Had a horrible experience here. Charged my credit card €10 to buy a laundry card, nothing came out of the machine, presumably because the machine was out of cards. So I fed the machine €20 bill, selected a machine, and then the machine spat out a bunch of 10 and 20 coins and shorted me a couple more Euro. I'll be disputing the charge on my card... In response to the business owner's reply, my credit card was charged €10 but the machine did NOT dispense a laundry card. So I had to pay with cash, and then the machine ran out of coins so I did not get the €11.50 I was owed. I only got €9.90 back, mostly in .10 and .20 coins.

Good service for travelers staying nearby. There's only one larger size washer, so if it's in use then you'll have to make do with the four smaller ones. Very clear signage in multiple languages (including English) and the washer includes detergent and softener in each wash so you don't need to bring your own. The wash and dry cycles take 30 minutes each and you can add an extra 10 minutes for dryer top off if needed. You can pay by card, cash, or purchase a laundry card that gives a slight discount if you'll be using it more regularly. Overall, good experience!

There are two laundry shops in very near location. Firstly I found another one and disappointed that one was closed.. And finally found here! This shop is very clean and paying system is quite convenient as centralized. All of necessary detergent, softner and hygienizer were automatically installed. If there was air-conditioned, it's perfect in hot summer. The price were, small washing machine until 9kg which equipped 4 sets was 4.5EUR, and big one until 20kg is 8.5EUR.It takes around 30minutes. Dryers are equipped 4 sets, and 4EUR per 30minutes.

Lots of machines and signage to help you work out what to do. You can pay with coins, cash or card. Beware that I was double charged on my card twice. The owner was there when this happened, saw it but didn’t offer any kind of refund or assistance. She watched me follow each step and still I had the same problem. Which meant I paid over $70 AUD for a wash of laundry. I’d opt for coins if you have them. Detergent is included and automatically added by the machine which makes the process easier. All clothes came out clean, dry and stain free.

A real life saver. Went early to start the day right and to ‘beat the crowd’ and had the place to myself. Five euros each for wash then dry, for a good sized load for my family. Very easy to understand and manage the wash and dry. Pick out your machine, load it, find its number on the board, slide your credit card, and press start. Detergent added automatically and included in the charge. Clear, simple directions in English and pictures. No attendant but don’t worry.

The washing and drying machines are OK. But there is some problem with the payment machine, I paid by credit card 5 euros as it's the price of drying machine, and when I tried to activate it was saying insufficient balance (as If I paid just 3 euros) I had to put 2 euros more by cash (coins) for activating the machine. Later I check my bank and it charged the 5 euros, so in total had to pay 7 euros not 5 as the machine says (It didn't give any coins back)

I’ve given this 5 stars because I am pleasantly surprised how clean my clothes are for what was a very small fee. Much better option than nearby expensive alternatives. However, nothing is perfect and my one gripe with this establishment is the lack of air conditioning. When folding my clothes, I began to perspire due to the warm conditions. With air conditioning, I believe this establishment could become a dominant force on the Florence laundry scene.

Clean place with convenient hours. The washers add detergent and softener automatically. The machine that controls the machines does not have change but will accept your 20 euro note and keep the rest for a tip... It did not accept credit cards either today. We warned one person of the lack of change, but it made another young woman cry that it took 15 euros from her... Two stars for the no change situation.

Very clean place. Easy to understand instructions (in English). Washing costs €4.50 per 9kg and takes 30 minutes (there is one large washer though). Drying costs €4 for 15kg and also takes 30 minutes. The locals also use this place, so I suggest arriving fairly early to beat the crowds. There are 5 washers & 4 drying machines. Clothes felt great & smelled good!

I use this laundry every time I am in Florence. 30 minutes wash. 30 minutes dry. 9.5 for my 22 pound load of clothes. It’s clean and safe. Near the bridge. You can leave your clothes but I stay and check the news or my emails. Detergent is included in the price. English instructions. I love it.

Overall, good machines that work well but DO NOT USE THE COIN OPTION. Coins get stuck and they do not refund. Only use paper Euros. Make sure you read the instructions before paying. DO NOT BUY A CARD unless you need it. We paid 11 euro for what should have been 8,50 for wash and dry.

Great, inexpensive place to do your laundry in Florence in about 1 hour. Soap automatically added. Just load your machine, insert money into into the pay station (it makes change), select the corresponding machine number, kick back and visit with fellow travelers while you wait.

Firstly the laundry machine took my money and didn’t start the load even tho I followed all instructions. We had to ask the employee for help. Clothes didn’t come out very clean - do not know if the washing machine had added any detergent (believe it had ran out)

Very convenient and easy with English labels. €4,50 for 9kg washer that takes 32 minutes, €4,00 for 30 minute 15kg dryer. There's also a 20kg washer for €8,50. Bad signal with TIM so bring a book, but Vodafone is nearby so those using that carrier should be fine.

Great place to do laundry. Very clean. Instructions in English and takes bills and coins. Laundry soap is included in the wash. 4.50 Euro for a wash load and 4.00 Euro for a dryer load. There is a double sized washer for 8.00 Euro. Grocery store nearby.

The machines wash the clothes very well and fast! It leaves them smelling good and it saves me money on detergent because It’s included in the price. The dryers are good as well and leave the clothes completely dry and soft.

Cleaning and drying can be completed in an hour. The clothes come out really clean and soft.. You dont really need to iron anymore. 9.50 euro for everything and you dont have to bring your own detergent.

The laundry is cheap than the one I tried in Venice. For only €4.50 per washing machine and only €5 for the tumble dryer. Detergent and fabric softener is included in their machine.

This is a really nice laundry. Not a lot of people, always clean. The detergent, antibacterial and softener are automatically added and they smell really nice.
