My insurance broker I had been using for the past 20 years was purchased by LMBF... I went from being able to talk to someone within 30 minutes and get a quote without 1-2 hours... Now it takes more than a week to talk to someone. I had to do a claim, car got totaled, had some questions regarding the policy, had no returns in more than a week, ended up having to go thru the whole small characters myself with no support... Now I have to cancel the policy on this vehicle, 2 emails and 1 call later and still no return after 9 days. Poor service, I'm in the process of getting quotes from other brokers to move my inscurance policies. Edit: They took 10 days do get back to me (after I made this review...) but strangely it took less than 6 hours to comment on my review. The person answering google comments would probably be more useful answering the customers in the first place.

Not impressed. My car insurance tripled in price, no phone call, no email, no communication whatsoever!!! I found out when the insurance company debited my account. I MYSELF contacted them both via email and by phone, leaving messages, all to no avail. Not only that, but the wait time to then get a hold of someone is over 1 hr, only to land on someone that barely speaks proper english and had zero people skills. Oh how the mighty have fallen!! I guess it’s no surprise when you chase the bag $$ and let proper customer service fall to trash. I have been with them for 10 years or so…utterly disappointed, unimpressed and disgusted.

I have had a very bad experience after almost 3 years of customer At first good with new customer after they don’t even answer phones and emails, always answering machines or brokers are not available I sold my condo 2 weeks ago I can't cancel my contract. every time I have been almost 1 hour to wait for talk to the agent but did not successfully. still, after 2 weeks, I didn’t get the final answer!!! I call to the main company (Intact Assurance) but they say you have to call LMBF Company.

I'm writing this review only to commend Lydia. Lydia stood out not just because of her professionalism, but for her vibrant energy and dedication to customer service. It was refreshing to hear someone who took the time to address my concerns and also managed to share a genuine laugh behind the phone. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel robotic, Lydia's approach was a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Lydia, for making the experience memorable.

That was a horrible experience with intact insurance and LMBF services They almost doubled my insurance in the end of my contract without any pre-notice because I moved. Now someone will writes in my answer that we are sorry for this incident and tries to justify it! BUT I write this review to you who want buy the car or house insurance, DO NOT Be careful not to empty your pocket by INTACT Insurance.

LMBF went above and beyond to find me the right auto and home insurance at the right price. If you are looking for an insurance company that will look after your needs as if it were their own, look no further. A shout out to the broker who helped me: Wessam! Definitely the worst Customer Services I've ever had from not only insurance companies but all kind of Services companies! I kept calling them during 2 weeks to get a Quote and nobody answered !!!! I definitely switch to another company for all my insurances ( more than 3 of them)

Michael Chamoun This guy does not stop until he gets you what you need! He is on the ball. Fantastic service from him I have never dealt with an Insurance person like him! Dedicated to making the client satisfied and happy! Take note other insurance companies He is the BEST!!!

its almost 10 days i am calling them they never answer my call i like to cancel my renew policy for my dodge carvan which will be renew in sep 23 i have two more policy my home andpersonal car i like to cacel my car honda accoed i like to know when will be finising
