I purchased my used Toyota from them last year. I bought the best most expensive warranty package. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I found out that the passenger heated seat doesn’t work. I thought no big deal. I have a warranty. Overtime I’m finding out all of the things that are wrong with the vehicle. Like the sunroof doesn’t work properly. The garage key doesn’t work the trunk glitches ect. I set an appointment and was advised I could drop off my And get a Lyft service back home. So that’s what I did drop off my vehicle to find out that I cannot get a Lyft after 6 PM. I talked to some gentleman for some help and they said sorry don’t know what to tell you. So I was left at the dealership waiting for over a hour for a ride home. Then I get a call this morning and was advised to pick up my vehicle and take it to a Toyota dealership because they are not equipped to help with all the Toyota necessities. So I contacted Toyota dealership to figure out their availability and was advised that I have to pay $190 per diagnostic because I Didn’t purchase my vehicle there. Was also advised that warranty doesn’t always cover what it says it’s going to cover. I reached back out to John lane in service to honestly, tell him about all of this horrible experience and what an inconvenience it’s been. They should’ve told me to take it to a Toyota dealership from the jump instead of having me drop it off just to pick it back up. And all I got was try calling other Toyota dealerships, My apologies. Absolute worst customer service, absolute worst service department. Do not purchase a vehicle here It is absolutely not worth the hassle. You are treated as just a money sign and that is all. UPDATE: I called John Lane to inform him I might be 15 minutes past 6 and he proceeded to act like arrogant “well I leave at 6 and I can’t give your keys to anyone else so idk what to tell you”. I proceeded with given the horrible experience you’ve provided you can’t wait at least 15 minutes for me to get my car or give my keys to a manager!? And he stated well I’m been here since this morning…Went to get my car and he said “oh hey nice google review” how unprofessional. As he was taking his time to get up and open the sliding door to get my keys I was going on about how rude and horrible customer service he has provided and he stepped closer to me to intimidate me then my husband stepped up to him and he proceeded to be completely rude, unprofessional, arrogant and act like a typical older entitled white male. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve spent so much money here to be treated like this!!!!!? WILL NEVER get a vehicle from here again and will gladly spread the word for anyone else to not come here either. Never received a response from the general manager. This dealership sucks

My recent experience with Ken Garff Kia can only be described as a series of frustrations and disappointments. What should have been a joyous occasion - purchasing a new vehicle - was overshadowed by the incompetence and disregard shown by the dealership's staff. From the get-go, the process was plagued by delays, poor communication, and an utter lack of professionalism. It took an unreasonable amount of time to finalize the sale, exacerbated by the dealership’s insistence on installing a satellite tracker at my expense ($1600), a service I had expressly declined. After enduring the arduous negotiation process, the rudeness exhibited by the sales representative was appalling. Eventually, they agreed to remove the satellite tracker, or so they led me to believe. To my dismay, I later discovered that they shipped the vehicle with the tracker still installed. My privacy was also compromised during the purchase. I was asked to provide my social security number, a request I found misleading and unnecessary in the context of a vehicle purchase. The lack of transparency in this process left me feeling uneasy and distrustful of the dealership. Furthermore, the shipping of the vehicle was an ordeal in itself. It took them almost a full month after receiving my payment to finally ship the car. Despite my explicit request not to place my vehicle on the top rack of the hauler, my wishes were ignored. The callous disregard for my concerns only added to my dissatisfaction with Ken Garff Kia. The only positive aspect of this experience was the assistance I received from the finance manager, Michael. He demonstrated professionalism and helpfulness in navigating the shipping process. However, his lone efforts could not compensate for the overall subpar experience. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through a similarly frustrating experience. This dealership needs to significantly improve its customer service and business ethics. I regretfully cannot recommend Ken Garff Kia to anyone considering a stress-free and respectful car buying experience.

I’m not one to typically write reviews, but I wanted to express my sincerest satisfaction and gratitude towards the folks over at Ken Garff Kia. Kudos to the folks I directly worked with including salesmen Marcus and Henry, and finance manager Shaun; these guys are class acts and the type that you desire to deal with during negotiating and purchasing. I additionally had the opportunity to meet the GSM and GM, Armando and Carlos, both of whom were kind and professional- absolutely felt as if you were talking to a couple of friends. I had been in the market for a new SUV for quite some time- narrowed the selection down to a Telluride, Palisade, and Highlander before pulling the trigger on the first. I went in over lunch to test drive the Telluride, and one hour later after four rounds of negotiating, put down a deposit to pick it up later that evening! We spent maybe an hour and a half at the dealership in the evening, and were in and out of the box in no time. I commend Marcus for his expansive knowledge on the product he delivered- it was refreshing to interact with a salesman who actually was familiar with the product he was selling, which hasn’t necessarily been the experience with other dealerships over the past couple of months. These guys understand life and schedules are busy, so allowing the vehicle to be held for the afternoon was much appreciated. There was no pressure experienced during this process, and I was very happy with the value provided for my trade in! Just two days prior, I reached out to a dealership towards central Phoenix ready to purchase a Grand Highlander- the salesman at this dealership refused to provide me with a first pencil over the phone, raved about how the vehicle would be gone in 48 hours, and would not allow me to throw 500/1000 down to hold the vehicle despite knowing I was highly motivated to purchase- their loss, Kia’s win! Thanks again to the fine folks at Ken Garff Kia- you’ve earned a customer for life, and I will not hesitate to direct business your way.

In 2021, Ken Garff Kia bought this car dealership from Earnhardt Kia. While I have not had any experience with the car sales department, I have had multiple experiences with the service department that were not positive. They constantly try to upsell additional services when you bring your Kia to them for scheduled maintenance. For example, if you bring your Kia to them for service recommended in your owners manual, they will "inspect" your vehicle and suggest having what some mechanics would consider to be questionable services like carburetor cleaner or replacing the motor mounts. If you follow all their suggestions, you can end up with a very expensive bill. After one maintenance visit, I discovered that my heater had stopped working. It worked fine before I brought it in for routine maintenance. I thought that perhaps their mechanic had accidentally disconnected something during his inspection. When I brought my car back to Ken Garff Kia expecting them to get my heater working again at no charge, they told me that some electronic part that controlled the heater was bad and charged me to repair it. Can I prove that the service department did something dishonest just to make more money? No, I can't. I can't even accuse them of anything. However I know other customers who have their Kias serviced at this dealership and they have told me similar stories. I wish Earnhardt Kia was still at this location because I always got excellent service from them at a fair price. EDIT ON 08/03/2023: I am adding this comment after the owner of Ken Garff Kia posted a response to my review. If anyone doubts the validity of my review, take a look at the complaints against Ken Garff Kia posted on the Better Business Bureau website. You will read about experiences similar to mine. Incidentally, Ken Garff Kia is NOT a member of the BBB and I wonder why!

I want to start off by saying my sales person Jordan was very nice and respectful and this review in no way reflects his professionalism and courtesy. However, while trying to negotiate on the price tag of a vehicle, along with some other numbers, I’m assuming one of the finance managers, by the name of Chuck, came into the room, and was very polite at first. As soon as he returned to the room, and as I was still trying to negotiate, this not being my first time buying a car and as anybody with common sense would… He began to escalate the tone in his voice and told me “I don’t know who educated you on this“ and “you’re not understanding“ those statements, along with the tone of his voice left a very degrading feeling, I simply gathered my keys and told him thank him for his time and walked out. As I was exiting the show room, I could hear him, mumbling something along the lines of “wasting his time“ Maybe he was having a bad day, but take it out on somebody else, all because I tried to negotiate what everyone knows is marked up, it felt like he was expecting me to pay sticker and the moment I tried to negotiate more than just the “first pencil” round, he became visibly agitated. Hopefully this review will help somebody, because if you don’t have a credit score that is in their top tier, they aren’t willing to work for you. He came back the second time and took off fees that are already erroneous anyways acting like it was doing me a favor. I’m sure people have wonderful experiences purchasing a car here, as my sales person, as mentioned earlier was very nice and upfront. After my experience this evening, I will make sure to tell any and everyone that is in the market for a car, to go to a different Kia dealership. I feel embarrassed and like I was spoken to as a child. Not a good look, Kia.

Bought a used corvette front his dealer, and have had several issues with the transaction, some were properly addressed some were not. Upon arriving the car had spider cracks in the front fiber glass bumper, which were not shown in photos and not disclosed in any manner. When I brought it up they agreed to re-paint the bumper to match the vehicle. The car was advertised as having to keys, upon purchase they provided one. When I brought it up they made me show them in their advertising where it said the car had 2 keys, then agreed to have 2nd key provided. I required these issues been written into the contract for purchase and they agreed. I scheduled for the bumper to be painted and 2nd key to be programmed. While they had the car to make the repairs they broke the windshield. They accepted responsibility and paid for the windshield to be replaced as well as my brand new ceramic tint strip to be redone. This all went smoothly. The bumper on the other hand, was painted but is off color. When I reported this they said they would check with the body shop and let me know. After a week of no response I followed up and they responded by saying they agreed to paint the bumper and that is what they did, they would not paint the entire car(which was not requested), and that was the best they could bath the paint as it was an older car. I am stuck with a car with a bumper that does not match the car. Any reputable body shop would know you can’t paint off the paint code on an older car with our adjusting or directly matching existing color. Not happy, do not trust Ken Garff Kia, would not purchase from them again! Emailed them as suggested in their reply twice and no response what so ever!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

This has been by far my absolute displeasure to be having to buy my vehicle from this dealership. First and foremost the communication to speak with someone on the phone is atrocious. I've learned I have to speak with someone from another department to direct me to the department I want. I've voiced my complaints to the dealership, BBB and corporate but it appears that no one seems to genuinely care. When I'm told I'm going to receive a call back, it will never happen. I've had issues with my vehicle ever since buying from them and it's been beyond the worst having everything resolved. My biggest issue that has come to my attention is my head unit, stereo on my car has a short in it and thus also from time to time messes with my electronic cluster gauges too. I was told when I bought the warranty that EVERYTHING is covered. Well sadly this is a lie. I have video proof that they do not wish to release to me within my rights to give to my attorney of them telling me that everything is covered. All I get when I get a call from them is "Oh no one is here that can assist you with that" or "I'll have someone call you about it." Yeah it's been since September 15th that I brought my vehicle in to have it inspected and not one thing has been resolved about it. They lied on BBB stating that they were in contact with me and kept asking me to bring it in which is the biggest lie I could state with all my recorded call logs and emails I have saved and screenshotted. If they truly cared about their customers I wouldn't have to work so hard to get something corrected and with it seeming like nothing will be resolved about this, I only hope my public review will turn away customers from this dealership.

This place is definitely unique and wish I could give less than 1 star. I tried my best to give this place my money and they just didn't want to take it...quite a sales model!! I stopped in one day, a sales rep greeted me, we chatted for a bit and then even did a test drive, all good. We talked about a few different scenarios, gave him all of my info, and we agreed that he’d send me some numbers and figures via email, and we’d take it from there. A few weeks went by, didn’t hear anything at all, so I followed up a total of 4 times with him over the next few weeks... never got a response. I called the dealer again, and spoke to a nice polite lady and explained my situation. I didn’t want to throw anyone under the bus, so didn’t tell her who I was “working” with. She mentioned that I wasn’t even in their system, and she was really sweet about everything and also apologetic. I told her what I was looking for, she took my information, and then stated that she would call me back to provide some info. Well, safe to say that I never got a call back from her either, so clearly they all follow the same process of ignoring people, so I’m done with that place. I’m in sales as well, and I’m pretty sure I’d be on the streets if I conducted business the way they do. Judging by all of the other bad reviews I’ve seen on here, it looks like I can expect a canned response by the GM, Carlos, stating that they are “currently reviewing the circumstances regarding my situation”...... please do me a favor and save the time and clicks, and maybe work on actually responding to your prospects.

I am completely disgusted, angered, and extremely disappointed at the level of service provided by Henry as well as his sales manager at Kenn Garff Kia on Bell Rd. I was in contact with Henry throughout the day to confirm the make, model, and price for the EXACT vehicle I was looking to purchase. He assured me he had the EXACT model at the EXACT price we negotiated. I made the trip to the dealership which is about 45 mins away from where I live. I was shown the EXACT car I had already negotiated the price on. Should’ve been quick and easy. Well after nearly an hour of waiting I was told that the price of the vehicle we negotiated would not be honored. Why you ask. Well Henry “made a mistake” and had given me a negotiated priced on a vehicle that one, was already sold, and 2 was not even the model I inquired about. Instead of stepping up and owning the mistake they provided an invoice that was nearly 10% higher in price and said this is the new price. All they would say is they “made a mistake” and negotiated the price for the wrong vehicle. Then they said that they can’t take a loss on the vehicle and that I could take it or leave it. Either I pay the higher price or walk away. Well let it be known I walked away. No apology from them. No additional negotiations to try to make up for their error. Just a simple “this is what it is.” Just a gross negligence and disregard for integrity, character, and customer service. I implore any and everyone to stay as far away from this dealership as possible. The old game of switcheroo and scheming salesmen still lives on there.

I called the service department, because I received a letter from Kia regarding a recall, but I couldn’t remember what it said and I misplaced it. I spoke with the woman in that department and she said she didn’t see on my paperwork, that I needed to bring my vehicle in. She said she would try to find out from a manager. She tried to find someone to ask , but couldn’t. She said she would just make an appt. for me to bring my car in. I agreed to that. After thinking oh more about it I called back and asked to speak to Derrick Quartullo, who helped me with my first recall on Feb. I was told he was busy with a customer and would call me back. I waited an hour and no call back so I called again. I was told he was busy with a customer and they would give him the message to call me back. I waited a few hours . I still techno call back. I called again and then I was told Derrick was off today! I ended up asking for someone else who would know if I needed to bring my car in. I spoke to another service person who told me that I did not need to bring my car in, because he asked me if my ignition was key or push button. It’s push button. Anyways, I’m glad I didn’t bring my car in for no reason. I told him to cancel my appt.. I think that people should know when someone is off for the day. I wasted 3 hours waiting for a call back, and if I didn’t finally find someone who told me I didn’t need to bring my car in , I would have brought it in for no reason. My experience was not good. The first time I brought it in, it was fine. Thank you.

DO NOT TRUST KIA WITH YOUR LIFE OR SAFETY. My Wife's 2013 Kia Sorento had a catastrophic failure with its engine that  almost caused a horrific accident and left us stranded in an extremely dangerous spot. I understand that mechanical failures can and will happen. However, they will fight you relentlessly and refuse to repair your vehicle even if there's a specific recall on you VIN. Not only that, after they finally agreed to fix our car(not from goodwill but because the law said so), they only did the bare minimum. They replaced our engine, but refused to fix the others problems that occurred because of the engine failure. Now they want me to pay almost $2000 to fix the intake manifold because "the recall is only for the motor" even though the intake manifold was damaged because of the EXPLODING engine. Whats even more ridiculous is i have even given them examples of other people having the exact same issue, and some people have had their engine and intake replaced under the recall. Unfortunately, there are many others like me that were denied for some unknown reason. I have been fighting back and forth with Kia for MONTHS trying to get them to resolve this issue, but they refuse and continuously deny my appeals. Not only that, but when I asked to be connected to their legal department to have my lawyer contact them, they simply reopen my case and then eventually close it again. Now I have a 2 ton paperweight and they couldn't care less. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY.

Stay away from this dealership!! I drove 3 hours to pick up a vehicle. They told me they could not get to my price and I left. I communicated with the salesman a short time later and he told me a price we could both agree on. I drove back another 40 minutes to the dealership. I already had arranged financing with my bank. I get back to dealership and the manager insisted on running my credit. I advised him there was no need too as I had purchased a vehicle from the Ford dealership, Chevy dealership, and Range Rover dealership the exact same way and they never had to run my credit again as it was already run and approved financing through my bank. Bottom line he didn’t want to deal with my bank. I told the manager he wasted my time. His response was you contacted us sir. Of course I contacted you trying to purchase a vehicle genius. Only reason I can assume that they get some kind of kickback for financing with other banks. I was upset for wasting an entire day driving and dealing with this incompetent manager I angrily walked away and he still had the nerve to sarcastically tell me to have a good day. I replied with some choice words for him and he continued to fuel the fire. Very unprofessional. The poor salesman lost out on a sure sale due to the managers incompetence. I guess they must be selling cars like crazy they didn’t need a sure sale. Go somewhere else. If you get these problems before the purchase what can you expect after .

this is this my second visit . I thought I could drop my car off at night, but the place was all locked up so when I arrived first thing in the morning, Noel was super helpful and actually drove me home so I wouldn't be late for work! I really love the video they created, showing me what they were working on and letting me know what they were going to do. Very informative. Noel communicated clearly, letting me know where my car was going be done and asked via text when I wanted a ride to come pick up my car! My second time bringing my car in and they did exactly what they said they would. My car was clean when I picked it up and there was no pressure to purchase windshield wipers from them even though I seriously needed them lol. I will definitely bring my car back there. for some reason, Google will not allow me to post two reviews so I had to add to the one I left before! Thanks so much -------------------- I love your customer service! Antonio in the service line and the lady that helped me in the office. Both were super awesome. I stopped at the last minute on a Friday and they assisted me and had me scheduled for Monday morning. They found out that rats had not invaded my engine. It was just a battery which they replace because it was under warranty. Yay! and they scheduled a Lyft ride for me which was super fast. Highly recommend this Kia dealership.

Stay away! Especially from Adrian in service … I’m currently dealing with a burning smell from my car. I came back to the shop cuz they had worked on it prior and when they did they let me leave with not a drop of coolant in my system, after doing motor work . I ended up braking down within minutes on the highway and they came and got it. They called me to tell me car is “fixed” so I picked up. Next day my water pump started leaking. It’s been a couple months since they did motor work and now I have a burning smell. I went to take it back in to get checked just to make sure all is good but instead I got disrespected and 0 customer service by Adrian the service writer who instead of saying let us check it out make sure it’s not on our end since they messed up MULTIPLE times leaving me stranded. To well I don’t see A problem with it 5 seconds of me showing up and having a bad attitude. Also ignoring me to go help another customer who had pulled in after me . Dude is trash Now I’m taking to another shop to get there opinion cuz I don’t trust kia bell with there work or anything they say.. save ya headache and stay away from Adrian and this so called “shop”. If your reading this kia and I find out it was your guys fault. Plan on being contacted

$10k Market adjustment for a Kia EV6? Mind you, there was NO warning of the addendum when I called for the appointment, on car gurus, OR their website. I didn't learn of the addendum until I physically saw the car on the front pad. I told the manager I wasn't going to pay $1 extra for an addendum, but he insisted I drive it anyway and he'd "work with me because he doesn't run a museum". Folks, it's a fully electric KIA. The salesman never asked if I needed my wife, didn't ask if he could earn my business. As a matter of fact, he built so little rapport that he didn't bother to ask what I do for work or why I was looking at EVs. After the test drive, the salesman grabbed a used piece of paper and asked me what my credit score is and how much I want to put down. Without giving specifics, we were about $10k away and the manager came back in and didn't even attempt to negotiate a car deal or ask where I came up with my offer. I was polite, courteous and professional for the entirety of my visit. The manager didn't shake my hand or apologize for wasting my time. I didn't receive any further communication after I left the dealership. I went straight home, got on my phone, and ordered a Tesla from my couch.

I was promised a shuttle or courtesy vehicle by receptionist when I made the appointment and this was also in my confirmation email. When I arrived, I was told by my advisor, Jonathan Hurrell, that they would provide Lyft to my destination, but not the return. I accepted but told him I did not agree as this was not what I was told. Then the shuttle never showed up. So I opted to wait for the service, which resulted in being late to work. I skipped the carwash so I would be less late. I gave 3 stars because the service to the vehicle itself was efficient and complete. It was just the delivery and service from my advisor that was extremely disappointing. Never an apology, never a thank you at any point in this experience. I'll go to Earnhardt Peoria next time where I have always had an excellent experience. Too bad, this is a much closer location to my new job. EDIT: It occurred to me that I left a satisfactory review (3star) because the maintenance made up for the service. I am editing this to 2 star because the poor service experience far outweighed everything else and resulted in my never planning to return here

First time was great customer service. Then we had to go in again because our Kia engine was making noise and using oil. We were told there's a recall on the engine. There's a life time warranty. The service Dept guy said we would need to leave it for a compression test. When we came to pick up the car we had a bill for $400 and said the car was fine. Seriously! Our car ran horrible. They said Kia expects the engine to seize before it can be replaced. Come back in 6 to 8 months. Also said it was safe to drive a long distance. We took it in again a few days ago I mentioned that it has a mis and doesn't seem to be running on all 4. They were rude, argumentive. Said to leave it for another compression test. I said no thanks. We took it to another place they changed the plugs and filter. All 4 plugs were bad. Our service bill was $70.00 Car runs great! No mis or sluggishness. I Don't believe Kia ever checked them. I called to see what they charged for the plugs to be serviced. Their quote was just under $300. We never got any service repair receipts but one. This is why I gave then only one

Had a horrible experience with this dealership. Brought my car in to fix the air conditioning only. I get a call saying, there’s no point on fixing the air conditioning if the check engine light is on. This was before the summer. May. Ok. I say fix it, paid 1900, didn’t get my air fixed because that fix went way over my budget. I get my car back, check engine light came on less than 100 miles later. I look under the hood, the covers to everything is not replaced. My car was not in good care. I bring it back in, they say the check engine light is on from an underlining issue, not what I originally paid for. I tell them forget it, I’ll come back & get my car. They did not work on it. They bring my car back around, and now the windshield is cracked, from the top to the bottom. But they didn’t work on my car! Why is my windshield cracked! They did not fix it or help get it fixed. Do not go to this dealership if you want professional care for your car! They will only make matters worse! The people I worked with was Derrick (employee) & Jason (manager).

I get my first opportunity to have a new car here, my experience was very pleasant, they was very helpful to make sure I get what I was looking for! But they give me a better than I was looking. I been in another Kia dealer and they didn’t try to help me, they only gime a opción to buy with 5000 dawn payment and I ask for 3 year lease but they said I not qualify for that, I almost take the only offer they gime me but my boyfriend told me let’s go another Kia I didn’t want to come but here they do everything for make my experience better. I’m glad I came here CHUK BARTON Sales Manager help me with my purchase, he has the experience to help you in everything, they also are very respectful and make you feel like family Al the staff very professional (Graham, sales consultant, Steve financial) thank you so much for make this true If you looking new car, here the place. Say you read this review ask for them and I know they will help you. Very happy with better car Thank you all of Kia Family Thank you so much

I like my car, I picked it out online. The buying process was easy. The problem is they forced me to buy a service contract. Said if I didn’t my price would increase. The second issue is my car was supposed to be certified but they only gave me one key fob. I tried to stop in to find out why and they never called me back. Also sold me the car with only 21 miles of gas left in the tank. I couldn’t even make it home without having to stop, I could have ran out on my way home! My sales person told me he would fill my tank for me if I brought it in. He was aware the tank had been empty and told me he had asked the service department to fill the tank. When I did go in to do this they couldn’t because the gas pumps were closed. They told me they would call me and never did. I also received a very low trade in amount that they would not budge on. Way below what Kelly blue book valued. (My trade had two key fobs and in excellent condition)

I was interested in a VW Beetle that was listed in several car apps. I got in contact with the dealership and informed the guy of my budget price to start the negotiations. I asked him to get some numbers together for me to see what we can work with. The next few days I get the breakdown of the cost of the vehicle, there was a $1,500.00 add on to the listed price. When I asked about that, I was informed that it was a reconditioning fee, that didn't make sense. Then the total bottom asking price ended up being $10,000.00 more than what I started the negotiation price at. During our follow-up conversation, I was then informed that with this breakdown, there would also be a free delivery charge. Well, for $10,000.00 dollars more, I would hope so. I don't think the sales guy that I was speaking with had very much experience and wasn't very knowledgeable, there's no way you markup $10,000.00 on a used car.

I was possibly going to buy a car if my insurance totaled my car just was trying to see what car I would like if it does. I kept getting calls asking me whether I wanted to buy but I let the guy know I’m held up. I continued to receive calls daily asking me if I was interested in buying a car. I reminded the guy I was still waiting on insurance so they said they would make a note to stop calling until insurance is resolved. Then I started receiving calls at 8:45pm in which I don’t know how someone ever expects it’s okay yo make calls at 8:45 when some people wake up at 4am for work and go to bed before then. They say communicate with dealers or they will keep calling but I’ve realized they call even when you tell them what’s up. This is the only dealer blowing up my phone right now despite all the communication. Because now I will not buy a car here for sure. Lack of boundaries clearly.

I never like posting negative reviews but I feel for consumers out there I must. This place is all around bad. They care about one thing. Money. I have had a problem with my Kia since Dec. I have tried to get my car serviced here since. They can not. Nor will not find and fix the problem. They tell me after I pay a diagnostic fee that they can’t find the problem. (Car just shuts off randomly). If I want them to find it. It will cost thousands to diagnose. They said “plus there is an engine knock now too. Am I sure I just don’t want to sell it”. There is nothing wrong with this engine by the way. I get fed up and reach out to sales. They reply to me twice. Then totally ghost me. I contacted national customer support who said the dealership isn’t doing what they should for me but they can’t make them. I just picked up my car. It’s not safely drive-able. It’s sitting…

So when I first went here I was given the impression they would work with me and I put in a payment and they said to keep in contact with them so the vehicle won't expire. Well I went in as soon as I could with the amount that I had left to pay off and I'm told it's voided so I never got my car. I was never told when the deal would be voided, I told the salesperson when i would have the rest of the money, and never once was I warned that time was running out. The guy couldn't even remember my name he kept getting it wrong but me being the nice person I am didn't correct him. The receptionist wasnt even that nice she had an attitude from the start. If I don't get my refund I will be going to court with this. Best experience I've had as a first time car buyer. I will be going somewhere else and hopefully I won't be treated with false compassion.

I’m really confused… I have a “lemon” & went to Ken Garff to see what they could do. I thought Carlos was really awesome. We negotiated terms (we had discussed monthly payments and new rates, etc) and left the meeting with him saying he would find the car I wanted, in any color, then reach out to me so we can finalize it. He never reached out to me. I was so excited to get a new car, but he never called me back.. so I decided to hire an attorney and go the “lemon law” route. Well I have my settlement money & was thinking of trading in my car for the new one I wanted, but not here. On top of it, I left my brand new Stanley cup at the office and it mysteriously disappeared. What the heck? If I can’t trust you with a freaking cup, how am I supposed to trust you in negotiating a deal. I’m so disappointed. And give me back my Stanley

Five stars for Henry - what a great salesman and person. He was able to assist our son in purchasing a minivan for his family and really went to bat when some of the pricing from the manager was very misleading. We had to stand firm on the internet posted price when the manager kept insisting we hadn’t read the “fine print.” Well…there was no fine print - there were no “additional costs” posted on the sticker of the vehicle. We were even told that the van had just sold - in the same moment paperwork was being filled out for our son! So - we left. Later in the day he got a call from Henry saying that the sale “fell through”….he knew what the hard price was for our son and in the end, right prevailed. Henry gets 5 Stars ….the manager….maybe 1. Ken Garff dealerships have a good reputation, this situation was almost a negative.

  • Vegas Steve

Sent them a request, got a 'canned' response of 'are you still in the market for a new vehicle' response, but no answer to my question. Of course I am, I just sent the damn request! Sent a follow up to the salesman listed (Henry Kelbie), asked my questions, he responded that he would check and respond. Never did answer back after several days. Today I get another 'are you still in the market for a new vehicle' email. No one should wonder why car salesmen are so disliked, and it shows this dealership could care less about potential customers. And to anyone who reported this dealership forced them to buy additional products like protection/service contracts, etc. as a condition to purchase the car, that is called "tied selling". It's potentially illegal and you should report these guys to the FTC.

  • Brittany Gonzales

Wowowow, I am absolutely over the moon with my experience at Ken Garff Kia Bell Road. Do yourself a favor and ask for Will S, you will not be disappointed in any point of your experience. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made the process a heck of a lot smoother than I ever imagined. Will – Thank you again for being so wonderful in every step of the way! Also, would like to give a huge shoot out to Steven D who worked extra hard and went above and beyond to tailor and explore various options for financing. You were a huge asset in this process as well! I am so happy to be apart of the Kia family! My new vehicle has been a perfect fit for everything that I’ve wanted and hoped for. I highly recommend the two wonderful humans listed above and this dealership as a wholesome to anyone.

  • OhG33Z

Ken Garff Kia worked on our Forte & it took them longer than what they estimated to fix it. They didn't bother seeing that the front passenger door handle needed to be fixed & offered to fix that. They didn't order the glass piece early enough. They weren't following up like they should had. I had to call & email them to get updates more than I needed to. They didn't offer a complimentary ride to the dealership considering how pricey ride shares can be. They could had washed & vacuumed the car as a complimentary considering we had to pay 2648.00 for everything. On a positive note, they had good coffee, they did good work with the ignition area, the windshield wiper & installing the glass & pointing out other stuff the car needs. All in all their customer service wasn't worth 5 stars.

  • Jackie Staggs

Bought a car here in october by Christmas it was broken into and vandalized. I towed car here for the ins claim and I felt like the service department didn't care at all about my situation. I did everything on my end my insurance as well and the service dept dragged everything. I felt like an inconvenience on them. It took over 5 business days just for an estimate. I had to show in person just for a simple 5 min update. Advisor Noel text me he would call in a few mins. Never did I had to go in just to get an answer from someone about my car. Then told it can take up to 2 months to get my car back! No way. I towed my car right out of there to Bell Honda whose already started repairs same day! I think this has been the worst customer service I've ever received.

  • Brian A.

I worked with Derrick, When I brought in my Kia Soul, it had massive problems.  I could not even turn the car off or I would have been stranded! You and your team thoroughly tested the car, and after several days of testing found the issue, and found all the parts needed.   Not only that, but also you ensured that the parts were fit for purpose and of high quality. For this, i'm grateful that I rolled into Ken Garff Kia. I'd like to appreciate your dedication to doing the customer right, your never-quit work ethic, and your clear and concise communication which made working with Ken Garff Kia a pleasure. You've earned your dealership a new customer.   When I buy my new Kia, it will be from you folks.

  • Mad Mom T.V

Well, I took my key in because the engine blue it took them a while to get someone that knew what they were doing because the service person I was talking to didn't know what he was doing trying to get a manager. They finally got the new engine in my soul. But then when I got my car back, it was completely and utterly disgusting. There was black everywhere, my Oliver. My steering wheel all over my seat belt. There is brown stuff squirted all over the roof of my car. If I could take a picture and put it on here. I would not to mention that they left it out in the sun. Show the toys I had on my - are now desdroid and on top of that I was charged a $100 for my warranty.

  • Robin Anderson

James in service was great. They upgraded my anti theft software and replaced my battery in less time than anticipated, which is always appreciated. While the work was being done, the technician texted a video of other issues to be addressed in the future. This was a very nice feature. James gave me a detailed explanation of the work required for my 50,000 mile service and the associated costs. This will help me plan and budget for future repairs. It was a hot day, but I was able to get my shopping done while I waited. All in all, I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Ken Garff Kia, 2121 East Bell Rd.

  • Lindsey Deardorff

Well, I’ve waited a year to post my review on this establishment. DO NOT buy a used car here! Advertised price was $20k. After taxes and fees, they wanted to charge me almost $30k for a USED Subaru with almost 100k miles. What a joke. I was in desperate need of a vehicle that day (my mistake) and finally settled on $25k… Not to mention, we had to wait for HOURS and paid cash. Not even 2 months later, I had to have my front end repaired. Mechanic said they should’ve noticed the damage if they did a thorough inspection before listing the car for sale. This place absolutely sucks.

  • Christy Derr

I had an excellent experience at Ken Garff Kia and wouldn't change a thing or ever go elsewhere. I will tell everyone know how WONDERFUL they are!! Starting with Zo, who saw us as we came onto the and quickly changed his direction to go out of his way to greet us warmly and stayed with us through the ENTIRE process all the way to Chuck who shared his expertise and kindness to explain the nitty-gritty while getting me the BEST DEAL, and finally Steven who walked me through the signing process. These guys are the absolute PICTURE of customer service and go above and beyond.

  • Shari Broyer

It took about 1/2 hour longer than promised to get my car done, but there was a safety recall (having to do with the locking system) and the Ken Garff service dept. took care of it so I didn't have to make another appointment. I watched a video of work being done as it was done, and my car came back to me clean and shiny and well taken care of. There was FRESH ground Starbucks coffee in the waiting area, as well as snack machines, a flat screen TV, and other amenities which I didn't use but could have--like Wi-fi hook-up. Nice, clean, and friendly service. :-)

  • KATHERINE ANSELMO

Unfortunately, I dealt with some of the same issues as the last review. I called today to try to negotiate and purchase a used car. My offers were that I am paying cash, my own shipping, and tax, title, and license fee. The cost of the vehicle was listed online for $35,841. When the guy gave me the price I would be paying for the car it was $40,961.60. He went $5,120.60 in the wrong direction. Again, I was calling to negotiate a small amount off of the price of the car. As a business owner I want to educate people to please not fall for these types of scam.

  • Danielle Miller

My experience at Ken Garff KIA was excellent! I took my car in for several recall repairs and an oil change. The technician, Matt, sent me a video of my car and explained everything to me. A few other things were found that they recommended be fixed and they quoted me. When I told them I had a mechanic for those things they were NOT pushy (others places typically don’t like when you tell them no to additional services). My service advisor, John L., was very kind and handled everything very professionally. The communication was on point! I am very pleased.

  • Tawana Joseph

I have not purchased a vehicle face to face in over 5 years. This was one of the best experiences to date. My sales guy Fernando G. was professional, personable, and great to work with! Recommending all my family and friends to him! People want to be heard not pressured and this dealership provided that experience! The finance manager Jennifer N. was just as great and personable. I felt how much she values what she does and values the company. This was one of my best car buying experiences, and the Ken Garff Auto family has a customer for life!

  • Andy Duwell

I bought a used 2017 F-350 from Ken Garff Kia Bell Road and had a great experience with Melo. She was very easy to work with and made the buying experience as stress free as possible. I would recommend Melo to anyone that is looking for an enjoyable experience when buying from Ken Garff Kia Bell Road. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the gas tank was at 1/8th tank. I test drove the vehicle that day and assumed it would be filled up prior to leaving. I should have noticed the fuel state prior to leaving the dealership but didn’t.

  • Robert Moore

After much research, I had decided to buy a new Kia Sportage. I wanted to see them in person so my girlfriend and I dropped in one morning. We parked in front, saw a few salesman loitering inside and one outside. We walked around looking at the Sportgages on the lot for about 20 minutes or so. No one ever helped us at any point or even acknowledged our presence. Pathetic. We purchased a new Sportgage from another dealer a week later. I guess this dealership doesn't care about its potential clients nor about training up a professional staff...

  • Re Viewer

We took our vehicle in on June 14 for a software update. We had advisor ADRIAN JARAMILLO. He never gave any kind of paperwork to show what was done. We expected it would come in an email but NO! We called on June 16 and spoke to Heather and again on June 21 and spoke to Tara. Both ladies said they’d leave him a message. We have never heard a thing. I emailed the General Mgr, Carlos Aguirre, with no response. What kind of business refuses to give a customer a receipt? With how this place is run, we'd never do any further business with them.

  • Taylor Thompson

I was put on the schedule 3 days from when I called (effectively asap), I was able to immediately talk to Noel, who took excellent care of me, he reviewed the multipoint inspection test with me, kept me up to date with where my vehicle was at and what they had found, I was even offered a ride home, and back to the dealership. Even though my car wasnt cleaned when it was returned to me, it was ready sooner than they said it would be. Overall, Noel and the team at this dealership are fast, professional, and extremely helpful! Thank you!!

  • Hainy Sukrad

Madelyn Creer, an advisor at Ken Garff Kia, was an amazing employee. She was very helpful and professional. This morning when I brought my car in for an oil change, she happily explained the services I would need while also listening to the concerns I had regarding my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the expeditious services my vehicle received at this showroom, as it was efficiently addressed within an hour. For this, I recommend owners of KIA/Hyundai who live in Phoenix to service their vehicles at Ken Garff KIA Phoenix.

  • Scarlett Clark

My last car was a Kia Optima. I absolutely loved that car, so when it came time to upgrade, naturally I went back to Kia. Marcus was the salesman who helped me. He was very professional and attentive to my wants and needs. He helped me find what I was looking for at a price I can afford and before I knew it I was driving off the lot with my new Kia! Thank you Kia and thank you Marcus! When I go in for oil changes and safety recalls Jonathon always takes excellent care of my vehicle and even cleans it for me. Thank you Jonathon!

  • Brandon

tried scamming us on the price by adding $3,700 to the price of the car after running our credit. they said the reason for this is because the bank they wanted us to finance through wanted their top warranty…. mind you the used car already had a remaining manufacturer warranty, a certified warranty, and out insurance that would be on the car. spent about 2 hours at the dealership for them to try to pull a fast one on us last minute. extremely shady, and disgusting. We worked with Mike and Zo, and we will never be returning.

  • Dawn B

I just had my 2015 Kia Sorento serviced at Ken Garff Kia, Bell Road. John White was my service guy. Not only did John go above and beyond in explaining things I had no idea about (like the fact I had an extended warranty that I forgot I had), but was so courteous, kind, helpful, cheerful and super to work with. One of the best experiences at a dealership in a very long time. Thank You John for your service. I will be referring Ken Garff Kia Dealership, but more specifically, YOU John, as a service agent. Thank You so much!

  • Michael Alexander

Ken Garff Kia never fails to deliver.... I've purchased two cars from them and all the way from sales to service. They exceed my expectations. I took my 2023 Kia Sportage in for an oil change and two recalls as well as the brakes grinding and was advised that the rotors were only covered for the first 12 months or 12,000 mi whichever came first. I am on my 15-month of owning my car. I am not at 12,000 miles yet and they went ahead and fixed my brakes at no charge to me. This dealer ship truly makes you feel like family.

  • Keith Shillito

We had an excellent buying experience at Earnhardt Kia. Paul Horak, our salesperson, was very friendly and helpful. No pressure. When we were concerned about finance options, Earnhardt Kia helped meet our goals. We were quite pleased that the person who offered warranties did not pressure us at all. Overall great experience! In addition, considering we bought during the covid-19 pandemic, the whole group at Earnhardt was respectful of us wearing masks, and they wore masks as well. Thanks for that!

  • Jamesha Jefferson

Don’t waste your time! 3K down on a car not even purchased for two months! Mysteriously discounts they stated they have given, never seen any of them! Dropped the car off to be looked at for the same thing they swear they fixed before the car was driven off the lot! I’m sure they put a “band-aide” on it! Oh yea, 200$ JUST FOR THEM TO LOOK AT IT! Ha freaking HA! What a way to spend the holidays! Try another dealership cause this is NOT THE ONE! If I could give 0 stars for SERVICE, I WOULD!

  • vishnu kesh

Great customer service. I went with my Kia Soul and the advisor Noel and one lady, her name I forgot to ask were really friendly and helpful. I was pretty new in Phoenix and when compared to my previous experiences in other places, they explained each and everything with patience. I really appreciates the way they are treating their customers. Also their special offer for 3 time service with a single payment is something great I would say. I strongly recommend Ken Garff

  • Jessica OBrien

Great car buying process. Cars aren’t marked up over MSRP like other Kia dealerships in AZ. Of course the dealer package is added, which has several add-ons to the car like window tint, theft protection, interior protection. Fernando Garcia was our salesman, and he was upfront and honest as well as very prompt- with continual communication with me during the days before our purchase. I’d highly recommend this dealership & Fernando for your new or used car purchase!

  • Sydney Jones

I worked specifically with Will and he made the process so incredibly easy. This was my first car I was able to buy for myself after an accident last December, and I was so worried it was going to be the typical horrible dealership experience. I ended up going with a 2011 kia soul and we worked the deal down where both parties left happy. The whole start to finish also only took max an hour and a half. Car is in really good condition and I couldn't be happier.

  • Guy Pascua

Best deal on oil changes for my 2022 Stinger GT1. Prompt and Friendly service. Jonathan is great to work with and answered all of my questions. Prefer to wait in the dealership instead of the service area so I can checkout the vehicles. They sold the Audi RS8 and have a Hummer EV in the showroom. Nice! Update - 6-17-2023. Still the best deal for an oil change, still the friendliest service, plus they'll also install the upgraded tires I'm ordering.

  • Michelle C

I always hated car dealerships but not this time, I had a great experience with Ken Garff Kia. We got treated like we are part of the family. Our salesperson, Ernesto, was fabulous, worked really hard for the deal that we wanted and really showed us what they have to offer. The post sale services were great too. We were missing a cargo net, door edge shield and whatever that was left off on my old vehicle and they were able to send it to us.

  • W Z

Good service, Takes couple hours for oil change but they have waiting area. We bought a service plan with car so have to bring it here to use it. They rotate tires and wash it too. As well as keep up with software updates and other service intervals kias need. It's worth the wait since they do all that. Nice that they honor the service plan and don't try to find ways to charge me more. It's a good place to do business. I would reccomend it.

  • Michelle Stone

Make sure you walk around your vehicle before and after leaving for service. I found damage on my car that I purchased the day prior. When I asked if they had cameras in their shop and was told they do. They wouldn’t even check the recording. I was told the techs get an incentive $$$ for damaging cars and then coming forward. LOL! That’s a good one. I want to add that I reached out to Carlos after he responded to my review. Crickets…..

  • Scott Tabako Jr

Made an appointment on a Tuesday to test drive a specific car the following Saturday. They held that specific car for me--a welcome surprise--so after a quick trip around the block to make sure it had the features I needed, I bought it and drove it home to Flagstaff after spending less than 2 hours in the dealership. Staff and service were great, I just wish I didn't have to make a 2 hour trip to experience it! Loving my new Soul!

  • Fay Kontos

We have been looking for a Kia Soul for one week. We got a total runaround with three different dealerships. We were so frustrated until we came upon Ken Garff Kia Bell Road. William was an outstanding sales representative, who went the extra mile and beyond to make this deal happen for us we could not be happier. We highly recommend dealing with William, if you are looking for a Kia Soul! We will be back again! Spiro

  • Marjorie Burke

James Martin is my service manager. He is very courteous, patient, & knowledgeable. He explained everything, so I was able to understand. Being a woman, I know very little about cars. He's one of the best service managers I've ever had. Pls don't transfer him!!! We've purchased 5-6 cars from this dealership & have had all vehicles service here. James is keeping me to continue supporting this dealership. Marge Burke

  • Dennis Randolph

Took my car in for steering column issue and recall service. Estimated repair was 5.5 hours same day. It wound up taking 5 days after the Service Department identified several other issues needing repair. That said Ken Garff Kia Bell Road took good care of me, including a rental car during the extended service time. Personal shout out to Adrian Jaramillo for being an excellent Service Advisor and a man of his word.

  • Megan Beyer

I’d recommend going anywhere else in the valley if looking to purchase and finance a car. Over 4 days we worked with two sales men and three managers, fourth day took the trip to sign the paperwork on a negotiated price just for them to increase the price when we got there. They wasted a lot of our time and were overall just not decent humans to work with. Unpleasant experience to say the least

  • Cheryl Parker

They took very good care of me when I got there, but when it was getting late I said to myself, my car has to be done. So I was outside that’s when I saw my car, so the service lady call and asked who had the 4 numbers and she read the number off and then the gentleman that help me out in the first place, came and give me the paperwork, and said he was so busy today. Then he walk me to my car

  • Scott Contadino

I dropped off my '09 Kia for a recalled item and the A/C to be fixed. My service rep, Jonathan Hurrell was awesome! He got me in quickly, called me to let me know when the recalled item was fixed and they were starting on the A/C. His estimates of how long the job would take were spot on. I will definitely take my Kia back to Ken Garff Kia in the future!!! One happy customer. Thank you, Scott

  • Amanda Thomas

Richard helped to show us all of our options and ensure that all of our boxes were checked and we were happy with the vehicle that will support our family for many years to come. Buying a car is rarely a fun experience, but our time at Ken Garff Kia was genuinely enjoyable. At the end of the day, we left knowing that we made a sound decision with an even better than we imagined vehicle!

  • Michael Rau

John Lane is always transparent and operates with integrity. I can always rely on the information he provides regarding recommendations for services regarding my vehicle maintenance. I research prices that you can expect to pay including labor and parts and they’re on par with expectations for our area. Thank you for helping me keep my vehicle safe and reliable for me and my family.

  • Angie Tate

We’ll never come back here again The service department was rude, unprofessional and didn’t care about actually finding the source of our issues. No timeline on how long it would take, no communication, thought that speaking negatively about me in another language would not be understood. News flash, I speak the language fluently. Even my kid knew you were talking bad about me.

  • Hannah Hughes

I had a great experience getting my car serviced here- my attendant was very kind and explained everything clearly, and did not once make me feel pressured into spending more money than necessary (as I often feel as a young woman at any car dealership/service company). I was told how long I would have to wait and it was accurate with very little fuss. Would highly recommend!

  • Michael Laurin

I had an appointment made on tuesday Sept 5 ( confirmed by a text from the dealership) & they had no record of it when I showed for my 8:00 am appointment on Sept 11, then they checked the sound under my hood which John said only took a half hour to find. It took from 8 am to 11am to change my oil? Why would it take 3 hours to rotate my tires & change my oil? Just wondering!

  • jason odle

I must say that buying a car is always a process. However this time was much different Henry Kelbie was absolutely amazing he helped me and my wife from the first step to the last and was on top of things. He got me an amazing deal, made sure we understood everything and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place, ask for Henry Kelbie he’s all about the customer

  • Nathan Wardleigh

Was really surprised that our 2 or 3 hour recall only took 45 minutes! there service department either is super fast or they are just too kind to Senior citizens. Thanks again and the waiting room is absolutely spotless (if that matters to any of your to be customers). Thanks again for the quick service! p.s . Sorry for the cracker crumbs I left on the floor.

  • Vighnesh viggy

Absolutely horrendous customer service, they make promises that they dont uphold and have zero regard, empathy and responsibility for the issues they have caused for my car. Even on call, I was met with extremely rude customer service by Jay White who didnt want to take the time to explain or listen. I am saddened by the service and how steeply it has declined.

  • Tony Jr.

Very happy with the service at Ken Garff Kia Bell Road . I dropped the car off the night before. Got a message early morning the next day that my car would be looked at. Soon thereafter I got a video message from my assigned mechanic. Total price for services was up front so I Had the recommended services done, car was washed and ready by 2:00pm. All good

  • Adrien Burkhart

I was greeted immediately upon arrival for my appointment. All details were clearly presented to me by Noel. The service was performed in half the time estimated. I will only bring my Kia's to Ken Garff even though they are 45 miles from my home and I drive past several other Kia dealerships on the way. Honest, on time, and fair. What more could you ask for.

  • Patty Bellohusen

I am new to Kia, and was very impressed with the thorough, yet efficient work from everyone involved in scheduling and servicing my vehicle. I had trouble contacting another local Kia service center, and Ken Garff offered to get me in the same day! They even washed my car while it was there :-) I would definitely recommend this service center for your Kia!

  • Christopher Hall

The people at the dealership were amazing and very transparent. Very good car buying experience and would recommend Ken Garff KIA to anyone. The only negative is what's always been a negative: the process takes way too long. Was there 2 days for a combined 8 1/2 hours. It's a great thing that everyone is amazing, especially our salesman Kevin. Good times.

  • Felisha Rogers

Great experience, so great we bought 2 cars! They have inventory, New and used! Come down and ask for Kit, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Christian was our finance guy, he worked EXTRA hard to get the job done. This was a different experience than other car buying deals we've done. These guys went above and beyond. Check them out, you wont be sorry!

  • Alex Dujmic

Purchased my 23’ Forte 5 months ago. Very happy with the price compared to other acquaintances with the same vehicle. Every trip I’ve taken to the dealer since has been ecstatic. The customer service from all departments is fantastic. Will assisted me with the purchase of the vehicle I don’t know if he is still there but he’ll certainly treat you well!

  • Marcia Brown

James was very efficient very polite very helpful and did an all-around great job. Hope I can get him to be my service advisor next time IJames was very efficient very polite very helpful and did an all-around great job. Hope I can get him to be my service advisor. Next time I have to go. I would recommend them to anyone who owns a Kia.

  • Jess Redburn

Horrible service. It was done with promised. It was way more than I was quoted for an oil change. When it was done the guy didn't bring my car up for me. He didn't even know where it was. I asked them about another part on my car and they didn't even fix it for me. Will not be coming back here. Peoria Kia all the way from now on.

  • Holly Montoya

Adrian at Kia went above and beyond my expectations when I brought my car in for service! Everything was so easy from scheduling my appointment, to being greeted at my car window right away, to Adrian providing me a Lyft ride to work, to the pick up! They even washed my car! It was an exceptional experience and I will be back!

  • carson stoltz

I made an appointment days in advanced for a simple oil change and a tire rotation, waited at the dealership, and this is the first time in my life I had to wait for 2+ hours for and oil change/ tire rotation. Unreal. I have changed the oil on my car before when I worked at a dealership and I would get it done in 15 or less.

  • Dan Erickson

Bought my Kia here 6 years ago when it was Earnhardt...great!! Went to parts counter as Ken Garff.....asked for a tail light bulb for a 2014 Sorento SXL....which has LED tail lights.....he gave me a bulb and sent me on my way....how does the parts guy not know this? Too bad, because I am upgrading soon, just not from here

  • brandon brock

I was amazed on how Maddie handled my car with their service technician. She was able to keep me updated with all the information and was willing to go and check with certain information to make sure I’m informed with everything going on with my car. She was super helpful and very clear with the information she gave me.

  • hazel hoffman

Don't trust them they tried to scam us after 4 hours of waiting they told us a used car that they had the mileage and the price different on the car we went to see. Said it was 22k miles it was at 40k. The price was 2k more. Then they added $4k onto the price for protections. Then said the bank had to add another $4k

  • Manuel Patino

Drove over an hour to be told a car can’t be sold. At least text a person and let them know. Unless they have you drive there to tried to sale another car. Thank you William Sheaf!! Buyers aware P.S. If preferred, I will post or send the whole text conversation. You can form you own opinion. Thank you.

  • Ana Laura Delgado

I had a FANTASTIC!!! experience with the service, I live in Brownsville Texas, I found the ideal person (Melo) to buy my son's car for his 21st birthday! He studies in Tucson. She helped me put a bow on my son's car and sent me some incredible pictures. She made me very happy!! Thank you Melo

John at service was really nice, greeted me well and instructed me on all the amenities that there were as I waited and said he would have me back in my car by a specific time that was right on. I appreciated it all, and John was great! Nice coffee machine, just need some snacks for the customers is all.

Paul was excellent, took great care of us, the whole car buying experience was very simple. Adrian did an excellent job with my car, I had to bring in for recall items. He was prompt professional and he arranged for me to get a lyft ride to and from the dealership to my job while they worked on my car.

I needed my car repaired after it was vandalized. My representative, Derrick Quartullo, was transparent and always available when I had questions. He also helped navigate the insurance side of it, which was a huge help as well. My car was properly fixed and drove like normal after the repairs.

Great service! Carols the GM and team are friendly courteous and prompt with their customer and their needs. My first visit to service my vehicle, but will be sure to use them from now on even though they are on other side of town for me. Worth the extra mileage to put your car in good care!

I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. Adrian was great! He was friendly, efficient and sent me texts to keep me updated on my car. I especially liked the video he sent showing the inspection of my car. It was a great service experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The staff was courteous and professional. The anti-theft software cause problems opening the side door. They are relying on Kia to help troubleshoot the problem. Since the issue isn’t resolved, At this point I can’t give them a fair review.I will leave another review once it’s rectified.

Highly recommend Ken Garff Kia. Kevin is a very professional salesman who wasn't too pushy and got the transaction done quickly. Carlos, the GM, had everything set up for me and the whole deal was easy and seamless. It is a very relaxed environment and they all made me feel like family.

We worked with Ron. He is very knowledgeable professional, and helped us get a great deal and we love our new car. He did a great job not pushing us, but letting us know a lot about the car and all the accessories and we feel that we made a great choice because of Ron.

Ken Garff Kia Bell Road is amazing! I have taken my car a few times there to get fixed and they go above and beyond to help you. Adrian helped me with my car, he’s very communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

It would of been nice to be notified about what was going on with my car. To get a call instead of me calling and going through hoops. We still don't even know what was wrong with it. Terrible communication. But they did cover our rental car and we are grateful.
