Good location and looks nice, but facilities and building maintenance are trash. Bathrooms routinely in disrepair, or in poor condition, left like this for weeks and months on end. Café is overpriced and doesn't even take cash. Floors on ground floor were improperly installed and haven't been replaced. Lights and sinks are improperly installed in labs. They always seem to have money to make high-production videos that no one cares about though.

Because of the campus appartments prices are rising like crazy. Use to be a really cheap living area for south asian families with low income. Very bad idea to put a campus there, people who did that did not think it would cause prejudice to the people living in the area. Very bad. Condos and buildings growing everywhere as pest ... No place for low income people now. Bobos hipsters are making prices higher and higher. I miss how it was before.

Gorgeous building with epic sunset views and an extremely convenient newly opened shortcut between Outremont and Parc Ex. A security guard once came out and hassled me for taking photos of the beautiful glass, which seemed odd, wouldnt you want the publicity of the image of your campus disseminated freely through the aether? Mark my words - the free exchange of information will prevail

A modern university campus, in a futuristic French way. The future as it should be, with no compromises. The same feeling you get looking at a 60s Citroen. You love the way it is different and forward thinking, even if in the details some things just may not work that way.

Went to make our covid19 vaccine here when they were available. Super clean facility and everything was well organized. Can't wait to see when this whole campus is going ton be finished. There's a lot of empty land still (June 2021).
