Check your laundry when collecting it. They only gave me back half of the clothes I had handed in. When I questioned the woman behind the counter she was adamant she had given me it all. When I persisted she went to the back and returned with the rest of my laundry. What was as disturbing was her flippant attitude about the error telling me ‘it was a mistake’ and ‘I could phone the owner’ and handed me her details.

Staff very helpful, friendly and all effort was made to accommodate my request. Definitely a customer now for life.
