Being a regular customer of Reliance Fresh. I came to shop for my daily essentials. But i have got nothing. This place is not suitable for a customer who looks for daiky essentials with some offers. But its a good place for a person who looks to buy the type commodities that we can't get normally anywhere. For example 30 pcs of eggs here was 230 at the same day Reliance Fresh was selling at 99 rupees. One more issue is that there is no uniform offer tag on the selves which is necessary for a supermarket. The stuff who puts everything on the shelves are too messy sometimes it's blocking the way for a customer to go inside. Wrong choice of music seems like a gym music, for shopping it's better to play some soft music which is mostly instrumental. This store has lots of Processed and packaged food varieties but less of essential items vegetable, fruits, diary products. I hope my comments helps the customer what they really looking for and also helps thier management team for improvement. Thier slogan says where the shopping is an experience It's really experience but unfortunately for me not a good one. Thanks!

Earlier i thought they are good, but they are fraud amd and they are very good on it. They are doing fraud very Smartly. Sunday i bought some house hold items from Safdarjung enclave store, what i encountered that they charged me extra 130rs, usually i dont check bill and i think young people like me do the same but this time i only buy selected items so i see one unusual item on this amount rs. 130. When i asked them amount this item they said by mistake some other items is scanned So now you take some items equal to 130 amount.. What if instead of 130 is 500, mean forcefully i have to buy items of 500 and i dont check means they earn 130. First they add extra and if they caught means we take something from that extra amount . This is fraud which they are doing smartly.

Prices are shockingly low as compared to the market and variety of items is mind boggling. However setting up more billing counters could help as billing consumes a lot of time as they have just 3 counters. Wide variety of household consumables which will fit any budget. Best time to go is around 9-9:30am when it opens as there is almost no rush. Also, they setup many stalls during festivals to offer variety of items at amazing discounts. The store has locations spread across delhi and offer home delivery.

I want to give 00 stars to tham but NO choice here due to following reasons : 1. No one knows about the products . 2. Responsible manager who don't know how to manage . 3. No price tags on rack for items. 4. POS machine not working or took 20 minutes to lactae international machine. 5. Parking cars with no drivers took me 15 minutes to come out. 6. Uneducated sales people pushing. 7. Security taking bad language saying aabhi chillayega isse pehle nikalwa de.

It's quite a pleasant shopping experience - They have most of the basic grocery items, cleaning and some cosmetics. They are strong on organic products which is a good feature. They also stack cheeses and ready to eat snacks as well as as raw chicken broiler. That's definitely a plus from the other super markets which refrains from stacking meat. They however should provide options for local produces which are not branded.

Hi everyone i suggest you do not visit further in 37 krishna store as they do not have any solutions of customers complain. my experience is very bad with 37 customer care team. if you will buy any product from 37 and you have any complain against the same you have to visit at directly to the manufacturer as per 37 policy. so kindly take care. unfortunately without giving star the post cant upload. hope you guys understand

Good place to get your day today needs. They have good offers and decent varieties. Try to shop for bulk here then you get good discounts. Staff is Ohk. They have like 6-7 car parking space in their lawn. What I didn't like is that their is no respect for hygiene here. I mean I got an eye Flu from the cashier and during covid times many cases came from this joint only. Visit for good offers but also take care of yourself.

Big superstore which has all grocery items and more. Wholesale rates and wide choice make it attractive. I have been shopping here for more than a year now. Display is very nice and one can easily spot things one requires. Added to this free valet parking, this is the best place for groceries in Delhi. 37 Krishna Super Marche has ten superstores in Delhi, three of which are in South Delhi alone including this branch.

It is fine place to buy groceries. Almost all the items are available here in reasonable price. It is located close to Kamal Cinema complex. Also, HDFC bank , SBI bank and their respective ATMs are available there too. On one side, there is Rajinder Express and Rajinder da dhaba , on the other hand, there is Vidyanandir classes which is a coaching class for IIT JEE aspirants. It is easily accessible through road.

While the Store is adequately stocked with a wide variety of goods to offer, the service staff seems to be least interested in serving the customers. The 3 Odd Cash Counters Close or Open whenever they want with little attention to customers waiting for their billing. A word of advice- It's the Service Standards that make or break any outlet, not just the discount being offered.

There is a variety of goods..groceries, fruits, vegetables, sauces, confectionery, toiletries, cosmetics and more. There are also gift hampers for different occasions. Billing queues are long.

Its a good grocery store wherein you get almost everything from vegetables/fruits to beverages to pulses to baby stuff to cosmetics to other household necessities. And moreover they offer discount on every item ranging from 1 rs to 1000 rs. Today morning two page full advertisement given with TOI. Went at 1 pm at their safdurjung enclave store...surprsing enough mustard oil only 1 litre 1 bottle in their store. Spoke with manager was told stock finished...this is the way customers are misled and when you go you dont get the discounted items..but mrp items all available

My driver bought kulcha which was not correct and I immediately went to return it but the store owner was harsh, rude and mean and forced me to exchange for something. This is wrong ! The store has no ethics policy . People do make mistakes but forcing someone to buy something is unethical. Buy from here only if it’s necessary!!

Incident 1: During lockdown periods, they have resorted promoting & selling substandard XYZ brands at a premium. Incident 2: They were charging Rs. 675 for Dalda 5ltr groundnut oil. During lockdown times, they started charging Rs. 1050. Are the owners aware of it? Trying to make extra profit during these lockdown situations?

You can find most of the daily essentials here at discounted prices. Fresh and neatly arranged. Staffs are friendly and helping. Be careful when you pick up organic products; prices would be higher than usual. Make sure you read the label and price tag thoroughly; not to fall for the canvassing by their staff!

Good place to shop for your grocery needs. You can purchase a wide range of items from rare items to the most common ones. The store also offers some great discounts on every item. I purchased Amul Makkhan which costed me ₹210 which is cheaper than the market price of ₹235. Overall I've had good experience.

This outlet used to be very good earlier. But now we are realising that, the attractive offers was just to make more Customers and nothing. I used to get a flat discount of Rs. 150 on buying of stuff upto Rs. 3000/- or more. Now they have put a cap and conditions on everything. Don't go there at all.

A nice stores with almost every item available in bulk quantity with all the possible discount. This store also does home delivery. Nicer still too shop for daily routine kitchen food items and snacks. Valet parking available and start is also very friendly.

I went to buy a hand sanitizer. Once my turn came the guy at the counter for busy with store manager. I waited for 5 minutes and asked but they didn't care to respond. I went to another counter and the same. I returned empty handed. Extremely bad experience!

This is a tricky market. Customers receives the bill only after payment. But all markets gives bill first to verify items. Heavily priced for common goods (foolish buyers don't understand and they buy "the buy one get one free scheme" thinking it's worth.

Mostly fancy stuff is available. Means normal milk bread eggs are not available. Only vance multigrain and other kind of breads, organic eggs kind of stuff available(good in case one is looking for it) Also billing counters seems slow or less in numbers

I think this is a really good supermarket. You get almost everything here but don't expect any birthday supplies here you won't get that ( I tried to get some during the lockdown). You can also get customised gift hampers made here for every occasion.

Medium size supermarket with lots of products available. Not too crowded, but small parking space, so you must park on the side of the road or on the parking lots 15meters from the supermarket after traffic light. Polite staff, neat and clean.

Horrible billing system, keeps hanging. Every time I’ve been here it’s taken at least 20-30 mins just at the payment counter. Also the vegetable tagging system is not at all efficient and that took 20 mins in itself. Avoid if time is precious

Terrible commitment, we place all order and payment around 11000 has been done at 3PM but till 10:30PM not any confirmation of my order what I paid already, even nobody responding call too. Pathetic service and commitment of delivery.

Some of the support staff were good and helpful. A general store with focus on gourmet and premium food products. Regular grocery is also available. Advertised discounted items are difficult to locate and mostly not available.
