First of I’d like to start by saying if there was an option do give 0 stars I would have. I purchased a 7,000 dollar car from Marvin was told it needed a sensor replaced and I couldn’t take it home. 2 days later they delivered the car, for 100 dollars... 20 minutes later my check engine light comes on I call Marvin and eventually got ahold of the office I’m told to take it in for diagnostics so I do so. Mazda says the car need a turbo and catalytic converter and an egr valve . They pick the car up a week and a half later to fix only the turbo after getting a call 3 and a half weeks later my car is ready and they wanna know how I plan to pay? I was told it was going to be taken care of they picked my car up from manhattan only to make me pay for it why wouldn’t I just get it fixed in my own city in a quarter of the time. Marvin arrives with my car and it’s still broken same issue... this is the absolute worst car dealer they lie and mislead if you are looking at this review DO NOT come to this place or they will go out of there way to scam or wrong you in some way buyer beware... update since my review I have contacted you guys to discuss the facts that you guys “disagree with” and my information was taken and I haven’t heard a single thing is that just a front to look good or would you actually like to discuss my dissatisfaction

DECIDED ON ONE, TOOK IT TO A DEALERSHIP TO HAVE IT DIAGNOSTICLY TESTED. SHE IS GLAD SHE DID. KC MOTORS PRICE: ABT 8600. THE PRICE TO GET IT FIXED TO PASS INSPECTION: ABT 5000 - 7000. THEY TOLD HER THEY WOULD THROW IN A WARRANTY WORTH 1200 FOR FREE. BUT WOULD HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THEIR MECHANICS. NOT ON YOUR LIFE. AND IT DOESNT MAKE SINCE TO GET A CAR AND HAVE TO PAY A CARNOTE AND REPAIRS. OMG. THEY TRIED TO INSULT HER INTELLIGENCE BY MAKING SIDEWAYS COMMENTS TO HER. (UHHH, YOU CANT AFFORD IT; ALL USED CARS HAVE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEM.) DEALERSHIP SAID THAT IT HAD BEEN IN A WRECK. WASNT LISTED ON KC MOTORS PAPERWORK. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR, DEFINITELY GO SOMEHERE ELSE. MARVIN ISNT TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, ISNT UPFRONT. TOTALLY SCAM ARTIST. AND I WOULD QUESTION ANY OF THE REVIEWS THAT ARE 2 OR 3 OR ABOVE. ANYTHING HIGHER, IT MUST BE THEIR FRIENDS.

I recently bought a car from them and in the 1st hour it broke down got it back and with in the first month had to take it back again and get the starter and wheel bearing replaced which they said i had to pay another $500. I love the car and even though the guys were nice in my eyes thats not good business. There was things they should have replaced before even selling the car. I will never buy another car from them or recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM WITHOUT YOUR OWN INSPECTION. I bought a car from them in mid April and already I have replace the both front bearings and all brakes and rotors. And already have a possibly huge looming transmission issue. I paid full market value for my car they did their own inspection on it, which for your own sake don't let them do you the "favor" of doing their own state inspection. Cause this car would not have passed.

I would not recommend it to anyone. They have given me the runaround for 10 months. In my contract it states that they are to provide me with 2 working keyless fobs. I have been over there exactly 28 times in 10 months and still Marvin just either gives me a fob that doesn't work or just keeps giving me excuses. My time ,my gas and all I got was frustration. Once they get your money they don't care about you. Or keeping their word

Marvin is the sleaziest saleman I have ever seen. Tony is absolutely delusional, and my whole experience was tainted by the manipulative tactics used by Marvin and his associate. Buyer beware! They will manipulate you out of your hard earned money! On their website it states: “Kansas City Motors strives to offer dependable vehicles at a fair price”... Ha! What a lie that statement is. Stay clear.

I have read many of the reviews and are surprised by the negative ones. Our experience was definitly a good one. My wife and I worked with both salespeople over the course of several days and found the experience to be one of the best we had had when buying a car. They were responsive and accommodating for a couple that had been car shopping so long we were beginning to dream about Buicks!

Marvin was great to deal with! I told him what kind of car I wanted & my price range. Then e went to work showing me everything that met my criteria. I found my dream car & purchased it a an excellent price. I’m very happy & satisfied with the deal I got with KC Motors. There was never any pressure to buy or fianance with them. The salesmen were very polite & courteous.

Went in to the place to with wife to get second car. THE SALES GUY WAS A TOTAL HORRIBLE!. DIDNOT WANT TO WORK WITH US.. ACTED LIKE IT WAS A CHORE TO HELP MY WIFE FIND A CAR! STRONGEST WARNING I CAN POSSIBLY GIVE A BUYER...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. YES THE TREAMENT WAS -THAT BAD. I HAVE bought vehicles at many establishments. Buyer beware....

We have been looking for a new car for about 4 months and have dealt with a lot of BS from larger dealerships so it was very refreshing to come across KC Motors! It has been such great pleasure doing business with Tony. No hassle! No BS! Straight answers and so easy to work with. I would defiantly recommend this dealership.

Took my son to test drive a car and instead they want you to fill out a credit application to see if you are credit worthy to even test drive their cars. Are you serious! I was mad because they didn’t know I was going to pay cash for a car for my son! Don’t go here!!

"Great low-pressure sales people." Update: completed purchase and trade-in of vehicle replaced. I received a fair price on both ends of the deal. I really appreciated the entire process with KC Motors. I will *always* check with them when I am in the market.

Some what late review but I would like to say it was an easy experience Bought mine in 2012, good price, finance and sales staff. Pictures for the original color when I bought it, next is dipped with a different color.

After agreeing to price and driving an hour out there with cash in hand, they tell me that they just sold the car yesterday. Pathetic service. Would recommend everyone steer clear of this sorry excuse of a business

Got a 2016 Dodge journey from here. Battery exploded. Got a new one car shuts off at random times changed battery alternator and battery sensor car still has issues. Buyers beware 10,000 cash down the drain for me

We drove three hours to buy a car the car lot said would be held for us. They sold the car and did not notify us. This was a waste of our time and no apology from the car lot.
