Took my parents to view riser recliner chairs and met with Katie who knows her stuff. Katie is approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable and after asking a few questions was able to guide my parents to the appropriate chairs to suit their individual needs. She gave them good advice, fully demonstrated the chairs and has a great sense of humour whilst being very respectful at the same time. Excellent service, no pushy sales techniques, easy and relaxed atmosphere. Shop was well stocked with furniture and chairs to try out. On the whole a very pleasant experience for my parents and me! A wonderful collection of orthopedic lounge chairs. From basic orthopedic chairs to motorised longe chairs and suites to meet every disability need (IMHO). Staff where friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Not pushy, just a 'have a look and let us know if you want help' attitude. They did know their stuff with excellent product and disability needs knowledge. Two disabled parking slots are available on the street at the rear. Wheel chair access available from that direction too. Toilet on lower level. Stair chair lift available to help you get between floors.

Went with my friend Connie who was looking for a rise and recline chair. The lady (sorry forgotten your name) was so helpful. Connie said of the lady "she was so kind and helpful and guided me through the choices, without feeling obliged ". Connie was very impressed with the chair and what a difference it made in the ease of standing and comfort when reclined. On the way home she said she should have bought one years ago. Connie is eagerly awaiting the delivery of her Westbury rise and recline in 4 weeks time.

We have just had our Wentworth 3-Piece suite delivered this morning by two excellent delivery men. From the buying process where we were told delivery would be 6 weeks (it was) and then we were told they would deliver to us at 10am (the van arrived at 10.02am), everything was effortless. Also love the fact that they will take your old stuff away, clean it up and give it to charity. Great staff, would definitely shop again here and recommend them to all.

We recently bought a riser recliner chair from Kettleys for our mum. David in the shop was amazing, he certainly knows his stuff! He went through the whole process in a caring and informative way with our mother. All the variations on the chair were carefully explained and we are very happy with the chair that fitted mum perfectly. Even better we have bought a British made chair! Thanks so much David!!

Just had our new suite delivered on Thursday and could not be happier with the quality of the suite and the service from Kettleys. Ordered the suite in January (served by Nicola - approx 10 week delivery) but it was ready in 7 weeks. As we were not ready for it to be delivered, they stored it for us. Excellent service from the shop to the two guys who delivered it. Thank you Kettleys!
