Very unprofessional, made a booking for 2pm,it was then move to 2:30pm because some clients had arrived late, when we arrived no one knew what we where there for, had to wait 2 hours before any1 attended to us, the kids pamper party was not a pamper party at all, when we told the owner about this said that it's the first time she had a complaint like this and sent us screen shots of other people's experiences.

Great stuff, professional, literally came out of there very refreshed... Their hands are magic you even sleep while in the session. Definitely going back
