WOW! Im a Property Manager in Las Vegas, I just contacted this company to assist with the lock out of a tenant. The receptionist, when i was reading her off all the info says "pardon my interruption but are you the Owner of the property?" I said, I am the Property Manager of the Property and have a Property Management agreement showing I have right to re-key on owners behalf. She then hangs up on me. What kind of locksmith service does not work with a property management company. I am like dumbfounded with how that call just went. So unprofessional. My long time locksmith just retired, we manage over 780 properties, and get them re-keyed after each tenant vacates for safety reasons, so the prior tenant is not walking around with a key to the property. So 100% this companies loss for losing a TON of business I could have gave them as I have at least 10-20 properties re-keyed a week. .
