"First the 183 bus was late getting the customers or bus riders late to work because they leave they route early, so that mean we was the customers how to wait on another bus that just made thing harder for customers to get to there destination, now we fondly get to the Lakewood train station now the train are late, u can ask me do I get out early enough to get some where I need to go yes would be the answer, but was a Marta rider I so use to being late what ever I go"

Service is awful. I think when holding up people when Marta workers are late customers complaints should be taken more seriously, and they should be compensated when its an ongoing issue.
