I had purchased a geared Hero Sprint in Dec 2020. The cycle has faulty gear system and has created a problem since first day. The front 3rd gear does not work. On request for repair, I had to leave the cycle at shop for almost 2 weeks where I visited the shop 4 times and every time was not satisfied with the repairs. The owner concluded that I do not know how to operate gears and said he cannot repair any further. Till date I can pull only 1st and 2nd gear and the whole experience is bad. I strongly recommend to not approach this establishment. There are many new and better shops in Borivali which offer more educated and scientific approach.

I have been familiar with Laxmi Cycle Stores for the longest time now. My experience with them has been amazing since day one. This is the third cycle I have bought from the store and the experience has been as amazing as it was for the first time. Special thanks to Dwisha for helping us out to finalise the cycle which we bought and are overjoyed with it. It's amazing how Bharat uncle has the same energy and enthusiasm I saw in him 10 years ago.It's always a pleasure and looking forward to more amazing experiences in the future

The owner - bharat gosalia is very arrogant and rude. He started arguing with me over the call. Doesn't know how to deal with a customer. This is definitely not the place to buy your cycle. Owner is very rude. I had to fill air. Apparently he has a problem of doing UPI and threatened me that he will never do my cycle again because I made such a small payment amount. He yells and is not professional. Secondly, he charged me 10rs for filling air while other shops charge 5rs Beware when dealing with this guy

Extremely poor service for new products The old man who owns the shop is an expert in fooling people with sweet talk and selling defected products and later refusing to replace or repair . Beware ewhil buying anything from this store and make sure you spend a lot of time investigating every small little thing

The owner is very rude!! I went to fill air in my bicycle tyres and he said to do it on my own. He told me I should know it but i didn't and insulted me. They are seriously not interested in helping anyone in simple cycle . They lack decency to talk to customers. Would not recommend anyone to go here.

I purchased 1 alloy cycle with lock out suspension, 27speed gear with 3 years warranty in very very excellent discounted price. Actually there is no laxmi cycle its shiva cycles. Laxmi cycle stores is sold out to shiva cycles with effect 01.aug18. nice experience in shiva cycles.

Worst place to buy cycle the owner is very rude he is only interested in selling cycles buy cycles from anywhere but not here. The worst person whenever we take our cycle for showing a deffect he tells that you have to pay for it. Don't buy he is a fraud.

Pathetic service as mentioned by most over here. The owner will do his best to sell, offer tea, make a lot of small talk and act so concerned but the minute you buy, he'll forget you. Same goes for the staff, not interested in providing service at all.

Very rude owner and staff, the after service is pathetic at the point of sale will give sweet talks, when you question things he does not give appropriate answers .raises his voice when spoken to and surely has no manners how to speak to women
