Absolutely amazed by one of the workers who went above and beyond to make sure my customer service was absolutely satisfactory. Kristina one of the Cashiers did a phenomenal job, any question I had about Kohl’s She helped me find an answer. Not being familiar to the store or area She guided me in the right directions to where The Men’s Clothing Sections was, as I was ringing out she helped me with recommendations on the local restaurants, She was Fantastic and would go back again. 10/10

Horrible customer service. I’ve been there 6 times this summer. Four of those times I’ve went to the dressing area to ask for help and was made to feel like I was an inconvenience to them. They are no help and just send u to the front. Although every time I see them, there is about 4 of them standing there just talking. They can’t be bothered to check a price on something that has no tag or even show u were something is. Horrible customer service

Uhhh, it has everything but I can just buy the things online so why go to the store. I guess the clothing and the makeup sections are pretty cool since they let you try on clothes and the fitting rooms are pretty nice, this was like 5 years ago.. The last time I've been here was the end of 2020 to return my Amazon returns since I didn't know they had that service until now.

Very clean and organized.restrooms very clean and nothing out of order in the restrooms like usually happens in other stores. Awesome location for shopping also nearest hangaround place closer to water. Associates are very helpful.I forgot to put my coupon while paying than i ask and associate process return and again charge my items with coupon.

Very nice, well maintained Kohl’s. Although they need more than three cashiers! Very clean and neat store. Two floors, with foot wear upstairs. Amazon return service and lockers upstairs as well. Good priced with a lot to choose from. Huge parking area out front. Well lit with working escalators and an elevator. Self checkout available as well.

Kohl's has good sales if you have their card. Coupons have gotten more restrictive, but can still pay off. Always check your spam folder before paying to see if you got a coveted 40% off mystery coupon. Lines move fast. Parking lot is a huge plus. Another bonus: you can take a pleasant walk along the water when you visit.

I placed an online order and part of it was wrong .. I contacted customer service and spoke to a rep by the name of Natsha who was patient , understanding and assisted me in securing a replacement . This was my first time shopping with Kohl’s and because of her superb customer service I will be back again !

The store is full of very good quality things and stuff and the prices are reasonable. The service by the agents at the check out is excellent, no long. lines to wait. I bought a shirt and a jacket and very happy with these. Please visit the store store whenever you need to

I Orderd for pickup, then when I got to my car, I see that the shoes they gave me all the boxes were damaged , and taped up? I Orderd it brand new , I went inside and they didn’t offer me a refund saying “you need a receipt” when I showed them the return barcode online

I love shopping at Kohl's, I always find great quality items. My son treated me yesterday, and bought me a pretty shirt and pants in Kohl's. I quickly and easily found what I liked in the plus size section. I'm very happy with what my son bought for me at Kohl's.

Have enjoyed shopping here for many years and the nice variety of departments from home goods to clothes and shoes. However, many favorite brands are no longer available. Would like to see the return of Dana Buchman, AB Studio, Elle, etc.

I was cheated by Kohls online. I ordered with the sale price. They sent me an email next day with high price adjustment, and didn't honor the sale they had online. So, people please check the charges on you Kohls account.

I really do like the selection of things they sell there. What i like the most is, is that considering the popularity of the store, they're actually not too pricey. I think that would grab anyone's attention.

Shopping was good. All was neat and found everything I wanted for Christmas gifts. The only problem was size on hangers did not match size on clothing. Maybe sizes should be seperated in a different way!

Always love to shop Kohl's for my pillows and sheets. I regularly replace my pillows because I can't stand flat pillows, and these standard size ones are $5.99 very nice and fluffy. Great deal always!!

ordered shoes, paid. 3 weeks have passed, there is no order, they do not want to return the money. they said to wait until the order arrives. I bought elsewhere a long time ago. I regret coming here.

This location has changed a lot after the COVID. It used to be my favorite place to shop. And now is so little clothes to choose from and of course Need a little more friendly people to work there.

Overall the store was well kept. However, as of late the store has not and now it’s found they have very little jewelry options. There are also no seats in the changing rooms,

Cashier at Kohl’s was very pleasant and friendly. I was at the store early in the morning associate greeted me with a happy and friendly face and took care of my matter fast.

Nice store with good choice of products. Sephora on other hand was out of stock of every product i needed. However, lines are very long. Only two cashiers open on busy Sunday

Used their Amazon return service which was very quick. For those who don't know, the return station is located upstairs in the shoe department, which was very easy to find.
