review date: october 15, 2021 customer service dates: october 15/21; and ongoing since 2017 the lcbo cornwall road location is one that i occasionally use after working in oakville to pick up some adult beverages b4 going home to hamilton to enjoy them. biggest thing i like is it's really organized and efficient. items i want (ciders, vodka coolers) are easily found immediately when you step inside the store. furthermore, when the line gets busy, the store staff have good situational awareness and quickly open up more cashier booths so that you can pay and move out of the store quickly. the inventory here and at trafalgar is pretty excellent - both facilities consistently have a good selection of what i'm looking for. staff here are generally polite, some are friendly and some shouldn't be working in retail. parking is plentiful in front and around the store. ingress and egress thru the plaza is good. bottom line: lcbo-cornwall road (oakville) is an excellent location, to purchase adult beverages. i would use the cornwall rd. store again and would recommend it to others.

Most pretentious LCBO location around. Huge store but terrible selection of spirits, coolers and craft beers. Three quarters of the store is filled with wine. Who needs so much selection??Would not allow us to purchase Mudshakes individually, like every other store allows. Was rudely informed that this was not possible. So we put our bottles down and left. Went to the location at Dixie and Dundas in Mississauga. This store is smaller but has a nicer staff. We bought our individual Mudshakes without complaint and found exactly what we were looking for. They gave great selection. They are also open until 11 pm.

I would like to thank Addrene for the INCREDIBLE customer service. I was looking for an orange wine. Not only did she find me a location that had it in stock, she explained why it was called orange wine, wrote the location's address for me and printed out the wine information sheet. I picked up the wine the same day. Thank you so much Addrene!! The other staff member I asked about the same wine in the same store 10 minutes earlier told me (without her checking) that I had to buy it in Niagara on the Lake. Good thing I asked for a second opinion.

Probably the flagship LCBO (outside of Toronto) that features hundreds of vintage wines, hundreds of different types of beer (many of which I've never seen at other stores) and a fantastic scotch and wine tasting bar. Definitely the location you want to come to if you're looking for something new, or different from what you're used to. Very friendly staff and never have to wait long, regardless of how busy it might seem.

This is the best place in Oakville to find what you want! It has everything that you will ever need when looking for wines and other types of alcohol. Adore wines from Bordeaux and their selection is absolutely lovely. Great tasting wines and lots of choices! I come here often and will continue doing so because I do not like places where they sell wines that are not of good quality!

Excellent LCBO in Oakville,you will get all kind of brands,lots of high-end stuff. You will buy from $30to $5000 to 7000 rangeof wine ,Brandy spirits .Lots of vintage wine, also there is testing station and baking stuff you will get.Staff are very polite and humble and knowledgeable about the products.Its a very different environment of this location go and explore your self.

Great friendly service. The layout of the store is large, which allows the staff to have more options available, and to keep a larger stock of there products. The layout also makes it easy to identify the where the spirits, liquors, wines, and beers are so it is easy to find what you are looking for. The staff are very helpful when you need assistance.

They have lots of wine. Which is good, I guess? I dunno, I'm not a wine lover. But when it got cold outside, they stocked an amazing selection of stouts (Russian, milk), and porters. During the summer, they had lots of seltzers and a nice selection of ciders. Oh, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Probably the best LC in Oakville. Their vintages collection is to die for and they carry plenty of local craft beers. The only thing they could improve upon would be their customer service. While not bad... they seem fairly disconnected. They had my two favourite beers in one place which is hard to find!

I had such a fantastic experience at this location, that I plan to use this store solely for the business I manage lcbo needs. I would like to mention all the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Colin in particular went out of his way to ensure all my shopping needs were met. A++++ staff.

Staff is very knowledgeable. I had a difficult request for a bottle that was discontinued and they had to use the computer and contact the manager to find it. They did not stop until I had the product in my hand. Then apologized for taking so long. When I was the problem making a difficult request.

A fabulous LCBO! Wonderful selection of products - especially wines. And the Vintages section is amazing. Lol - love the “sale” racks! Tasting bar looked interesting too. I interacted with three very pleasant and helpful people. Will definitely do the drive to shop here.

They have the most friendly and personable security guy ( a young man) just at the entrance. He welcomes every customer with a smile and compliment. It was great to see him going way beyond his job description.. above and beyond. I hope LCBO recognizes him in some form.

Great service today from Vanessa during my visit to the Cornwall and Trafalgar location. They didn't had what I was looking for but she was kind enough to locate it and reserve it for me in another location so I was able to run and pick it up. Kudos to her.

Very snooty, pretending to be THE place for vintners and connoisseurs of imported wines. Waste of time for the average person.I went there for 2 specific items, and they had neither.They did have 70 odd shelves of wine. Even their beer was special imports.

A very clunky online app but the delivery service was courteous. The app needs a lot of work for sure. It's one of the most frustrating online apps that I have used. And only a handful of stores will provide curbside pickup. Please pickup your game LCBO!!

One of the bigger LCBO's around. Very large vintages section. They should change the locks on the high end liquor cabinets. It took two persons almost 20 minutes to get me a bottle of cognac because they could not get the fancy lock to open!

Good store for vintages and specialty items like good whiskey and scotch (or that bottle of Aquavit for your Scandinavian Christmas libations). This large store is great for nice gift items and hard to find bottles, and we travel to this

This is possibly one of the nicest stores in and around The gta. The staff is very helpful. Great wine selections. They have alot of the expensive stuff which is always nice to see especially during the holidays. We will be back again!

Large store with a good selection of pretty much anything you can think of that you can't find in smaller LCBO's. For those with deep pockets check out the very back where they have a separate room with high end, premium products.

One of the better stocked stores. I frequently find one of my favorite wines here that LCBO does not carry, but evey once in a while I'll find a few bottles. Today was that day - 3 1/2 bottles of J (from California) Pinot Nior.

Good Vintages wine section within this LCBO store in Oakville. Conveniently located south of the QEW at Trafalgar Road, go south then left on Cornwall Road. The same plaza has a Whole Foods, Starbucks, and Shoppers Drug Mart.

Most miserable cashier I had in years( old white haired man), extremally rude to me and my wife, all I asked him was can I put my 10 cans and 2 bottles of wine in a box, he said NO!!! we are running out of boxes. Hahahaha

A lot going on in this LCBO and great selections. The tasting bar staff were friendly and helpful. There was also a sampling event area that was easy to spot. Large vintage area and had two bottles I was on the hunt for.

typically an excellent store with an varied and dynamic whisky section. focussing on Scotches. i recently had one negative experience with a younger worker. In general the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Good selection but since it is run by the province every LCBO feels basically the same. Lacks the surprise you get sometimes in finding something odd like a Chartreuse or a Unicum thst you might in a one off store.

I love this location. Very large. Best in Oakville IMO. Great selection of Scotch, Canadian & American whiskies and bourbon. Also a huge craft beer and vintage wine sections. Great selection across the board.

Incredible selection especially for the non-traditional beers (sours, IPA's, craft brews). Knowledgable staff. Great customer service. Covid arrows can be confusing and the hand sanitizer is incredibly runny.

Extemely clean. Very well stocked. The variety is incredible compared to most LCBOs. The only strange part is the hanging plastic for covid at the checkouts - you know thats not getting cleaned properly lol.

This is nice LCBO. Decently wide selection.. cool tasting bar... consistent event schedule... and I've encountered a knowledgeable product consultant on staff. Ample parking and lots of check out aisles.

Great little LCBO location that tends to have excellent stock and often will have items I'm looking for when others are sold out. Parking can be cramped at this location, so off hours work better here.

This is quite a large LCBO. Lots of variety and a Vintages section as well (although the wine prices were the same as local wines so not sure why they were in the Vintages section. Staff are helpful.

Very attentive staff, helped me pick up some vino for drinking and cooking. Had great recommendations. The store is always clean, the check-out lines are short and the parking lot always has space.

This LCBO has an excellent selection of wines, especially vintages. It's usually somewhat busy but I've never waited in line more than a few minutes. For the selection it's worth the wait.

We are so in a bubble, there is one small shelf with 4 different American burbons at the "flagship store", if your not a fan of Jack and Jim, you will have to go out of province.

The best run LCBO in Ontario. Great motivated staff, clean friendly and organized. The selection of wines, scotches and Bourbons is a marvel. We go out of our way to shop here

Loved visiting this LCBO. Very clean and well stocked. It's got great summer selections and a great location for parking if you are visiting whole foods or shopping.

I was looking for a particular product. the website said they had it but they did not have it the staff was very helpful and looking in the back searching for it.

I don't normally drink so I had no idea where anything was in the store. The male staff member I asked for help was super helpful in helping me find everything.

Believe this is the flagship LCBO for Oakville. If it is, the craft beer selection is disappointing, the Dundas and Trafalgar location has a better selection

it's not the closest LCBO to where I live, but I think it's the best one. I'll drive the extra kilometers for the nice selection of products offered here.

This is one of the best LCBO locations for me. I love the selection of Sauternes available here and the staff are all helpful and courteous.

Their wine selection is excellent. As an American living in Ontario, I do not like the LCBO system as a whole, but this shop is quite good.

I used the curve side pick up and the service was great. Very fast and they were very friendly. I recommend this location to do pick up.

This LCBO is frequently out of stock of certain brands such as Johnny Walker Black Scotch.

Compared to other lcbos this one is good. Seems to have better selection then most places.
