I thought i would give this place a try since i drive by it every day. I dropped off one of my suits that needed to be cleaned and also needed the waistband adjusted. After waiting nearly ten minutes for someone to come out of the back finally i was greeted by a young lady that did not speak English very well. She let me know the tailor was not in but i could come back the next day and he would be in. I came back the following day at specified time to see the tailor which again was not in. Regardless I asked if the lady could just measure the waist and let the tailor know how much to take out (very simply remove about 1/2 inch) Fast forward to a week and a half later when it was finally ready.. I pick up my suit and go directly home and try it on. The pants are about an 1 1/2 inches LARGER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regardless of it being measured they ended up somehow taking the waist OUT rather than IN When i returned about 15 minutes later asking for my money back.. The guy tries to tell me that i did not get any adjustments done to the pants even though i had a receipt for all of the work. Took me 20 minutes of ARGUING with the owner to get my money back from this HACK OF A BUSINESS!!!!!!!! I do not understand how a business managed so poorly stays in business!

Visiting from Vancouver for client meetings in Edmonton. I flew in leaving Vancouver at 7am. During the flight I spilled coffee on myself. My dress pants and shirt was soaked. Very embarrassing!!! I checked into my hotel, Fairmont, and asked if they had Xpress service for dry cleaning. Tjey didnt. I needed same day service because I was only staying one day, flying out in the morning. And the stained dress shirt was my favorite! Called around downtown Edmonton with no luck. Called Leader Dry Cleaners. Explained my situation and the owner felt sorry for my bad luck and advised me that he'll do it. His store was small but he greated me with a smile. And was very pleasant to deal with. He cleaned my clothes and got the stains out and delivered my cloths to my hotel. I couldn't go to the dry cleaners because of meetings. Cost, considering my urgency and situation was a shocking $17. A steal for same day service. I did give him more because he was going beyond expectations. Now thinking about it, I should have tipped him more. If your in downtown Edmonton and need dry cleaning, please give Leaders Dry Cleaners a try! You won't be disappointed!!!

For years I lived near this dry cleaner. Now I live 50m from another cleaner and still drive across town to do business with them. This is the difference between someone who just owns a dry cleaning business and a dry cleaning and garment care professional. This is a family business and they take great pride in the quality of their work and service. They have access to a retired tailer from Harry Rosen for mending fine suits. They always do their very best to get stains out. They always inspect my suits for slight tears or loose threads (often fixing at no charge). If you need a rush order they will usually (just short of always) find a way. 1 more thing. When all of Edmonton smelt like smoke from the wild fires of 2019 they contacted me and asked if I would rather pick up my suit as scheduled or have it cleaned again at no charge because of the ambient air smoke smell. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!

I came to pick up my clothes on the day they were supposed to be ready (after already waiting 5 days), only for the employee to tell me that he had forgotten to clean them. He told me to come back the next day and they would be ready. When I came in the second time, the clothes were clearly still not ready. Seemingly he still had not cleaned them, as I waited nearly 20 minutes for him to rush around cleaning them in the back. The clothes were wet when I got them back. I was given a 30% discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciate, but I don’t think I’ll return here in the future. Very disappointing as I chose this dry cleaner based on all the positive reviews they’ve gotten.

I dropped off a dress shirt to have a small hole in the arm patched. The lady at the counter said they would take off a small 1 inch strip along the bottom of the back, and then place a 1 inch by 1 inch patch on the inside of the shirt where the hole was. When I picked up the dress shirt, they cut a massive square 8 inch hole out of the back and then put a large 4x4 patch on the OUTSIDE of the shirt. Needless to say, the shirt was garbage and had to be thrown out. Never going back here again.

Great service! I brought my 3 piece suit in for a last minute press and they were able to fit me in and have it back for me the next day. I just moved here and I’m glad I found a great dry cleaner I can keep going back to that’s friendly and very fairly priced. Definitely go here!

I have only used the dry cleaning service here (multiple times), not the tailoring service. I have not been disappointed. They worked a miracle on my parka (matcha latte stain) and I'm so thankful. Keep up the good work!

I recently visited Leader Dry Cleaners and was extremely impressed with the level of service and care provided. I also appreciated the quick turnaround time and convenient location. Very reasonable price as well.

The ladies at Plato's consignment recommended this place.its a dry cleaner but also has a tailor. Be Wet friendly staff. So far they have done a great place to have ones tailoring done.

Been bringing my suits and shirts here for years and haven't had any problems. Clothes come back nicely pressed and on time, and the Filipino lady that works there is very nice :)

This is the only place in Edmonton I know of that offers next day laundry service for my dress shirts at an affordable price. The folks who run the place are super friendly, too!

Leaders are always great to deal with. They can do a very quick turn around for us when required and everything comes out spotless. Also the repairs they do are immaculate.

I had the sleeves recently altered on 2 jackets the 1st is great the 2nd is outstanding, care and craftsmanship excellent, quality and service
