I honestly can’t speak high enough from my first experience with this clinic, reception was absolutely lovely and yes the receptionist firstly explained the difference and outlined the cost before the conversation progressed but I completely understand as to why they do this considering if they don’t, you may get a surprise cost during the apt because you may have expected it to be bulk billed through the Child Dental Benefit Scheme so I actually believe that they are doing the right thing by providing this information prior. I was explained by reception that they are always booked out in advance unfortunately but she wanted me to explain my concerns for my child so she was able to relay this information to the doctor and provide the photos so the doctor can assess them to see if a consultation was required rather than paying for a consultation that may not have been necessary and waste our time and money. Shortly after proving this Dr Jamie actually called me, spent 15 minutes discussing my daughters case and provided me with her professional opinion and is now going out of her way to provide me with a referral. The compassion and time she took to speak to me I have never experienced before so thank you everyone at Kiddie Dental, can’t thank you enough and will definitely be referring family and friends

Our daughter was in alot of pain with a tooth that had a previous filling from another dentist. She was terrified of going to the dentist due to bad experiences she had with the previous dentist. I rang to enquire about an appointment on my way to collect our daughter from school. The receptionist was lovely and sorted us an appointment just over an hour later. The female dentist my daughter saw was so friendly, calm and reassuring. She explained everything she was doing, when she was about to do it and if our daughter wasn't happy she tried an alternative but didn't push anything. The dentist was thorough and open about the issues she identified. This practice has restored our faith in decent dentists. We would absolutely recommend them.

I was nervous about how our experience would be going here due to the below reviews, but I was put at ease instantly when we were greeted by a very friendly and professional woman who I think was named Bec, at the front door. We didn’t have a long wait time before Dr Kay and her assistant (I forget her name!) saw my 6yr old. Both were so patient, friendly and informative. It was a great experience, in fact my child said they had fun there and couldn’t wait to go back! Dr Kay even gave me free advice, tooth brushes and other dental tools for our toddler who was with us. Our experience was fantastic and we will definitely be back every 6 months!

Would not recommend- where do I start: 1. I got a second opinion from another dentist which is $2000 cheaper and is also more comprehensive. The other dentist is the Paediatric Dental Home. 2. There were additional tooth issues not spotted at this appointment. 3. I was provided with an itemised quote, compared to the vague quote I received from Kiddies Dental. 4. At the other dentist, only the cost of the gap between the charge and Medicare was taken at this appointment as well, which was only $130.50 as opposed to paying $270 and needing to claim through Medicare. (A much better client-friendly experience.)

I had a very bad experience in that clinic,,the front staff is rude ,,she acts like a sales person,,,my son he had a pain ,,he couldn't even talk ,,and she is keep asking him a question,my son looked at me he wants me to answer her questions bcoz he couldn't speak a word ,I was trying to answer her but she was not listening me and keep talking with him,she didn't talk nicely with my son,when I left from there my son said I don't want to go there again,,,

By far the worst dental experience my kid have, the dr treat him as he’s an object, didn’t talk to him at all not even asked what’s his name , all what I got from the dr was how much the cost even before she do anything. We were booked as last patient and when my son got scared she refused to treat him . The dr bedside manner is zero specially with kids, I’ll never ever recommend this clinic to any mum or dad

Absolutely amazing experience for our 4 year olds first visit to the dentist. The staff were exceptionally patient and friendly and handled the situation fantastically. Overall the place was very clean and welcoming. Car park is very small and tight but otherwise no complaints.

Excellent preparation and care regarding my daughter's surgery. I am thoroughly impressed and extremely grateful for the fantastic service that Dr Kar Mun Chan and team provide!

Great staff and procedures, I took my son in for a tooth ache and they were extremely helpful, reception made everything so clear couldn’t recommend kiddies more.
