I have been using this insurance agency for my commercial auto and property insurance for the last few years. I moved to this company after having an absolutely abysmal experience with a different insurance company. Their service is such a breath of fresh air. I am actually able to speak to the same agent every time! Judith has been absolutely amazing. She replies to my questions with lightning speed and is always able to help. Not only that but she always takes the time to explain things to me and I feel like she really knows what she knows what she is talking about. Their service is only slightly more expensive than my last insurance company, but it is worth every single penny. I want to actually feel like my insurance company has my back. That's what they're there for! Judith and Desjardins make me feel like they have my back.

Absolute worst customer service. I contacted the office today to inquire about my fathers policy because he was confused about it, I come over to assist him with his daily needs (he is 75+ years old and was beside me the entire time. I got Meredith I believe her name was on the phone and she was very rude. I asked to speak to her manager because I did not appreciate her tone and her just trying to pass me off to an agent that was currently busy. She said “I am the manager” and disconnected the call. In my profession of 11 years I’m a manager myself, managing 22 employees and this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experience I have ever encountered. I’m still in disbelief that this is how they conduct business.

My Agent, Judith MacDonald has always been very pleasant and kind and has taken care of my needs and requests in a timely professional manner. I have been dealing with her at Desjardins for over 5 years now. She is very good at what she does and always answers my questions and takes the time to always deal with many phone calls and emails. I highly recommend this company and the staff at Leane Besky Insurance Agency Inc.
