Took a strand test of my hair prior to booking an appointment, promised to call back with the results but didn't.. had to call back myself on 2 occasions..I get the impression they just didn't want to do it. If that's the case then why not just say so instead of leaving someone waiting around? Unprofessional and rude.

Feels like I’ve step into a London salon. Such a cool vibe and stylish salon. The stylists are so professional and welcoming and the service is top level. Over all 10/10 experience. Thank you Lox girlies

They allow cars to park on pavement and block people in wheelchairs and prams
