply wouldn't go anywhere else (I know another, but shhh!!). Their attention to detail regarding customer service is exceptional. They don't talk down to or patronise people who aren't mechanically-minded and they do a thorough job, for a brilliant price & they finish the work promptly. I had an anti-roll bar replaced - they saw me in 10 minutes, the job took 15 minutes even though the bar was seized, the boss even went to get the part himself and it cost £50, for the part, the labour & VAT! They phone to let you know when your vehicle is ready for collection (on this occasion, they did the work while I waited) and they tell you in advance if a repair might be expensive (but still endeavour to complete the work for a reasonable price). Oh and the staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Quality! The only downside is that, because they are so popular, you need to book ahead (but that's a good thing right?!!)

Gone downhill, just bothered about money, took car for an MOT which failed.. last time I checked its meant to be fixed there and then not have to wait 3 weeks to be repaired. Needless to say I took my car to another garage and got it done that day, a courtesy car and hey it was £200 instead of 4 times as much!! And the mechanic told me they failed the MOT on minor problems.. won't be going here again, found a much more trustworthy mechanic now.

I have taken our Honda Jazz and Civic Type R here a number of times over the last five years. This place came highly recommended to us and I have nothing but praise for the way John, Dean and the others get on with the job quickly and efficiently, often doing repairs at very short notice. The most trustworthy and fairly priced garage I have found in over 20 years of driving.

I can recommend this repair center. The car required a difficult repair (new clutch and flywheel on Peugeot 5008) which is a comprehensive task made more difficult by the fact that the car had never been worked on and all bolts etc. would have been difficult to remove. The job was completed on time as promised and so far all is well.

Excellent place. Always been helpful friendly and diligent. There is another garage in Yeadon that gave us our car back post passing the MOT without tightening the brakes up. Have trusted Ken and the guys for years now. Won't go elsewhere, and anyone that does is a fool

Very good service and reasonable price! Definitely recommended. Thanks to Steve waited extra half hour for me to pick up my car as my bus didn't turn up and I had to walk all the way from Menston to the garage, he has been very patient, will go there again if needed.

We use this garage for both the motorhome and the car and we honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Work is always completed to a high standard and we have abosolute trust in these guys. Prices are fair and repairs are always well done Highly recommend this place

Have been using KLV a number of years and have found them helpful, reasonable prices and trusting.I always say to them on M.o.t or any repairs 'Do what you have to do' and I trust them. In the old days [ I'm 80 ] it was hard to find a good garage

I've used these guys for nearly 20 years. Always friendly and knowledgeable, they have got me out of so many jams and saved me so much money over the years I've lost count! We moved to Cookridge 6 years ago but I still wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’m the owner of a mk1 golf cabriolet and it regularly gets returned to me with a hefty bill and remaining issues. Kl repaired it after it taking up space for a month with a very reasonable bill
