Luke Electrical Review. I recently had an oven stop working and my tenant advise me that the dials seemed to be arcing. The oven was very old so I sourced a new one and asked Luke Electrical to put it in and connect it. The extremely thorough young man came around and checked everything over and found there was a problem in the main switch board. He spent a while fixing this problem which related to the cable to the new oven and also checked that it was earthing correctly. I am grateful that he did such an excellent and thorough job, thus allaying any fears of anyone getting electrocuted. It was definitely worth the extra cash on the bill! We called in almost a month ago to get a quote for the work we need on the house. The electrician came the next day and after looking at the house, he said will get back to us in a week with quote. But, we never gotten any more update after that. Just called them back to ask for an update to find out that they didn't want the job as they are busy. Would have been helpful if they had told us earlier that they won't get the job instead of letting us wait. Very disappointed as we were hopeful with the positive reviews and wanting to support small local business. Would not recommend.

I remembered Thom from Luke Electrical who fixed my sister's down-lights for her a year ago. He was very efficient, very informative, very honest and the cost was very reasonable. This morning he came to replace my mum's halogen down-lights and we received exactly the same high quality service. Thom kept the area very clean while he worked which we were also grateful for. The down-lights look beautiful and are now safe to use. Response time excellent. Thank you Thom and thank you Luke Electrical. Mum says she loves being able to see what she's reading now. They are professional, their communication is second to none, they turned up on time, the work was of the highest quality and the quote blew their competitors out of the water. If you are in need of anything electrical done around the home, make Luke Electrical your Number 1 port of call. As a matter of fact, I would go as far to say, put them on speed dial!

We got NBN to the house but the access point was under the bed in the main bedroom. This meant wifi in the main areas and unwanted flashing lights when trying to sleep. Not ideal. Luke Electrical resolved this for us by moving the point to the main part of the house, resolving the issue. I contacted them and was offered a slot within 48 hours. The tradie came on time, and resolved it quickly, meaning the cost was really reasonable. Was exactly what we wanted.

Booked for 11am and received confirmation text. No one showed up. I called admin at 12:30 and was told bluntly that my booking was actually 3:45. This was incorrect as I explained to admin I had confirmation. Waited for 3:45 arrival and no one showed… at 4:15 I got a text message saying staff were delayed at a job and my booking would be rescheduled - no phone call out of courtesy. Poor service all round.

Wonderful reliable service, I had left a replacement pool light until last minute! My fault but to have someone confirm they could do pool lights, and then be able to attend within a couple of working days just before christmas was amazing. Thank you I will be a life long customer and tell everyone I know!

I needed some extra power points connected in my garage. The guys did an excellent job. Advised me on all my options, and placed larger lines with a circuit braker for the future when I decide to get a supercharger at home for an EV.
