This is one of those 7outof5 star aquariums.. its a different business model to the others. It is a small store (because most of the store is actually in quarantine tanks out back), and so their facebook page is the best way I've found to see what stock is coming in, but if you are in the area, there is still always something unexpected to see out front also. It is 'usually' more expensive, but for a reason.. you are buying quarantined/medicated fish, and wherever possible it is locally bred stock (far less prone to disease and the fish have grown up in local brisbane water).. so this is your best shot to avoid bringing illness into home your home aquariums, which honestly is by far the worst part of the hobby. Anyway, this is my go to store wherever I can, most of my tanks are stocked from KFS.

Great shop! Excellent advice! Awesome dude! Nick has put his money where his mouth is. A lot of talk about how small the shop is but what most people don't realise is most aquarium shops sell fish straight out of the bag; Nick has a room 3 times the size of the shop front dedicated to quarantining, medicating and breeding his fish to ensure the quality is above the industry standard. There is a lot packed into the shop with a wide range and I can’t wait to see what he has on offer next time I’m there.

Beautiful happy healthy fish! Bought 6 pepper long fin corys and 7 Kuhli loaches. Owner is amazing and very involved in breeding fish, making fish food and handling sales alongside his employees. I have watched his YouTube for about a year now and was so excited to see him and his fish/plants/shrimp in person. They have settled in nicely and are beautiful quality. I also bought the fish food he created and they LOVE it! Highly recommend!!!!!

I've been looking to get into the hobby and stumbled across Nick's YouTube Channel and discovered he has a shop right near my house. I decided to pop in and buy my very first fish from his store. Nick and his assistant were very friendly and very welcoming and gladly answered any and all of the newbie questions I had. I will definitely return in a couple of weeks to purchase my next lot of fish. Thank you very much guys.

Best aquarium shop in Auatralia by far! Nick is amazing breeding and locally sourcing most of the fish. He sets the shop apart by quarinting all fish and providing the best knowledge in the industry. Nick is so nice and has the coolest aquarium YouTube channel with in-depth and frequent videos. Thanks Nick for a wonderful time can't wait to come again!

What a cracker. This place is only going to get better and better. Very keen to see how things unfold for this store. Great selection of fish in here for day one. The breeding facility can only mean great quality stuff to be available in the future. Make sure you catch the owner and his knowledge on his YouTube channel by the same name!

Thanks for all the great YouTube vids over the year! Defs a big fan! Best part is knowing how passionate the owner is in keeping the fishes happy and healthy and now a shop to physically visit. We drove up from the Gold Coast to visit this Sunday and it was an Amazing experience + services. Easily Recommend people to visit!

Have sent multiple emails , as well as messages on socials in regards to my online order . Still no response . No point making YouTube videos about how good you are if you can't even respond to a paying customer. I'd be happy with a refund but I can't get any reply .

Been wanting to pop in here for a while now, was great to meet Nick and his mate whom I've forgotten his name already, can't wait to get my new tanks then I'll be back, I didn't want to add to the 6 aquarium's as I already like how they are, but I'll be back.

Awesome shop! Reasonable prices, stocks locally bred and quarantines fish before putting it up for sale. Fish are incredible quality. This is a guy that truly cares. Also has a YouTube channel you can follow and keep up with the breeding and shop.

Despite being nearly an hour from home and a bit on the pricey side, I'll travel and pay more for the great quality healthy fish from this store! No quarantine required, healthy solid fish are hard to find these days.

Ordered my fish on Sunday, shipped to Sydney and on my doorstep by Tuesday morning! Great quality or fish and all look really healthy! All my fish are loving the bug buffet. Will definitely be buying from here again.

This shops fish, are of Quality., but same prices as other shops. But are only open one day, SATURDAY. The chap that man's the phone. Has of Limited knowledge. Up to the individual that attends going THERE.

I was up in Qeensland for an Angfa convention and popped into Nic’s shop. He was great to chat with and has a great shop. Really enjoyed the visit, which could have bought something to support the shop.
