The actual staff seem nice, but McGill administration has a huge issue of not funding any student support services. I'm genuinely not sure if they even have phone operators working here. I've never been able to talk to anyone despite trying nearly 10 times on different days.

why are the websites so old and not compatible with latest browsers? If standard shipping is not allowed because of the importance of the document, why is it listed as an option on the UI?

Pretty unhappy, the persons at the desk did help me but made me feel unconfortable, they have no notion of friendliness or "customer service" (with students) if I could say so

Staffs at Service point are professional, helpful and kind. They answered my call shortly and gave me instructions patiently. Thumbs up to the staffs! …

They will provide you with any information you need as a student. They are kind in doing so and if they don't have your answer, they'll lead you to find it.

As a student, I didint pay my tuition fee for you to give me sh*tty qualities service and treated in such a mean way!

The people have always been nice, and if you go during the day, the wait times are very moderate.

Not accommodating to students at all, which is a surprise, considering we pay their salaries.
