I attend this clinic with my elderly Grandfather and I could not be more impressed with the service and the staff, from the moment we walk in we are made to feel welcome, the front staff are friendly efficient and very attentive to our needs. The Nurses and Doctors we have dealt with are above reproach they listen carefully to every question I might have and the answers they give really leave me with a sense that I have been made aware of all options available and leave me confident to move forward. I highly recommend the service provided here.

As a very proud founding member of Lang Lang Community Family Medicine the service has been exceptional from the very first appointment that I required. Every care and attention is given to my medical issues. The appointment does seem rushed at times, if my issues required more time it would be attended to as in my experience in the past. The care given to each and every patient from what I have witnessed is with dignity, privacy, care and understanding. Thank you so much for being there for our community.

Visited again today,was in and out at super speed lol didn’t wait for the doctor and had bloods done afterwards and same thing no wait. It’s probably not like that all the time but very positive today. Our little country practice They do a terrific job here & wait times are minimal. The locals gather here for a chat I reckon lol. Always plenty of parking and they have been very Covid concerned and kept people waiting to a minimal so you felt very safe here.

The Lang Lang Community Family Medicine has excellent staff, excellent facilities and makes all feel welcome! I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by name as soon as I entered the bright cheery waiting room (despite having never been there before!). The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful to a person who was very unsure about getting a Covid vaccine!! A huge plus is it didn’t even hurt. Very very impressed…. Well done!

Horrible experience. Been to the doctor 3 times in the space of a month about an ongoing health concern. Completely missed the fact my sons adenoids and tonsils are enlarged causing issues. Didn’t check his ears either. Kept chucking antibiotics at us which weren’t working and out the door. Later went to a new doctor to find out his tonsils and adenoids are enlarged and received an ENT referral. On top of a SEVERE ear infection.

Very grateful to have such close local doctors in our community. My daughter was very unwell and nurse on call told me to get her to a doctor within 2 hours. I rang up and they managed to get her through within minutes from when I called them. The doctor was great with my daughter and the service from reception staff to when we arrived to when we left was exceptional

My experience with this clinic was a most welcoming experience, from the very first phone call to the visit. All staff are friendly and very helpful and the Doctor’s were lovely too. My husband and I are not regular patients, but went for our COVID vaccination. If I lived closer I would make this my regular clinic.

The Covid vaccine process at Lang Lang was swift, easy and friendly. Right from booking the shot to leaving the waiting room every aspect was handled with great care. My second appointment was booked by the efficient staff while I was waiting the mandatory 15 minutes to check for side effects. Thank you.

I arrived 30 minutes early but not a problem, I was greeted by smiles and a very pleasant attitude from everyone from reception to Doctor to nurse, it was an absolute pleasure to attend this practice and I fully recommend them to everyone, keep up the great work.

I made a booking more than 24 hours prior. Showed up 5 minutes before my booking to be told they can’t find it or have no evidence of it. Then to be told sorry, we are booked out for the next 6 days due to a public holiday. My booking was extremely important too.

I find the staff at the surgery all very friendly and helpful. Tammy the nurse is so good at her job she doesn't hurt at all when giving injections of any kind. They are all very caring and l feel very comfortable discussing anything with them.

Booked in for covid injection a while back and had to change it a couple times but no drama. Staff and doctor very friendly and knowledgeable was a smooth process and they have already booked in a time for second shot. It was an easy process.

I think the Centre is one of few clinics we found that offered Pfizer jabs at the earliest date. Kudos to them. We had a very pleasant visit, the stafff - so friendly. We will be back for our 2nd dose definitely. Highly recommended.

Able to get a prompt appointment date and flexible time. Receptionist was friendly. I arrived very early and didn't have to wait to long. The male doctor I saw, took the time to listen to me and addressed my concerns. Will return.

Ten minutes drive from home, every time I walk in, the staff members and Doctors are very welcoming and friendly, It’s all about the community together in a nice clinical environment, It makes me feel home though.

Jugemental doctor. Dont care what the doctors religon or race is. But dont say "you'll have to see another doctor as it against our religon" thats wrong in my eyes. This is australia, isnt it??

The reception team is great, always remember my name. The doctors are also fantastic. Nurse Tammy is also wonderful. I had my Covid-19 vaccination today, and everyone was lovely. 10 stars.
