Although the staff is very kind, the whole place is dirty. I saw staff cleaning floor and immediately after that "cleaning" dryer with the same broom that was used on the floor minut ago. I mean seriously???People wash their delicates there, towels, baby clothes and other stuff and you "clean" it with the same thing you "cleaned" dirty floor? I couldn't stop thinking what do they do when people are not watching??? Absolutely disgusting, made me rewash everything from there. REPLY ON OWNER'S REPLY: Not true, it's not the lint trap that I saw was cleaned with the same broom that's been used to clean dirty floor, it was the drum, circuit where the clothes dries. And yes, that is the place where all of are "clean" clothes spins and dries! I don't want to be mean, purpose of my review is to make you more aware of the importance of your property and all the appliances we use there, to be CLEAN. I mean, that's the whole point why we use Launderette, isn't it?!

It's posted that they are open till 19:00 and I came at 17:50. I tried to wash my clothes there today but the employee refused me, told that the last load could be done before 17:30. There's no such information on this page either in the store, they say clearly o the sign they're open till 7. But the man was probably lazy enough and wanted to come home earlier. He said that everyone knows about the last load. Sorry, but no one finding you on Google doesn't know that. But now everybody will know to avoid this place because it's really unfriendly and rude. Thanks for letting me with dirty clothes.

Avoid at all costs, especially the alteration service. Left a pair of trousers to have one inch added to the waist. Absolutely butchered the material on a beautiful Hugo Boss suit. Didn't taper the seat, and left the waist band ragged. Brought it back and complained. Promised the job would be done correctly. Received it back with an inch taken in, and the fabric dotted with two holes where the "tailor" had nicked it. Their dry cleaning services aren't up to much either.

Genial lavanderia, en mi caso si estas de viaje, si se ha usado alguna vez una, son todas muy parecidas, aunque siempre hay pequeñas diferencias. Las personas q atendian ese dia, super atentas y agradables, me pusieron las cosas mas faciles, y se lo agradezco. El tiempo de lavado/secado y precio, es mas o menos como en la mayoría de los sitios. Por lo q estoy viendo la calidad del lavado esta siendo muy buena, estoy contento. Esta cerca del centro. Yo la aconsejo.

They get the job done...mostly...just make sure you don't put anything delicate in. Having no digital payment options is a huge negative. My clothes are being held hostage until I provide them cash bit nuts in 2021! Considering they don't take card, you might think they have a credit/tab system like back in the day! But no, not even that. Seriously come into the modern age your only saving grace is that you're the only launderette in the area

Not professional at all. One rather not trust in them for his/her luxury item. They damaged my 100% camel wool blanket. Just treated it like an ordinary cheap cloth. Not recommended.

Loved it when I lived near by. Not expensive and always helpful staff and great opening hours. Don't use one now but I always have a good back up if I need it.

working hours are wrong, most of sundays shop stays closed. On working days they stop receiving customers in 17:00 not 19:00 as stated here.

Expensive. 6 euros to wash, and it's fine, than other 4 to dry them, if you have regular amount of clothes to wash is not so worth it.

It,s Ok. Old place but suits the cleaning needs. To wash sells tokens for cash. Token 5€ and dry 1€ 5min. Helpfull man working there.
