They are not practising the policy which generally the supermarkets were supposed to do. They are forcing the customers to buy the products as per their own norms and conditions which is legally not right. I visited this store to purchase some products of my general use but after billing I found that the they are not offering discounts on the same products which I regularly get discount so as a active buyer I decided to not to purchase those products but as this information has been shared to me after the sale of products. When I want to cancel my purchase they forced me to purchase any other products within the 15 days of sale by giving me a credit note. If customer don't want to purchase from them then its kind of illegal force which they are forcing to the customers. Which I think is unethical practices as it seems the company is forcing the customers to buy products in their conditions and their is no return policy. I urge to everyone to please be aware before purchasing anything from this store. I think they are also using their parking space for business purposes which is also actionable by local authorities.

The store has a return policy of exchange within 7 days. However when I went to the store to exchange a chocolate with close expiry, they said international products are not returnable. However this is not mentioned anywhere in the store. Nor on their bill. Many products in the store are near expiry. Hello mr. Gulshan. The product is not expired but near expiry. I have bought the product on 31st December and the expiry is jan2020 as on the label. Kindly read the multiple other bad reviews you have and all of them have the same issue of close expiry. What a pity that your customer service is so poor that despite multiple similar complaints, you have not made a policy yet that all products on the shelf should have a significantly far off expiry date. A 420 RS waste is not making me any poorer, but Incase that makes Weedo! richer, then that's a pity. My family has been giving Weedo! A monthly business of 10,000 regularly. Imagine what Weedo will be loosing out for all the future months just for that chocolate.

They are just stealing ur money and u don't even find it , I used to buy stuff from weedo but then I noticed that u are charging more than the local market , just because u had ur weedo logo on it . You should check the price tag for products that u are packing there in small quantity , which is expensive . And another thing ur staff just passes on the request to one another , that I noticed in there with a senior citizen , who asked for something with ur staff and he was so lazy to get him that , he said it's not available and there jut to get rid of him, as was whole lot available of it in that floor only ,some of ur staff is helpful , but others are not .

Though assortment is good, staff and policies are bad. They sold an expired product and refused to take it back. Please don't post standard replies for all cases. Even when we visited your staff refused for return of the Lindt chocolate even when product was deformed and expired on 1st Jan 2020 and the purchase date was 31 Dec 2019. As a "good supermart", you should not be placing products on shelf which expire the next day and then refuse to replace it when customer mistakenly buys it.

Poor customer service Below average staff They mention on bill we are not charging for bags but they charged me Rs.5/- I visited them for refund for one of the product but they refused. Going to lodge compliant in consumer court with all prove. Don't waste money on weedo store plenty of other options available with far better prices. Yesterday evening this happened ask ur so called manager and other staff.

I visited the weedo store maharana pratap enclave today before noon for the first time. It was a worst hour for me which I spent there. Too ill mannered and uncooperative staff who dont know how to deal with female customers.There is lack of communication between the billing & packing staff i won't suggest anyone to visit this store! ITS A TYPICAL KARYANA STORE !! ILL MANNERED PEOPLE. They have mostly stocked old batch and expired products ! On request of exchange they get very rude and their staff is totally ill-mannered and they will start fighting with you . BEAWARE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM . ALSO YOU CAN SEE RUNNING BIG RATS ALL OVER THE STORE !

Good place to have grocery. All the stuff are readily available with all the possible variants. There bakery products are amazing different type of breads. They also provide home delivery services which are actually quick ( helps a lot in the pandamic )

I visited twice here.. everything you expect from the supermarket is available here at good price, Parking may not be available for 4 wheelers or you have to take risk to park your vehicle on the road.. bikers may park their vehicle on service lane..
