The good reviews about this place is false, don't trust them. THEIR PHONES DONT WORK. state of our nation right now. I have been waiting on a package since 10th Jan when it arrived at our post office. I finally received my slip for collection at wynberg, I go to collect it but they're closed because of an attempted roberry (are you joking!? No security?) And now I'm on some wild goose chase, calling numbers that are not even connected, seems the post office can't afford to pay their phone bill. I've been to both Kenilworth and wynberg post offices before receiving my slip, enquiring about my long overdue package. All the staff can advise is 'it is here in cape town, you must just wait' I waited almost a month for that little slip. I'm still without my package and now I have to travel by foot to these places to find out what the hell is happening with my package because THEIR PHONES DONT WORK

Kenilworth Centre Post Office staff and management were outstanding today. It was honestly the first time I've received so much care and support for what I'm doing from my postal service. More than that they handled my parcels with the utmost care and respect. Every person that came in, was greeted by name and even though my shipment was overwhelming they didn't huff or puff at the workload ahead of them. Thank you for making me leave one happy customer. Mr Petersen and Tiny - brilliant work! Thank you!

My Police clearance certificate arrived at the post office 23.05.2023 I went there to collect it a few days later and they couldn't find it. The lady then said she will contact me when they have found it but I'm still waiting for that call, I make use of uber as I don't have a car of my own and it costs money. Tried calling but the calls just doesn't go through. Not sure if I should go again because what if it is in vain again.

This place does not operate according to the business hours they claim. They are ALWAYS closed whenever I go there despite it being within the business hours stipulated. No wonder they are retrenching so many of the staff at South Africa’s post office because clearly very few of them actually do any work. This is a particularly bad post office which you can never rely on to be open when they are supposed to be.

We had very good service from Siya. It wasn't an easy task managing so many seniors renewing their Sassa cards. In between being off line and loadshedding. He was doing his rounds and available to answer questions. Also to the consultant at window 2. She displayed patience and empathy. Well done

I have been trying to contact them for the past week and a half. All I want to know is if they are open as per their trading hours and if they have Sassa Cards as I need to renew my daughters card that expired April. The contact number on the website don't work.

Staff are rude and unprofessional, shouting at service users angrily, not sharing information regarding the way the queue operates. Terrible experience. Have to wait outside the mall in an unsecure area of the parking lot where it is dark and dirty.

Staff was very helpful but there was something going on. Not very comforting at all. People just lingering there for whatever the reason might be to the point that security was asking them to not loiter at the post office

They opened later than they were supposed to..I was there at 08:00 and the workers were inside but not opening. I had to leave because I also had work to go to. I think that it was unprofessional and inconsiderate.

The staff deserve at least 5 stars..... Its just the building that's so tired. After my last 4 post offices closing down, it's now Kenilworth that's the closest. The excellent service makes it worth while!
