Self service. Laundry and drying. Recommended to get some small change (coins). Machine accept debit cards (my credit one didn't work, for some reason). During work day hours, there is personnel available. Could help with electronic machine (to pay for washing / drying machine) or accept clothes for repair / dry cleaning. Vending machine and coffee machine available (both work with cards) , with couple seats.

I brought a white dress in to the team at Cleanfreaks, i loved the but it was covered in stains so i bought it at a reduced price in the hope someone could clean it. Cleanfreaks took such care in scrubbing every mark, took care drying and pressing it. Not only did the dress come back perfect, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was amazing. I cannot thank them enough.

The place is easy to find, has parking right in front and wheelchair accessible. We used the self service washing which you can pay by coins or debit card. There are chairs and a couple of coffee tables and a television too in the waiting area. There's a coffee/tea area and vending machine with sweets, payable by debit card. Place is very clean. Overall a very good experience.

Impossible to deal with. No one answering the phones, no one answering the emails despite collections being requested. Nothing. These are supposed to be affiliated with Beamont Lodge and trying to arrange collection for a patient there is impossible it seems.

This wouldn't let me give zero stars, if it had that's how I would rate them! Appalling alterations done, complete amateur job. Had to pay to have it properly done by a proper dry cleaners.

Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I left a suit in for an important funeral (which we told them about) - it wasn't touched and no one bothered to contact us.

it was closed at 8 am. waste of time. They need to reset opening hours. I couldn't use it anyway, This Thursday the door was not open!
