I was really surprised and scared by the premium on goods here. I bought two bottles of cola and a box of instant noodles. Let's solve a simple math problem together: given that the price of two bottles of cola on special is a total of $5.5, and the cashier finally charged me $16.2, how much does a box of instant noodles cost? Shockingly, a regular box of instant noodles here costs $10.7. The reason I chose this overpriced instant noodles is not because I'm wealthy or foolish (though I feel pretty foolish now), but because it lacks a price label. Based on common sense, I thought it should be around $4, but even the clever Einstein wouldn't have anticipated that a box of unlabeled instant noodles would cost $10.7. With that amount, I could enjoy a steaming bowl of freshly made ramen at the nearby restaurant, instead of a Unif Bowl Instant Noodle with Shrimp Fish Flavor

I had an eBay click & collect sent here. Australia Post were unable to deliver the parcel & left a card to collect item from the nearest post office. As my item technically wasn’t delivered I didn’t receive a notification of any delivery or attempt. The parcel wasn’t collected from the post office so item sent back to seller. I went into the Store to ask about it & was told they close for prayers during the day. I was also advised if they receive a card from Australia Post for a failure to deliver an item they tear it up & throw it in the bin!! Despite the failure to deliver being because they close during the day!! If they aren’t going to do the service as advised, don’t be listed as an option for this service.

Do not buy here, they over-charge on their items and don't even bother with placing price labels on shelves. They'll charge you $5 for a 2L bottle of milk with no shame. The store itself could do with a woman's touch, with dust everywhere and unclean surfaces. The coffee is poor for the amount charged, honestly any other cafe in the area does better coffee. They charge you a big fee if you want to purchase something less than $5 on the card, or encourage you to add something else to your order. It's only redeeming quality is it's convenient location, but Spar Mart is a short walk away and you'll fine more appropriate prices and specials there.

Friendly staff, great coffee and selection of snacks. Also the parcel pick up service is the best! Can pick up my packages from here until 11pm all week, it's so convenient!! Update: Just visited here again to pick up a parcel after ages of not stopping by and the owner still remebered me, even with my mask on :p Still the same great and super duper convenient litte spot. Do yourself a favour and stop in. Definitely get all your packages delivered here if you're from the area, it's so convenient and your stuff is always secure well looked after... and it's honestly way way faster than going to the post office. These guys rock!! :D

Fantastic service, friendly helpful staff, very reliable postal destination. I thoroughly recommend them as a Parcelpoint pickup location. Unlike Australia Post Strawberry Hills or Redfern Post Office, which usualy have long queues when trying to pick up a parcel, this Parcelpoint location doesn't have any queues. Also, unlike Australia Post, this operator actually wants to do a good job and deliver parcels reliably.

The gentleman there was super helpful when I dropped of a return parcel for Amazon. It's so refreshing to have such friendly customer service! Very convenient location right next to Redfern station, and long hours for parcel pickup/dropoff, especially for shift workers when post office is closed. Will be using this location everytime I need parcel services. Highly recommended!

Parcel pick up and drop off (returns) is very easy here. Some sites have parcel pick up free but they charge for delivery so picking it up from this place is a no brainer. I got my parcel within seconds. It’s located near the Redfern train station - not more than a 30 second walk

Great service, really great place for a parcel service. Convenient and open long hrs! Much better than Australia Post where there are long queues, limited open hrs and not very convenient. Really good model as a postal service …

This year I've had all my parcels delivered to Liberty so I don't need to go to Strawberry Hills PO anymore. Over 15 parcels picked up so far with no hassles, friendly guys behind the counter, and long opening hours. Winning!

These guys are very reliable when it comes to parcels. They’re always friendly and helpful - even going so far as finding my parcel that had been accidentally delivered next door. Would definitely recommend.
