I visited this laundry service shop to wash our clothes after days of traveling as it was only 2 minutes walk from our hotel. They are very friendly and helpful to take our clothes over and we just dropped it off. (If you are doing it yourself at the washing machine then you can actually wait for the washing and drying and collect it yourself). I made a mistake of the shop’s closing time and thought we could collect at 9.30pm but the closing time was actually 7pm. ( for DIY wash and dry they do open till late night 9.30pm) Unfortunately the next day I have a train at 9am and their opening hour on Saturday is 9am. So I contacted them through google to request for help to have my clothes to be collected earlier at 8am. They did so without hesitation and even messaged me the next day that they had opened their shop at 7am and to collect any time. They indeed deserves a great 5 ⭐️ rating from me. Last but not least, the clothes all came folded nicely and the clothes are washed well! All in all the whole service cost us 18 euro. Perfect!

Fantastic service! My husband and I have been traveling Italy during this scorching heat dome. We went through our clothing, much faster than expected, due to profuse sweating. We have been changing clothes at least twice per day. We realized we needed to do laundry and found this place online. They did a beautiful job, everything came back folded and clean for 18 euros- including some heavily soiled clothing. Not to get too much into it, but on one of the days of our trip, we done made some nasty mistakes in a rental car and found ourselves accidentally off-roading in the province of Pescara. We were filthy as we tried to fix and repair a broken down mini Cooper. Covered in motor oil. Needless to say this place is the best. It is so wonderful to have clean and fresh clothes again. all of the dirt and motor oil on our clothes has been cleaned! Thank you!!

Paid 18€ for a medium basket for drop off service (there are three sizes of baskets: 13 for small, 18 for medium, 25 for large) and 5€ for hotel delivery. You can also pick up at the shop yourself, usually done in two hours. They will wash (+ detergent), dry and fold your clothes for you. Pictures of the baskets are in the other reviews. Note that this service is only available from 8 am - 5 pm. The medium basket fits around a week's worth of laundry for two people. The man at the counter was very nice and gave excellent service. Laundry came back to hotel earlier than expected, clean and fresh smelling. Would definitely recommend for anyone wishing to have their laundry done in Florence as the hotels usually charge a lot more. There is also a self service section if you want to do it yourself or if the counter is closed.

We had a great experience at the local laundromat. The machines worked quickly, allowing us to finish our laundry in no time. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Although the drop-off service was closed on Sundays, the self-service option was convenient. It took us about an hour to do a week's worth of laundry for two people, costing around 16 euros. The laundromat also had vending machines with snacks and extra supplies. While the sign mentioned detergent, we used our own as well for added assurance. Overall, it was a reliable and hassle-free laundry experience.

Grazi! I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Wash & Dry in Florence. We were travelling on a group trip and had lots of dirty laundry to deal with. Wash & Dry is located just one block away from Hotel Ambascatori so we dropped off 2 bags in the morning and they were delivered to our hotel by 2:00 for $5 Euros extra. This was incredibly convenient and we were able to communicate with them through WhatsApp! The laundry arrived perfectly pressed and smelling very nice. Would definitly reccommend for anyone travelling to Florence.

Excellent service. The place I am staying from airbnb offers “washer” but they don’t have it, so after a few days in Milan, Venice & Cinque Terre, I needed to do some laundry. I was happy to find this place, you can do your laundry on your own, or they will do it for you (ready in 2 hrs, although I picked them up after 4 hrs, gave time to have lunch and walk around the city). They charge either small, medium or large. Mine still was under small laundry 13 Euros. The guy who works there was very friendly, I totally recommend this place.

Highly recommend this place for laundry services. My husband and I were visiting Florence and had 2 weeks of laundry to be cleaned. We simply dropped it off and picked it up 2 hours later - clean, scented and folded neatly. This service allowed us to continue exploring the city without losing precious time. The gentleman who served us was very friendly and helpful and went over and beyond to assist us as as we dropped our clothes off a bit late in the day. Thank you so much

I can’t say enough about Graziano & Leonardo! We had been traveling with two suitcases full of dirty clothes, our hotel wanted to charge us $10 per item and then we found them. They did everything for such a great price and they folded, packed it away and put it in our suitcases. They were professional and fast and wonderful! Beyond grateful to find this place so close to our hotel! We’ve been in Italy for 2 weeks (we did carry on only) and have 1 week left. Now out of undies and socks and with a suitcase full of very sweaty and smelly clothes, we turned to the wash&dry. Our hotel wanted to charge us 2€ per underwear(more for other garments) but this place did wash and fold for all of our clothes for 18€!!! Ready in 2 hours and they were CLEAN and smelled so good!!!

Couldn't have been more grateful for Wash&Dry. Got to Florence after 2 weeks abroad already (amid a heat wave) and they were able to wash, dry, and fold our laundry in under 2 hours. They have 3 laundry basket sizes (small: 13€ medium: 18€ large: 23€) if you want them to wash for you. We were able to go enjoy the city while our clothes were cleaned, and we got them back smelling wonderful. Highly recommend.

As we walked in, the presumed owner greeted us warmly with a smile. We handed over our laundry to be cleaned, dried, and ironed for £13 (small batch). They informed us that we could pick it up in just 2 hours, which was impressively quick. Note that there's a self-service laundry next door that stays open until much later, while the "drop-off" laundry service only operates until 5 pm.

Wonderful service! They offer full-service washing and folding as well as ironing from 8am to 5pm. Very good rates. Self-service until 930pm. Very convenient location near train station on Via della Scala. We used the full-service plus the hotel delivery option for a very small fee. So helpful when being out exploring all day. Clothes came back clean, folded and smelling great.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Called this morning while staying at a local hotel desperate to have my families clothing laundered. He was so gracious and was at my hotel with in 20 minutes to pick up a bag of clothing. Had it returned SOONER than he even promised!!!! We chose the option where you drop off the laundry and pick it up in 2 hours. Best decision we made and the best 18 euros we spent. We were there this summer and needed our laundry cleaned. Dumped two big loads into the baskets, was told to come back in a little more than two hours. Everything was clean and folded, they did an amazing job and it was a great value and just done so quickly. I wish this business existed in America! 5 stars for sure!

Absolutely PERFECT service, I definitely recommend talking to the staff for any doubts, they are SO NICE. I've never used this service before but for 18€ they washed, dried, folded and scented my clothes and my fiancé's clothes too in 2h. Everything was spotless, the place smells very nice, service is fast.

Machines worked fine except very little soap is automatically added. Seems a scent was added as we had a nice smell but clothes were still soiled. We did not overload. Never saw any suds through the window. Others waiting also said “shouldn’t there be soap suds?” Don’t let the smell fool you.

Machines that are clean and work well at a good price (the drop-off service seems reasonable as well). Note that the detergent in the vending machine has perfume, so those who have sensitive skin conditions may want to get detergent elsewhere before coming here for self-service.

Easy self-service laundry. Buy the detergent from a vending machine for 1€. Go over to the washing machines and look for the touch screen in the middle and start the process. Select a machine. Insert 5€ and follow the instructions on your washing machine.

Wash & fold for an extremely reasonable price. We needed laundry done in a short time and they took our clothes, told us to be back in two hours, and it was done. I like how they use containers to decide their price - it is very understandable.

Staff speaks English, really friendly. I dropped off a pile of clothes and they had it all clean and folded in 2 hours while I explored the city. My only tip is to not lose your ticket, and come back before 5pm when the pickup window closes.

This worked a treat! We were able to wash and dry a weeks worth of clothing in an hour. The service counter (where they do the laundry for you) appeared to be closed on the weekend so we did it ourselves.
