I used to frequent this location however I’ve had multiple bad experiences with a particular cashier here, WENDY and will not bother going back again. As a person I’ll admit I dress on the casual side, wearing sweats and baggy clothes; She has treated me poorly as a result of this multiple times now. On this last occasion the entire staff profiled me the moment I walked into the store, even though I have shopped here before, always looking as I do. I should not have to wear a suit to be able to shop here and be treated with decency. The irony here is that although she was clearly judging me on my appearance her’s was FAR from professional. I’m a 35 year old woman, I doubt I look under 25 however she has refused service to my fiancé with ID because I did not have mine on me at the time. The supervisor here VINCE was aloof, unhelpful and just as rude. I understand there are rules but there are also ways to deal with customers. Now my fiancé and I are forced to drive around the city looking for a particular vintage red we discovered at this location because you know all lcbo’s carry different stock, making things extra hard. It’s pretty funny because I can’t imagine what underage person would be debating what vintage Pinot noir to get? Lol! While searching other locations for this particular wine I discovered info from other employees saying this location is a terror to deal with and our story did not surprise them. Numerous locations knew VINCE by name saying he’s rude, lazy and unprofessional. Because LCBO does not offer an effective complaint system these bad employees are flying under the radar and able to abuse what little power they do have. It doesn’t help that they don’t have to wear name tags either which further enables them to do as they please without fear of discipline. With such rude, unprofessional service I won’t be going back here. I don’t think discrimination should be such a common corporate practice. Let’s just say if my fiancée was a 35 yr old white man we wouldn’t be having these issues

I always go to this place mostly because I like it big and I almost can find everything I need here . But today I I have bad experience for the service, the two lady here have horrible customer service and seem not want to talk to me or say hi , or even smile, why ? Maybe because we are not white? I ask her to open the security door and get me two bottles of wine, she take it and walk to the cashier without asking me if I need more help or say she will bring it to the cashier, I walked after her to the cashiers, she drop the wine and walk away like she really want to leave, and the cashier start scanning my wine while she turns her face to the another line and continue talking to the man cashier. She didn’t even say hi act like I was standing there , why do they have to act like that ? Because I’m Asian ? Because I’m not white ? I don’t know how good you guys are but …just simply things is be polite and act like a professional !!!

Dianne is really something else. Wasted gas driving here for her to tell us she couldn’t sell us anything. I’m 20 years old, my boyfriend was the one checking out, and she asked us both for ID. I’ve never been asked for ID when shopping at the lcbo when my boyfriend is checking out, EVER. I have been, however, when I’m alone. She suggested I try the next location to see if they would sell it to us. I showed her a Mastercard and emails from college, which both had my name. Both I wouldn’t have if I was still in highschool. Again, my boyfriend was the one checking out. Why would I go in if i was under age? First job lol? Overdoing your responsibilities to the max It’s Friday, people have plans, they don’t appreciate being told to drive around. With the long drive to the next location I have a lot of time to type this now

I feel bad for anyone who has to work on a friday night, especially the employees here tonight. In every lcbo there's a sign that visibly shows that if you don't have valid ID then they can't sell to you there product. Anyhow, there was this chick tonight who couldn't provide proper ID to the cashier and made a really big fuss about it. If you're 20 years old and can't provide proper proof of ID please leave and let the rest of us make our purchases. It's a friday night and some of us just want to go home and enjoy the rest of the long weekend.

Been to this liquor store chain too many times, first time to this location though. Nice sized liquor store with a large cooled section. Selection was pretty sparse but I believe that was due to some logistic issues on the part of their head office. Was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Staff were ok, not super friendly. I unfortunately be back to this location the next time I'm in the area and in need of some alcohol and also do recommend to those wanting to drink to check it out as you can only get your liquor at this chain.

I ordered on line so I wouldn't wait too long in the store. They were so slow and disorganized that people walking after me to the store were leaving with their in-store shopping while I was still waiting for my order. After seeing my ID I was asked by the salesperson to lift my mask so he can compare the pictures!!! I have done pickup in other LCBO stores smooth and fast. but this one I will definitely avoid in the future.

Great LCBO. Tonnes of selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. And they were managing the christmas rush like it was no big deal. Long lines were expected, tonnes of people asking hilarious questions like "Do you have any GOOD white wine?" And all smiling and being helpful throughout. Theyre not my local LCBO but its worth the extra drive.

This is probably one of the best LCBO stores out there. They offer a great variety of options and obviously, always have what I'm looking for. The service is very good (seems t/b Standard at all stores), people are very polite, attentive and always available for you. Hope I'll never have a less than great experience. Highly recommended.

Long lines and too many people inside, OK. Man outside door harassing people for change, OK. Thieves, come on in! Well behaved, good and leashed dog in rubber boots, BANNED. Reason from rude Manager? There is a lot of broken glass on the floor (really? Isn't that bad for humans too?). Not even asked if dog is a working dog or ESA!

Decent enough selection, though quite lacking in the Asian liquors department (and a bit hard to find at that). They also only carry one variety of Chinese wine and it's listed as part of sake (as is the soju and plum wine). Otherwise, the staff are great and always helpful. Lovely folks.

Largest selection of Portuguese wines and also vintage wines in the city. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They also have a good selection of beer. Cheers !!!

My first text buying alcohol and it was for a gift, I had no knowledge of the products and asked a employee for help. Not only did he drop what he was doing to help me but gave me his time and patients, ended up getting a Robert Mondavi and I can't say it lasted to long lol

An excellent LCBO stocked with a large variety of goods for all your tastes, needs, and also make for great gifts as well. Lots of parking all around it makes it worth a short wait in the lineout outside. Clean inside and fast efficient people running it as well.

Good store with helpful staff, however, they didn't suggest they order in a product I was looking for like other stores have done in the past. May just be the busy season that caused this so I will try not to hold it against them.

Congratulations, and thanks to the staff for being very professional and knowledgeable of the product and also the extra help extended when the item you need is not at that store. They look it up for you, which is time-saving.

Stefan was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and polite. Cashier Vida was very polite as well and good client service. Security was the one who helped me out at the beginning. This place is working as a great team.

A smaller LCBO store, but they have a good assortment of bottles available. It's quite busy here each time I've visited, whether during a weekday or weekend, day or night. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great selection of wines and a super knowledgeable staff! I loaded up here for the long weekend and was glad we came here instead of the one closer to our place which is usually busier and less well stocked.

There was a cashier late afternoon Nov 25th 2018 at around 4:30pm helped me with miniature champagne bottles to give as gifts She was not only helpful but had a beautiful spirit !!! Amazing experience

I was luck to find the last few bottles of Ramos Pintos 2016 Duas quintas. One of the most famous wineries in Portugal Doura region. I hope LCBO bring more in as it goes well with homemade pork pies.

In the times of covid, they were very well organised and protected the employees and customers. I couldn't find the beer I was looking for thankfully it is a liquor store so I found some poison!

Amazing location! Found everything i wanted and found few things that other stores do not have. If you are a Bourbon person then do go to this location and you will definitely find what u want!

Pretty standard LCBO, staff is friendly and move quick when checking out. Some of what I look for is missing here, but for the most part, I can get what I want from this LCBO.

Looked fairly stocked! Has 3 dedicated areas in the back for coolers, beer, and vintage. Dedicated parking(though I'd rather park in the plaza parking since it seems faster)

Selection is really good. Lots of wine, including a vintages section. There's even an entire section dedicated to just Portuguese wine. The beer selection is also great

Staff will always drop what they are doing to help search for what you want. Even at Christmas with a bustling crowd and stacks of product to shelve. I am impressed.
