Mostly fine. But occasionally I've gotten there and AirTrain isn't running and they have very slow replacement bus service that doesn't work well or slowly. The check-out staff seem lazy and usually are unhelpful. The attendants inside are cheery. The bus drivers have consistently great attitudes.

Grand Rising to the Kings and Queens advise you to waiting very patiently cause the B15 bus will take forever for example if you coming off the Air train or the Q3 bus pleas you will wait at least like 20-40 minutes for the B15 bus

Good and easy access to the Air Train via the elevator or escalator after parking your car or getting off public transportation. Station is very clean with access to hand sanitizer . 99% of the time trains run on time. Opened space to keep your distance.

Port Authority police do little about the few homeless hanging around this station on the West side street level. It's obvious the stairs are their urinal because as soon as you enter the West side entrance to the station the stench hits you.

There are certainly things you can complain about concerning the Air Train but it makes travel so convenient. And this is one of the stops you do not have to pay an $8.50 fare to enter OR exit, unlike Howard Beach and Jamaica stations. In

Terrible attendance. Confusing Automatic machines, people who expect us to understand things that only new yorkers will. The metrocard has the same color for both subway and airtrain. Very confusing. I feel like i am in Brazil!

Easy access to buses and Little Guyana -Home of the real Guyanese tradition! Clean subway station with cleaning always foregoing every time a train arrives. Elevator accessibility is also available.

Wheelchair accessible. Automated trains that never mess up. Free (unless you get off at Howard Beach or Jamaica station). Pristine station with crystal clear announcements and helpful guides.

This AirTrain station has the AirTrain, three different NYCT buses that go to subway stations and best of all.. this AirTrain station is FARE FREE.

I like that the Trains on the Air train are automatic. And they never mess up. I also Park here when I need a plane!

Easy access. Just 10-15 minutes away from JFK if using the air train on site. Cheap if booked online ahead of time.

I always fly out of New York from this station. So I love this station, this is my gate to home and gate from home

Best place to get on/off if you want to avoid paying $8.25 for the AirTrain.
