Would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced elsewhere. I brought my 2017 Chevy sonic in 2 weeks ago on a Thursday when my check engine light came on. They called to say that the Turbo had gone in my car and quoted the work to be ~$2700, but would need to overnight the parts so it could be Friday or Monday before the car is done, so I authorize them to order the parts & do the work. My car ended up being in the shop for a full 6 business days and cost almost $500 more than I was quoted, every day I wouldn’t receive any calls to update me on what was happening or if I’d get my vehicle back that day; and when I would call to get any updates, my calls would either go unreturned or I would get some run around excuses for why they hadn’t been calling me back or keeping me up to speed on things. The few times I was put through to the service manager I couldn’t even leave a message because their mailbox was full. I work at a hospital, so I completely understand sometimes things don’t always go as planned or as quickly as we’d like, but keeping people informed is always important. I was in the middle of a stretch of 12hr shifts, both days and nights, and the inconvenience it caused me to not have my vehicle was profound. The combination of not calling me with any updates each day, being promised the work would be “done by tomorrow” every single day, and to not even bother offering a loaner when the work took so long was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Learn from my experience and find somewhere else. Anyone know any good mechanics?

If you are looking for a new vehicle this is the place to go! Best salesman ever! Both of us cannot stand when you get a high pressure salesperson, just puts you right off. Tom is excellent at his job and a lovely man. He got the deal done for us over email, texts and phone calls as we live over 3hrs away. On pick up day a couple of days later my Blazer was all shined up and waiting for me at opening. Tom took a great deal of time to show me all the bells and whistles that my Blazer comes with, was very informative and very patient! I would highly recommend Tom and Taylor Auto Mall!

I booked an appointment for Monday, September 25th at 11:00am. Later that day a technician called me to ask if the appointment could be moved to a later hour. I said yes. My car didn’t get serviced that day. Nobody gave me a code to retrieve my keys so I had to pay to get home. They call me on Tuesday wondering were my truck was. I explained. They rescheduled me for Wednesday, September 27th, at 11:00am. When I went for my truck this wasn’t ready!! They rescheduled me for Thursday, September 28th. Almost an entire week driving there, back and forth, spending money and wasting my time. When I go to pick up my truck they start reading a lengthy work order that I didn’t approve or knew about. They just went ahead and did the work without my consent and expected me to pay for it! At the end, they removed the charges for the work I didn’t approve and charged me for the oil change WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE!!! After the whole hustle all week long!! Anyway, WILL NOT bring my vehicle back in there. Hope this serves someone.

Very smooth experience! Just picked up our new vehicle from there a couple of days ago. Tom Dundon was who we visited a couple of months ago when we were ready to buy a vehicle, and throughout the process he was very straightforward and organized, helping us understand the process, explaining anything we had questions about, and at no point did I feel he was witholding anything. He helped us in our decision making and was able to get us very close to what we wanted by when we wanted, despite a lot of constraints. Highly recommend working with Tom. Will also mention Jennifer Burrows, who led ua through the financing and admin side of things, and was a breeze to work with, making solid recommendations on what would be good for us to get, and what we didnt need, based on our plans and driving needs. Overall a great experience, and I happily recommend working with Taylor automall.

As a woman, I feel I was taken advantage of over a safety. I will not ever be returning for service at Taylor Automall. I should have called around for quotes(my mistake), as Loyalist Auto Inc. and Amherstview auto service both charge significantly less and likely don't add on ridiculous charges, that Taylor Automall insisted on. If it wasn't for the fact that I would have owed them hundreds and achieved absolutely nothing, I wouldn't have finished service here. Instead, to avoid losing $200 for a safety that would not happen and then being told if I fix the issues myself and return to them to finish the safety (within the 35 days) it would still run me at least another $100 just to "put it in the air". I reluctantly accepted my losses by choosing Taylor and conceded. Will not waste my time here again. Would not recommend.

BEYOND AMAZING SERVICE!!! I was driving alone with my dog on the 401 when the AC on my 2019 XT5 failed and the temperature gauge stopped working. I was worried that I could blow my engine and didn't know what was happening. I pulled into Taylor and Jim Gill and his incredible team were AMAZING! Even though they were booked till Tuesday, they took the time to show me my engine and coolant level, fix a code issue AND explained to me what I needed to tell my garage when I got back to Toronto. They were so kind and helpful, they even got my pup some water (and some head rubs) to help ease his nervousness. To Jim and his staff: Freddie and I thank you so much for your kindness.

Very happy with my purchase of 2023 Chevy BOLT EV from Taylor AutoMall in Kingston, ON. Placed my order back in July 2022, was aware of the wait times being about 12 months. Received all updates regarding of my order on the regular basis. Hundreds of my questions answered promptly. My car arrived two months earlier! So purchasing transaction went on smoothly, no pressure at all and a lot of useful info provided. I am happy with my vehicle. The price was decent. Staff was friendly. The problem was the lack of communication. I was told my car would be ready in 2 days. Then 1 week, then 2 weeks. I show up the day they told me to and then the sales person tells me it's not ready. You can understand my frustration as I had to organize rides as I do not live in Kingston. After their 2nd mess up, they provided me a rental, which was appreciated. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, but I will go elsewhere for my next vehicle due to the poor communication and inconvenience.

We unexpectedly found ourselves looking for a used car within a short timeframe. We wanted a small SUV with low mileage and after researching online we found a couple at Taylor’s that we wanted to look at. Dealing with Mike Haslam was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend him. He made a stressful situation a lot easier. Terrible service. 2nd time trying to fix damage caused inside my vehicle by dealership. Driving 4 hrs to again not be fixed as they ordered the wrong part. Took them 4 hrs just to figure that out today. Left garbage in my new vehicle to boot. Don’t buy a car there as service will be not good after the sale. Before they are great. Once the deal is closed not good. Been trying to get this fixed for almost 8 months. Asked if my local GM dealer could fix the damage before and they said no.

Service quality is terrible now that my truck is at about the 5 year mark, and COVID seems to have gotten rid of all the good quality workers. Good bye. Not sure what I'll try next, as all vehicles are the same junk now and all services provided are junk now... I guess this is just the "future". It was nice at the start, but terrible now, thanks for the experience. Good bye. Life by subscription, and everything is disposable, daily. Just can't win.

The staff was terrific. Im not familiar with your policies . I made an appointment giving car year make and mileage and what the problem was. I called again wed morning to ask about shuttle service. I have little experience with upscale service i havent been using Ford only local garages with mixed service. My diagnosis involved a 75$ charge for diagnosis, and told you do not fix Ford transmission issues. Perhaps i should have done more research.

Already left a review for poor service, now leaving one for lack of organization. Took our car here once, nothing done, paid the bill. Just received a statement saying we owe almost $300....all invoices from before we even had the car. Looks like they transferred outstanding bills from another account to mine. Would not work with this company again, poor customer service , poor management, can't keep accounts straight. Not impressed.

Carlos and team worked with me on the deal for my brand new CT4-V! I particularly enjoyed working with Carlos. He was transparent from the very beginning of the deal and didn’t push unnecessary services or accessories on me. Waited well over an hour for a recall to to be assessed to see if in fact it needed to be fixed. Which it did not. I was told on the phone it would take 10-15 min to do the assessment and then about 45 min if it needed to be fixed. This is not the first time I have wait longer than it should. Why bother with appointments. I understand being 10-15 min behind but 75 min for a 10-15 min assessment is ridiculous.

I’m in the market for a pickup so I stopped by in the evening, before closing, but it seemed like everybody was gone for the day - even sales?? It was a little under an hour to closing. An unnamed individual approached me, made a sarcastic remark, and was quick to dismiss me. I guess they don’t need to sell vehicles. Moving on. There are other dealers and truck brands. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I recently bought a 2023 Sierra 1500. Came from Barrie to get it. Carlos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the features of the vehicle also Jeff W. was very helpful and didn’t push us to buy extra warranty or rust protection. This was probably the best experience I had at car dealer in long time. I would differently recommend this dealer.

I appreciate the dealership ensured my car was able to get its first service call completed despite the appointment being made for the wrong day. Only recommendation is to check the tire pressure as the car notified me it’s low the day after service was complete. The shuttle service is A-1.
