I will just copy and paste my FB post... They don't have a clue what health conditions I but just what meds I take. What meds and how many meds I take is between my doctor and myself. I don't even care if you to ask how are you today or say have a nice day but I just need you to do your job. I've been having a lot of trouble with the pharmacy I use for a year now. Why I still go there is beyond me... There is a lady that works there that is one of the most rude people I know. I had never had any problems with any of the pharmacist until this weekend/yesterday. I won't go into detail on the past issues but yesterday was it for me. Saturday hubs and I stopped in the drive thru to drop off a new prescription and the lady got the pharmacist to come over. He tells me that he will have to call my doctor because he didn't specify reg. or extend release. He then asked me if my doctor was open on Sat. and I said no. He stated he couldn't fill it without talking to my doctor first. I said that's fine he will be in the office Mon. morning. I had 3 other meds. to call in so I called them in Sunday so hubs could pick all 4 up Mon. after work. They have always given hubs more trouble with my meds than me. Hubs went inside, stood in line behind a couple of other customers, another lady sitting to the side waiting for a shot, and people behind him. The lady working the drive thru came to help the lady at the counter (the one that is always rude to hubs) and then hubs was next... The lady working the counter (the rude one) says can I help you? He said he was picking up for me (says my name) and she then says you'll have to wait on her to help you I need to give this lady her shot because she's been waiting. He just stands there like WTH you asked can I help you but he didn't say anything. She walks over to the pharmacist, walks around, NEVER going to give the lady a shot.. She walks back and can't find them, then finds them and loses them before getting to the counter... I mean hubs could see her the whole time. The pharmacist then looks at him and asked in a smart way what dropping off another prescription? So then the lady says oh I found them...She finally walks back over and said that's right she has 4. I mean all the customers standing around could hear her and the pharmacist. I mean they treat me like I am a junkie or something and I have put up with their rudeness and saying things in front of other customers for too long. I mean yes I have A LOT of meds I take because of my health conditions and not a single one is even a narcotic. Yes some of them are controlled but damn I NEVER try to fill them early and most the time fill them a couple days late. they can look at my history and see that I have been taking these meds for years and the only time the dosage was increased was when I first started taking them. It's not like I just started using that pharmacy not to mention it's the same pharmacist and lady that has been there for years.

I have 3 monthly prescriptions that all cause me significant pain if I don't take them daily. Kroger's pharmacy automation is inconsistent. My prescriptions online/in the app will say they are being filled, and give a date. The rx will not be filled on the date, the date will pass and I will get no communication, the date will show a passed date in the system. When I call they say it can't be filled yet (why did it say so in the system then?). I will be told it's going to be filled in (xy) days. Instead of it automatically filling a few day later, I will have to call back again. I have been told that despite the time it was promised, they were "really busy" -last time it was an 8 hour delay. I know nothing can be changed about insurance, which enforces that one of my prescriptions is only able to be filled the DAY I need it. But on top of that, I am having to chase all 3 of the rx around every month, with regularly calls to the pharmacy. The last time I needed the doctor faxed for a new rx, and one person told me I could ask at the pickup window, then the pickup window person said I needed to wait 2 weeks, then I waited and called and they said it had already been done (albeit they sent it to the wrong address, and couldn't fix that in the system so I have to call the doc now!). This could be fixed if your automated system was trustworthy and reliable both for customers AND your pharmacists! It would result in less calls to the pharmacist, who need to be unburdened by all of these phone calls due to system issues.

Trash working at this pharmacy. Stood there for 10 minutes without being greeted. Finally came to check me in which only took 30 seconds only to tell me that they had called me (never happened) after my doctor sent the script over to see if I still wanted it but I didn’t answer. So now I’ve waited 10 minutes for to spend 30 seconds telling me they don’t have it filled yet and I’ll get a text. Seriously? Screaming personal information from across the room. So now I’m watching this chick power trip as she is bragging about “petty” she is as she makes me wait for the prescription that was called in over two hours ago. Ugh ridiculous. Just go to the next one or wait until Publix opens.

They won’t answer the phone. They say they can’t get my cancer drug, which is a maintenance drug, and it’s way past due for the refill. I only have one dose left. So my husband drove there while I was on the phone still in hold for the second time for 30 minutes and counting. He was waited on in two minutes. Said I would need to try to find it at another brand drugstore. Found it at the first one I called. Now I’m on the phone in hold with Kroger trying to get the prescription transferred. On hold now for 33 minutes and counting. Sending hubby back to Kroger to do it in person. What gives? Kroger used to be good.

I’m waiting forever at the pharmacy drive thru window as I write this. I feel like I could have written War and Peace by now! One huge star deduction for that. Another for 25% of the staff that either ignores or insults me. Or both. I almost deducted two stars for them. The pharmacists themselves are the best - 5 stars. Very informative and went to bat for me with insurance company. Unfortunately, I don’t deal directly with them so much. I miss Rite Aid. Great pharmacists AND staff. (Still waiting! Only moved up one car! Sigh)

Dear Kroger manager, finding organic foods in you grocery store is like playing find the needle in the hay stack. I do not approve of the reorganization. I’ve pushed most of my shopping to alternate locations. Hope you are able to find a way to categorize organic foods. Cheers!

The staff at this pharmacy are committed to patients and they genuinely seem to enjoy working together. Even when there's only one person on staff, I feel important and like the pharmacist can't wait to help me. Regardless of lines or multiple priorities, they are attentive.

Been getting prescriptions here for over 6 years. Pharmacist and staff are always diligent and personal and kind. Pharmacist always wishes me or my kids well if picking up medication due to illness. Would recommend to everyone.

This location has terrible customer service and I even once had to have a prescription resent by my doctor because they claimed I picked it up. I don’t trust them and I would highly recommend going to another location.

SOOOOOO SLOW!!! The employee had no idea what they were doing. And another employee just watched them struggle without helping. This Kroger is a joke.

Quick to prepare my prescription all the time. My pup also love to go there with us by drive through to get treats.
