UPDATE: The amount of lies is disgraceful. Creating an imaginary story and false accusations is unacceptable. Therefore I decided to escalate the matter, I would recommend you revise your records because your records are lying. I didn't verbally abuse anyone, the conversation between me and the receptionist was so brief and decent. I was mainly explaining why I will not book another appointment and the receptionist was actually surprised that the dentist doesn't want to get this done on the day and wants me to book a 45 minutes on another day, and there weren't any patients in the waiting room. I believe there are cameras to prove that you are lying. A practice that leaves a patient in pain then lies and make up stories, means its extremely untrustworthy. I am the one who decided that I will go to another dentist and I asked for the print of the X ray, not the other way around as you are trying to convey. When I called to book, I was offered an appointment by the end of the month and after explaining the urgency of the matter I was offered an appointment the next day. If the child is in pain then she is coming to be treated, that what a good dentist will do. And 15 minutes were more than enough to get the treatment but we stayed less than 5 minutes. Please revise the recorded phone call There were no other times that I found not suitable because I was not willing to come to this dentist again, so I didn't ask for availability of other times. Zero star not even I chose Rana Yawary based on the reviews, my experience was far from good. I explained my child’s condition to the receptionist and she booked me an appointment the next day, which means it’s clear why I want my child to be seen by the dentist ASAP. We went and Rana had a look and in less than 5 minutes we were done. I told her I want my child’s wobbly baby tooth to be removed because its causing her pain and it’s pressing on her gums, she refused and asked me to book another 45 minutes appointment because she doesn’t have time today. So I took a day off work and drove to the clinic then left with my child still in pain because the dentist doesn’t have a minute to take off a baby tooth. In addition, when I asked to have a copy of the X ray, I found out that she did it for the upper part only. Which means even the 3 minutes consultation was not for all my child’s teeth. Such a disrespect and untrustworthy dentist. Of course I won’t ever go back because I won’t trust this C class dentist doing anything to my child.

Dr. Rana is an amazing paediatric dentist/surgeon. We visited her to get a second opinion on my son's dental program, Rana was able to provide a plan which was much more practical and meant we didn't need to extract as many teeth as suggested by another specialist. Rana was extremely patient and caring with my son. For me, she explained everything thoroughly so that there were no surprises leading up to or after the procedure. The Wyndham private clinic was also exceptional and the nurses outstanding especially under the new COVID conditions. Thank you very much Rana, you and your team were excellent during this very stressful time.

Dr. Rana is extremely thorough and professional. She is very professional and friendly. Most importantly- my child love going to visit her ! She has a great rapport with children. She did for my son a surgery. Also, staff all super friendly and professionalat especially at the recepation office Junko was very helpful and patient. At the end, Highly recommend this clinc you will find great service and very wonderful doctor and very frinedlly staff.

We were initially a little nervous about attending our first appointment with our son, aged 2 at the time. The whole team made us feel very supported and welcome and were incredibly kind and understanding when our son was a little upset. We are so glad we found this clinic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high level of care for their young children who are starting out at the dentist. Thank you so much!

We had our 2.5 years old checked by Dr Rana at Melbourne Paediatric Dentistry and it was a great experience, as our little one is very difficult to handle in the chair but Dr Rana made the experience very comfortable for her. We would definitely recommend the service to everyone who wants to have their children's teeth being dealt with by professional making them super comfortable.

Dr Rana is the most gentle dentist you could hope to see. She saw my 2 year old after she knocked her front teeth. Despite crying a little at the exam, my daughter couldn't stop talking about Dr Rana and the little present she got at her visit. In fact, she has now named her doctor barbie doll "Dr Rana"! If that's not a glowing endorsement from a child, I don't know what is!

Dr. Rana is simply amazing. My daughter had a complex treatment plan, requiring 3 visits and different treatments. She was friendly, honest and explained the treatments and was so good with my daughter. I wish she was available for just general check ups …

Dr Rana and the team are so lovely to deal with, amazing with our kids putting them at ease & making the whole process seamless. In addition their pricing is fair and reasonable (compared to some others!). Highly recommend

Highly recommend! Dr Rana and her staff helped my toddler feel safe and calm for his first dental check up. It was such a positive experience and we were so impressed by her skill, speed and expertise.
