I came to kingston dodge Chrysler, since my visit to the other dealership in town didn't seem as hospitable as I had experienced in the past. Kingston dodge Chrysler started off being cordial and friendly and have continued to be so. My issue/s began when first taking my 2011 Jeep Wrangler unlimited Rubicon to them. It was for a couple of open factory recalls as well as two other non warranty issues one of them being the cruise control not working. It began with when I called to schedule a repair appointment, to which I was met with "we have to do a diagnostic on the vehicle", to which I replied no you don't if I'm giving you the DTC (diagnostic trouble codes) codes. I ended up having to speak with the service manager to explain. They repaired all (replaced the cruise control switch in the steering wheel and the vehicle seemed fine. A few weeks later the cruise control switch again wasn't working or working intermittently. I scheduled another appointment to investigate/repair the problem. It was found seemingly a defective switch and was replaced again n/c. A few weekes later it started again not working. I scheduled a third appointment, a diagnostic was again suggested so I caved. It seemed that another part was faulty the clock spring, which fortunately was under a technical service bulletin and was replaced n/c (but I had to pay the diagnostic). P8cked the vehicle up abd again a few weeks later same issue cruise control not working, but this time the DTC's ( diagnostic trouble codes that appeared initially at the first visit were showing), along with an emissions code. Back to square one it seems. During the last couple of visits the one service advisor says he called me on two occasions, when he couldn't have as there's no record of kingston dodge Chrysler or any number close to theirs it seems recorded on my phone. When I attempt to pickup my vehicle up after 3 1/2 days the the dealership there's now a place issue in the area abd few vehicle can get to the deleship as well as I have no ride thee as my spouse us out of town. They redeem themselves a bit by sending their shuttle to pick me up. I'm told by the service advisor that unless the issue happens regularly or leaves a hard code (isn't a check engine light on and two DTC codes sufficient and or considered a "hard code") enough to locate the problem. Currently it's still working till... I told the advisor that he was 2 strikes out for lying to me on the phone calls. I've since visited a small private garage who I had dealings with nearly 20 years ago, and got more information on a different repair than listed here, along with better and more information than this dealership offered/could give Mr. So guess where I'll be returning, not the dealership. Kingston dodge Chrysler you lost future and continuing business primarily because you couldn't fix the problem in 3-4 visits, abd your service advisors lies. Not happy.

I give zero stars to Kingston Dodge. I wish I could be writing a positive review but I have had nothing but issues and poor service since purchasing my Jeep Cherokee about 2 months ago. Immediately upon purchasing my vehicle I began to hear a grinding sound coming from the right right brakes. Kingston Dodge had me in to tell me they found nothing wrong with it. I brought it back a second time and drove the car with the technician to find out my brand new brakes had become “contaminated” and needed to be replaced. Weeks later, the sound is back in the same side of the vehicle. I brought it to Kingston Dodge and was told “rusty brakes”. Interesting. Second, I purchased a warranty with this vehicle and was told by my sales person that in order for it to be valid I had to get my oil changes done on time. No problem but according Kingston Dodge I had an oil change done when I bought the car in January but was due for my next on March 22. Kingston Dodge tells me that’s wrong and I am not due for an oil change but fail to update the date so I have no clue when I am due for an oil change. You would think that’s important to know so I can ensure my $3000 warranty can stay active. I was told they would store my tires for 1 year for free but upon asking for a receipt so I had proof they were storing them, they said they do not provide that and have never been asked before. I was also told the vehicle would come with a full detail and instead it came with dirt and dust and some used napkins in the center console. It also had a few items that clearly belonged to the previous owner. Wow. I told my salesperson Joe May and again, I get nowhere with speaking to anyone at Kingston Dodge. If I had one word to describe this experience it would be “regret.” I am so highly disappointed and I would not recommend you buy a vehicle here.

The worst customer care experience that I have faced in my life. It cant be worse than this. Took my jeep compass with factory warranty to service for complaint of all warning lights including engine light. This issue started on December ,2021. They couldn’t even find out what was wrong with my jeep. They give back my jeep after first day of service and the same complaint showed on the same night. I got next appointment and they serviced it. Told me that the mechanic is sure that the complaint wont show again . Same complaint popped again. I contacted the customer service dept and complained and booked the third service. They told me that it was the complaint caused by the malfunction of BCM. They ordered the part and told me it will take 2-3 business days . They got the part after 2 weeks and I got the 4th appointment. They contacted me in the afternoon and told they need one more day for servicing. After that they took more than 2 weeks to fix my jeep bcoz the mechanics couldn’t fix it and they needed the help of jeeps engineering and electrical dept. And today(23 feb, 2022) I got my jeep and you can see the pics that I uploaded with this. They were not having the manners to clean the vehicle before giving back to me. I had to spend half of my day to clean my jeep. Great service . I cannot even give 1 star for the service.

Myself and my family have been long time customers at Kingston Dodge. I bought my last 2 vehicles, my girlfriend bought her last vehicle, and I regularly refer my friends to Jeff Masters. My parents have bought their last.... 5 r so vehicles from Mr Cheeseman. The sales staff at this dealership are top notch and take excellent care of their customers. I wish I could say the same for the service department. Over the past year I've had my Jeep in for an extended period for some major diagnostics and repairs, my girlfriend has attempted to get her new van in for service and warranty issues, and most recently I needed the snow tires that were included in the recent purchase I made installed.... The consistently recurring theme is I have to contact my sales team to get a call back or a promised call from the service department. I shouldn't have to bug the sales department to initiate contact with service. I have no issues with the work done. My vehicles are in good hands with the technicians here, I have the utmost confidence in them. However the communication from their support staff is far below the level of service that would have earned Kingston Dodge a 5 star rating from this repeat customer instead of a 2. Ian Mulligan

This dealership performs devious pricing games. They post the MSRP window sticker, as all dealers do, but then add $1,000 to “their” price on the online vehicle page. With all the manufacturer rebates, and because it’s a smaller font I didn’t notice the change (as most wouldn’t). They never mention it and bury a charge for nitrogen in your tires making up the extra charge. They don’t review it with you and hope you don’t notice the charge (which I didn’t). The total price is irrelevant as I am able to afford the cost, the fact that they acted in this manner is unethical. Imagine the car sticker reading - Price doesn’t include taxes or licensing but does include $1,000 for 100% nitrogen in your tires (versus the 78% nitrogen in normal air). To top it off my tires were only 80% inflated on delivery and I had to top them up with normal air negating the 100% nitrogen anyway. Every vehicle is priced in this manner, so this is dealer initiated. I dealt with John Helsby. They should explain and try and sell you the extras, not hide and play games to con you into them. In my opinion, anyone looking for a vehicle should visit another dealership in town. On the plus side, the dealership was clean, and the people seemed nice

Me and the wife had been on the hunt for awhile for a new vehicle and she was hesitant on the dodge brand due to past experiences. We ended up coming to Kingston Dodge on short notice and was able to test drive a bunch of vehicles with the help of John. He didn’t try and push a sale on us or flood us with information. Once we found a vehicle we wanted, John was great at getting everything ready for us and was even able to work some discounts to have the price for our budget even though it was a used vehicle. On the financing side, we dealt with Trevor who was awesome. He didn’t try and sell us things we didn’t need and was very upfront and honest with us. We definitely didn’t feel like we left with something we didn’t need or second thoughts at all. The staff in general was also amazing. One lady there who dealt with the support side was kind enough to get my 3yo daughter a balloon which made her day! We were also provided various drinks and they really made the family feel welcome.

I just recently went in to test drive a Jeep Wrangler, just to see if I liked it. I really had my heart set on a 2 door Wrangler. When we were looking around Chris came out and introduced himself to us and arranged for me to test drive my dream Jeep! Well it turns out I didn’t like the 2 door so him and his manager found me a 4 door that hadn’t even been added into the inventory yet! I loved it! Chris and Eric did everything they could to get me in this Jeep! Did I mention this was a Saturday!? Well Monday rolls around and Chris and I meet up once again to find out about financing options with the help of Trevor! Needless to say everyone worked their magic and got me into this wonderful Jeep!! I can’t say enough about Chris! He knew his stuff!! He made the dreaded paperwork easy to get done!! He let me see the Jeep as many times as I wanted and he listened to my requests. He did everything in his power to make me happy with the process!! Great job Chris!!

Kingston dodge is the last place I’d recommend for service. Long story short. February I brought my 3500 dodge for warranty work and listed repair. They had my truck for 3 days and only 1/4 of the work was finished and my 300$ hubcap was broken. I paid my bill and tried to rectify the broken hubcap with Mackenzie. Makenzie instantly denied working on that wheel end. (Paper work & manager confirmed that was a lie) I returned the following day to speak with manager James. James asked for photos (showed / sent) he acknowledged the issue, and confirmed his techs worked on the wheel end. To this day. They have not replaced my 300$ hubcap THEY broke. Ironically, at the same time I was looking to purchase another new vehicle. I had a firm deal lined up with Joe on a new 2500. Based on the service I received, I’d never return, instead I purchased a GMC from Gan chev. (They treat me like royalty)

Purchased a 2023 RAM 1500 Rebel G/T and hands down it was the best dealer experience I've had to date. As we all know, dealerships can lack personality and that human factor. Not entirely their fault with the challenges put forth in this industry with having to meet sales targets and earning a living. Much like how nurses inevitably give the impression of being desensitized in a hospital (they generally are not obviously, but the daily grind I imagine makes it seem so). John Helsby and Trevor Meyer were really great to deal with I genuinely felt they had my best interest in mind and its not something I will forget. I left the dealership with my out of this world vehicle feeling totally satisfied and feeling great about my purchase. I've dealt with several dealerships and Kingston Dodge Chrysler tops the list by far.

Kyle contacted me as soon as Kingston Dodge received a vehicle that suited my needs , in order to let me know all the details, and to determine if I was interested in purchasing. Kyle was well prepared in advance of my meetings with him, and made the sale easy and efficient - this is greatly appreciated given how little time each one of us has these days!:) Ensuring that the car was mechanically intact, certified (safety etc), licensed and all ready to go was all part of what Kyle provided in terms of service and I was thrilled with his efficiency! We just purchased our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk here and are very pleased with the service. We had Randy as our salesman and couldn't have gotten any luckier. He went above and beyond to accommodate our many requests, questions and always had our budget in mind. He was well informed, very helpful and never pushy or sales driven (which I can't say for the many other dealerships we visited). He was a perfect fit for us and we love our new vehicle! We even had questions following the purchase and the service department was great to us. This included shuttling me and my 8 month old home and back to wait for servicing. Looking to buy a vehicle with Kingston dodge and want an amazing sales rep? Ask for Sierra Abrams. She is amazing at what she does. And that’s an understatement to say the least . She takes care of her clients as if you were her own personal family. My husband and I recently purchased a new Dodge Ram. We have added some accessories and done a few things that you would do with a newer truck. And at every turn Sierra has been there supportive helping us even the smallest details with so much comfort. she’s very prompt to answer any and all questions we have had. Any small problem she gets it fixed. I honestly will never deal with another person as long as I will be buying from Kingston Dodge! And way to go to a company to have such an amazing employee!

This is my second time buying from this dealership and both times I left more than satisfied. I informed Randy the type of vehicle I was looking for, something that I would feel comfortable driving in and out of some muddy construction sites where I work, yet also something that would be a pleasure to drive around urban and town areas. It was only a few days later that I was then introduced to a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport that excelled my expectations and was being sold at a more than reasonable price with incredibly low kilometers on it. The service is excellent (Randy incredibly patient and helpful) and they offered more for vehicle I was trading in than I thought it was worth. Would highly recommend doing business with them. I love my new Jeep.

I contacted Kingston Dodge as I was in the market for a Ram 1500 Rebel and was put in contact with Chris. Let me tell you this was the best truck buying experience. Chris had me come in that afternoon and we hit it off right away. He was very knowledgeable and so accommodating (everyone was). He had me setup for a test drive right away and answered all of my questions and concerns. I then met with Trevor in finance and was equally as impressed with the experience. Bought a few vehicles here. Staff keeps changing. Had my vehicle for 4 weeks, to see why battery was dead. They did updates and recalls, got vehicle back with most of the advanced features non-working (lane departure, self driving, etc). Had it back three weeks, still no call on when those features will be restored. Was also planning on purchasing another vehicle from them. Had deal in progress, until that employee left. Have tried for a month and a half to purchase that same vehicle. Deal not really in progress, and previous deal details gone by the wayside. I'll update my review if/when my vehicle ever gets fixed properly, and again when we can close the deal on the next vehicle (if ever).

I have been a customer of Kingston Dodge for 10 years or so....I always find the service people so friendly and they know what they are doing! I notice the service has only been above and beyond since Service Manager Kim has been there! She runs an awesome ship! I have always felt so comfortable there, even while waiting for service...Everyone is so accommodating! You can go upstairs in the café and get homemade treats or lunch, and a coffee! I won't take my car anywhere else! Oh yes the sales team is great too (Rick) especially!, I will for sure be buying Dodge #3 there when the time comes up again! Oh my 2013 Dodge Avenger is still an awesome car! I got a great deal on it!

I have been trying to buy a truck for 3 months. I never had such a hard time spending 100k. All the places that listed trucks for sale did not have them and were not upfront about it. They all tried to move me to a truck I did not want that they would get sometime in the future. Was very frustrated till I emailed Kingston Dodge. I got a reply back that was straight to the point and no run around. We don't have the truck it is on the way maybe a month for delivery. If you don't like it no problem. Well everyone did a great job and no hassles, truck was on time and a beauty. I will be back. Thank you. PS the only time I went there was to pick the truck up.

I bought my 2012 Avenger in August and got a great deal. Really love the car. Brandon (Collins) was our "Product specialist" and was great. I had some really bizarre issues with the car that he was very helpful with. I had to contact him a few times, and each time, he was great. I was just in last week for a warranty replacement he help me with, and once again told me to let him know if anything else came up. So, very thankful to Brandon as well the whole team at Kingston Dodge. Also, a 'shout out' to Travis, he was super, very understanding. Great customer service from all. She set the friendly tone and level of professionalism for the whole experience I met with Trevor, the Sales Manager when I first arrived for my appointment. Last week we were camping in the Kingson area and had problems with the lights on our trailer. Isolated it to our truck. I called Kingston Dodge on Tuesday morning and they had my truck in for 1300 hrs. Roxanne asked that I send her my information and she had the work order prepared when we got there. Peter the service manager ensured that the truck got in and kept me updated How repairs were coming along. The technician worked late in order to ensure my truck was ready for me to.pick up on Wednesday morning. Excellent service and a great customer service experience.

This was our first time buying a vehicle from Kingston Dodge and it was incredible. Sierra in sales and Chuck in financing were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I loved that there were no high-pressure sales tactics used (which is common at other Kingston dealerships) and any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. We were also extremely happy (and shocked to be honest) that the prices at Kingston Dodge were better than every other dealership we looked at for our vehicle. I would highly recommend Kingston Dodge. I have been in the service industry for 30 years. Before reaching out to Kingston Dodge our new SUV shopping had been downright depressing. We found what we wanted was at Kingston Dodge, got connected with John and our experience was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was so pleasant and enthusiastic. we had a great experience when we brought our 2017 eco deisel ram. we had just started spit on our road trip when a message popped up that told us to go to the dealer in regards to our def system. the dealerships were closed on the weekend so we brought it in monday morning and james and his team told us it may take several days and we were quite far from home they helped us with our “emergency” and had us back on our way for our road trip in less than 7 hours. thanks to the team we are now enjoying ourselves on the east coast.

Every other dealership in town pushed me so hard to drive their new 2022 model after repeatedly telling them my budget and not wanting to waste my time, and more importantly, theirs. Kingston Dodge, especially Joe helped me find the right fit for me. A metal shield became partially detached from the bottom of my car and was dragging on the ground. Luckily, I was right across the road from the dealership. The lady at the desk (Roxanne?) was very pleasant and immediately got the service manager, James. After looking under my car, he brought it into the shop and fixed it right away and would not accept any compensation. Not only was he very professional but he was also kind and very cheery. Excellent!
