My journey started 10 and 11 March when I tried to get a booking at both Lifeday spa at waterfront and century city, yet did not give up and called century city again on the morning of 12 March. Got through to Annemika, who I must add is such a wonderful ambassador and customer centric individual. She went out if her way to provide options and luckily a couple cancelled so I could fill that slot. When I arrived at the Spa I was greeted so friendly by Annemika, the other two reception ladies ( don’t know their names, one is fair and wore glasses and the other was small lady with long hair. They are a fantastic bunch of ladies, all professional and went beyond to assist not only myself but I’ve noticed every other customer. Avril too was friendly and polite. Monica did my facial and she is an extremely well educated on optifi and explained in great detail the massage she was about to do. Amazing person she is. Vanessa did my manicure and did beyond excellent job. She is amazing and I was so happy with her service, she definitely has healing hands. All these ladies, including the entire team are fantastic and a great asset to your business. They go over and beyond to ensure every customer has an awesome experience. They made a difference in my life and I’m so grateful. With regards to the facilities, the outside pool is a cold pool, you could put measures in place to heat it a bit as an outside swim is always refreshing. You also have enough space to equip the place with at least two jacuzzis which will attract you much more customers as this is a huge draw card, so please think about it, and that is the reason why I like the waterfront spa because of the jacuzzi and they do offer a few more treats for customers as oppose to century city. Try to keep consistent as customers only choose one over the other either because of facilities or service yet I love both teams at both branches and century city has potential for additional facilities like jacuzzis. By the way I love the floating pool, steam room and salt room

I just have to take some time to acknowledge how amazing Life Day Spa Century City is!!! I have visited spa's all over the country and tried out numerous treatments, especially for feet and hands and I must say that, in my opinion, LIFE DAY SPA CC is the VERY BEST SPA, I have ever been to, and they offer the VERY BEST MANI AND PEDI'S in the country! Their "Signature Pedi" can only be described as decadent and excessively luxurious! Expect to be pampered and titivated for almost 1.5 hours in an environment of pure bliss and serenity. The facilities are relaxing, state-of-the-art and extremely relaxing. For that 75minutes, time stops and luxury is abundant! The staff are professional, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about beauty and overall wellness. I always feel special, relaxed and spoilt while there. The facilities are benchmarking and top-of-the-line. Comfort is key and you can be assured of exceptional, top-rate hospitality from every member of staff regardless of their designation. My therapist, ANGELIQUE is a perfectionist and she takes care of me attentively and lovingly, at every single appointment. I feel like so much more than a client, it is something I can not really explain but is the reason I keep coming back. Her friendliness, energy, attention-to-detail, and attentiveness are traits that I have not experienced at any other spa. I have been going to the spa for a few months now and on my last visit I was surprised with a FREE Treatment to the value of almost R400 - it was a complete surprise and a gesture of goodwill and thanks for my loyalty. I was elated because it was so unexpected - I felt so very special. They do that there - they make you feel all kinds of special*** Thank you, LIFE DAY SPA CENTURY CITY! Your staff are amazing, your service is exceptional and your facilities are first-class. Looking forward to many more blissful treatments with you :-)

Wow, after lockdown I honestly have to admit the standards have dropped at the Canal Walk branch. Went in August, my room was cold, the bed wasn't warm, she never put the bean bags on my feet and hands, therapist wasn't accommodating at all, however they did give me a little plant as a gift which was lovely because we went there for my birthday. I complained and got a voucher. Which I was very grateful for and still am. Used it two weeks ago, booked the scrub/mud room, steam wasn't working until the end, towels in the room had huge holes in it. However Pamela, I think her name was gave me the best massage ever and was super accommodating. Complained to reception, who said she would inform the manager but still no feedback. I loved this place, my sister and I have been going for years but wow. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place or call it a 5 star. For months their flotation pool wasn't working and they only addressed the issue if you complained based on the fact that you were actually there when it use to work, because then you would know what it should actually feel like. Get your act together guys. Check your towels before you have clients, check that the rooms are actually working, check with your client it the room temp is good. Check Check Check Check

"What people say and do is not as important as how they make you feel." I will not visit this spa again, as the manager made me feel humiliated in front of other people. I visited Life Day Spa in Rosebank, Gauteng before and was super excited when given a spa voucher for the Century City Life Day Spa as a gift to relax after the stress of relocating to the Western Cape. Having to drive just short of 100km to visit this spa did not bother me. Big, huge, enormous was my disappointment when realizing, after the treatment, that the voucher was ambiguous and I ended up having to pay for half of the treatment myself. It was a flotation treatment and Mud chamber treatment, where no therapists were involved. My advice would be for other clients receiving vouchers to check and confirm upon booking the treatment exactly what your voucher is for to avoid disappointment and humiliation. My voucher had no monetary value on it and according to the manager the voucher number does not indicate on their system what treatment the voucher is given for. The facility is good and the reception professional.

BAD EXPERIENCE I decided to treat my mother to an Optiphi indulgent facial at Life Day Spa (R690). I was told that this would be a very "pampering" facial with some massaging included - a great birthday spoil. We had a full day's activities planned and my mom was very stressed because the therapist was 30 mins late and consequently went over the agreed time. When it got to the head massaging my mother asked the therapist to rather leave it because she was too stressed that we would miss our lunch reservations. We were told to arrive 15 mins prior to the appointment in order to fill in the very extensive form where my mother had to indicate her skin requirements. At the end of the treatment the therapist asked my mother if she filled in the form - therapist did not even bother to read it beforehand (the WORST). This was not the standard I expected from a spa in Marriott Crystal Towers Hotel and at the end of the day I wish I had rather booked my mom a treatment at another spa.

Communication is key. When I arrived for my appointment, the manager (who by the way acts very hurriedly, pushy, aggressive) says one of the services I had originally booked is having issues. This is the flotation therapy. Apparently the heater wasn't working. She then offers a different service or to check to see if the temperature is to my liking. Of course, it is cold. And then the manager goes "well, I just don't want you complaining." The fact that she had to even say that says something about their service and that a similar experience may have happened before. If anything, it would make me want to complain because I wasn't notified before my appointment. Anyways, I end up having to pay for the rasul chamber. Another issue was with the four hands massage. Even after letting them know to apply light pressure, they continue to massage roughly. Whenever I let them know of my discomfort, no response as if my grunts of pain weren't enough. What an unpleasant experience

I had high hopes going to this spa. Especially because it had a high rating, and a high price. I was sorely disappointed. I ended up with my back entirely bruised when I got home. I couldn't lie down properly for a week and a half. Which would have been forgivable had my back muscles been released of the tension that they held. However, my back felt exactly the same, if not worse, excluding the bruising, than it had before i went for the massage. The woman wore no gloves during my facial and dragged the oil from the massage onto my face during the facial. My skin was not happy about that. The music was too loud and the therapist constantly lifted her hands off of my body, which she shouldnt have done. A therapist is suppose to keep at least one hand on the patient at all times. She didn't. Considering the price and the hype surrounding this spa I was not happy. I will definitely not return and i will never recommend it to someone else.

The Life Day Spa can truly only be experienced as a mere describing of words will not come close to justifying a unique experience such as this. Besides the friendly people, of all races and gender, both staff and guests, this is definitely a place to visit before leaving earth one day. Having used those words regarding the departure of earth, it only comes as a result of the facilities, treatments and professionalism felt everywhere. The food, people, messages, facilities like the relax pool, dim ow lighting, music combined with a "welcome home" feeling makes this venue a must, for even the toughest critic will not go back where he came from. Truly perfect setting and will definitely have u feeling like you have been born again by the time you leave....that's if you want to leave a place that probably comes closest to Heaven, being an elevated location.

After rushing from a 5 Star lunch experience to make a 4:45pm Spa appointment at Life Day Spa Century Towers, we were gutted by an unhelpful receptionist who told us that our spa treatment was cancelled because we didn’t confirm our appointment. The agreed confirmation method was confirmation of credit in our room at Marriott Crystal Towers. Funny thing is that we had credit in the room and the receptionist claims they called our room. My deduction is that they had our room number and simply needed to confirm with the hotel whether our room had sufficient credit for the Spa treatment which they clearly did not do. Life Day Spa’s frontline staff’s poor demeanor deserves zero star rating. Their process is flawed and is in desperate need of an expert to assist them to make it more customer centric.

On arrival, I met the hostess, Avril. This diamond of a woman with her incredible service and attitude set the tone for Life Day Spa. Absolutely everything was 5 star. The Turkish room with the salt and mud scrub and the rain shower was my first treatment and I didn't think anything could improve on that. I was so wrong because the floating room was pure bliss and I found myself counting my blessings. The totally perfect massage and facial again exceeded all expectations and to top it all the manicure and pedicure followed suit. Only one little thing could be improved for me personally and that is the lunch. I would have loved a delicious salad as an option. If heaven is anything like my whole day spa experience at Life Day Spa in Century City, I'm ready to die.

This place is in an amazing hotel, great views and it’s clean . Refreshments are served and there is a restaurant in the same building where you can have something to eat . When you arrive , be sure to be welcomed by very professional and and friendly staff . Their treatments are generally good , and I love the flotation pool! The massages are too highly priced and I did not feel like it’s the best (of the best)I have had especially for the price -did the hot stone massage several times). The luxury mani and pedi is good, the nail polish is supposed to last but mine always starts lifting on the same day. I would highly recommend the spa , it’s chilled and you can have a good time ! Just don’t have high expectations.

Recently my wife had a bad experience at this spa whilst my experience was vastly different. Unfortunately these things happen but what I was truly impressed with was the way they handled and resolved the matter. Direct contact from the owner in which he apologized and made multiple offers to make up for the bad experience. It is rare to see a company with such great leadership so if something, on the odd chance, goes wrong do know that they will do everything they can to make up for any wrong doing on their part. Many companies wouldn’t care or give 1 minute of their time to you but a direct call and speedy feedback has been a impressive experience

  • Mandy Wu

Thank you to the team for always greeting me with a welcome reception. As a repeat customer it's great to know that the staff make the effort to remember your name and treat you as if you're family. Great facials with Dani who goes out of her way with extra touches here and there to make my treatments such a treat. Clean, professional and relaxing. The bonus is the rewards system where you get cash back for all the treatments you clock up. The only suggestion I have is for the nail technicians to refine their skills. Make sure you have ample time before and after to use their lovely facilities - steam room etc.

  • Helen Xie

I had a signature pedicure done. The caviar soak and hot stone massage were brilliant. However, I strongly feel that the therapists weren’t competent. Gel removal was harsh and sore, filing and shaping felt rough and they don’t look uniform, worst thing was the painting - that was the worst set of nails I’ve ever had! I was so speachless when I saw them, bulge fronts, messy edges, dirt stucked on the surface, uneven applications, overall just looks so bad. I asked for another therapist to redo the application and reshape, she was better but also not great. I wonder, is this the level of skills at a luxury spa?

It was my mum's 75th BD. And I decided to surprise her with a spa day @ my favorite Life Day Spa CC, from the moment I set up our booking, the staff were on it. The Saturday we checked in and WOW, the staff were absolutely amazing. The warm welcome made my mom feel extra special that she even shed some tears. Our welcome, and all our treatments were just fabulous... My mom suffers from arthritis, the flotation pool and aromatherapy massage was such a great help to her feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you ladies and life day spa for the great service you offer. Mom can't stop talking about her day

  • ClockworkNinja

I went here for the flotation pool and the Middle Eastern scrub. I can tell you that this was as close to flying as you can get without skydiving. An hour in the flotation pool just isn't long enough. The feeling of drifting there in the dark with no support surreal. The scrub was ok but mainly just a salty shower. Go for the pool, you won't regret it. They offer complimentary tea and coffee (quite a large selection too) and you can have breakfast. They have set prices for the food. Everything is R137. I suggest just ordering from the hotel itself as it will work out cheaper.

  • selema molopa

The spa is fantastic with excellent service. It is important to note that, after the treatment, the warm eye cover must be removed only when the room light is deemed/coloured to ease the light back to your eyes. Otherwise, your eyes become blurred as if you were looking at welding sparks without protection. Very nice place to relax, the pool is amazing. The small grilled Salmon in the restaurant is to die for. These tasty potions can be improved in this price range. I did not expect 3 prawns in pasta and prawns. This is a beautiful place for couples who want to relax.

  • Taariq Dhansay

A quality spa with friendly and experiences staff and therapists. Access to facilities like the pool and other amenities are included in the treatment. There is also a very well equipped change room with lockers for valuables. The treatment rooms are peaceful, high quality, the beds are so comfortable. They have these amazing bean bags which they put on your body and feet during the massage, this is the best in the colder months. We also tried out the salt room, the floating pool was not available during our visit but we will definitely try it during our next visit.

  • Annalene Bylin

Took my husband for a treat yesterday, 19th December For facial and massage Utterly disappointing Paid for 2 hours got service for 1hour 30min. Facial they slapped 4 times products on and wiped off. That's it! Also additional charge for couples room, why could have had separate rooms. Such an expense for real poor service Tried to complete review on service, but date format does not work and ladies at spar cannot assist to how date format must be. As a RSA citizen I have supported spa during covid and regularly support Not what I am used to.

  • Jared Petersen

Had an absolutely wonderful pre birthday visit to the Life Day Spa @ Century City. Firstly I absolutely loved your facility, just the design and everything felt amazing. Secondly your staff from the moment I wanted to make my booking till I had left the establishment was absolutely phenomenal. And finally the major reason I am here, your treatments were fantastic. Granted this was my first experience all 3 treatments were wonderful, I believe with the quality of your facility and staff truly made it an amazing experience. Thank you

  • Melody Louw

Ok so the only issue I had here was I had a voucher to use which I got 2 years ago (only expires next year) but when I booked they said I might have to pay in because the package price might have changed... turns out the current package price was R210 less than what my voucher was worth but they did not add anything extra to fill the value and they didn't do the treatments that was on the voucher... guys, get your game right. BUT the rest, the welcome, the therapist, the treatments, the lunch everything else was just amazing!!!

  • Juanita Subroyen

For guests at the Crystal Towers Hotel, this spa is conveniently located inside the hotel. It’s a well kept spa with friendly staff. Booking process was inconvenient. They contacted me one day before my treatment over WhatsApp asking for credit card details - very unprofessional. Free Spa facilities are limited to a steam room and rainforest shower only. Tea station had lovely rooibos tea and the mini muffins were yummy. Treatment was average in terms of quality but the therapist was kind and made me feel comfortable enough.

  • LizaM

Lovely therapists & beautiful spa. My 2 stars are for the receptionist, well one of them. I found her very rude & unhelpful. Asked where we could have our champagne by which she answered " not on the deck" (this was my first time here) then I asked if we can have it by the restaurant and again she said "not on the deck" I felt so embarrassed and then asked so where can we have it?? In the waiting room she said... Okay where is the waiting room?? I would go back but won't want to deal with her again.

  • Nicole Steward

My sister in law and I visited here the day before Christmas and the service was amazing. Facilities are clean and there are always staff clearing and cleaning. We used all the facilities - sauna, rain forest, outdoor pool, had breakfast at in the cafe and were given a good discount (because it was Christmas) to use the floatation pool. My Swedish massage was the best I've ever had (thank you Debbie). I will definitely be returning end the of the year whilst on holiday. Thank you Life Day Spa.

  • Sandra Bosshard

We were quite surprised when we paid at the counter after our treatment. The invoice contained items (approx. + 200 Rand) that we had not expected. When we booked our massage, we were asked via e-mail if we wanted to be treated in the same room, which we confirmed. This was probably associated with a package booking. But no one informed us about that. I would have gladly paid the amount if someone had informed us about this package booking, but so I felt quite cheated. Massage was excellent.

  • Sharnah Hendricks

Always love it here. Miranda was awesome in taking care that we received halaal lunch and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout after the food miss communication. She went the extra mile and that made this visit the one I will remember most out of all my previous visits. The ladies, from the reception desk to the ones giving you the treatments and right through to the back office are such genuinely lovely people and that will always have me coming back.

  • Robyn

The Spa offers a range of treatments from massages, facials and mani/pedis. They also offer a mud chamber and flotation pool. Often fully booked out days prior so advanced booking is required. Staff are friendly and try to be accommodating. Best to arrive 15mins before your booking time. There's also a little snack/tea table in the waiting section. They are pricey so it's not a regular for most people but good to treat yourself with a massage.

  • arwa alrajeh

Amazing amazing amazing, the way I will describe it that I felt like I’m the only one there. Avril the hostess makes you feel like you are in her home , she welcomes you and explains to you everything and makes sure to enjoy your experience till the max. I came all the way from Saudi Arabia and when I visit Cape Town again will definitely stop there again. The massage , the manicure and the spa facilities are just perfect. Highly recommended!

  • Cheryl Theunissen

Shamila was my massage therapist. Professional welcome with a thorough run down of the various treatments on offer and the various facilities they have. Shamila is attentive and extremely professional. She delivers a SERIOUS massage. You are also able to access other spa areas after your treatment, so take a costume with and allow yourself a good few hours indulgence. Was a lovely experience and will allocate more time with the next visit

  • Jasmine Wong

Really wanted to like this place more but the lack of communication and service was severely lacking. The spa is stunning and the massages were great. They did not communicate what was included, provided extra services and tried to force us to pay. Then when asking about a clearly advertised promotion in the spa was told it was a month old and no longer valid. So take down the signage and communicate what is included and what are extras

  • Rahima Khan

As always, this place offers you an experience of relaxation, comfort, and revitalization. Staff were friendly and warm, very attentive . The premises was clean and beautifully decorated. However, at the moment, there is some building work being done nearby, and the sounds can be disruptive to the tranquility. I would recommend this venue for an awesome pamper session, where you will be given every bit of attention and care.

  • Liebe Tredoux

We have been visiting Life Day Spa since they first opened in Crystal Towers. Each year, the quality has declined. Previously, my husband and I was there for a massage but they did not put us in a couple’s room. While we were waiting in the ‘quiet area’, the employees were so loud and disruptive. It did not create a calming environment. Most recently, they are renovating and it is very disruptive to treatments.

  • Simon Kleinsmith

Friendly staff, excellent service and the girlfriend and I throughly enjoyed our treatments. Our therapists gave us the best messages we've had in a long time and we've been to a few spa's with my girlfriend previously being in the industry herself. Cons: Parking was an issue as we had to park at the Virgin Active across the road, the lights in the Rasul didn't switch off and some lockers were broken.

  • Shannon Kahn

Good massage and pedicure, always lovely soa deals! Thats what keeps them shining brighter than the rest! However I do miss the fruit, nuts, dried fruit (healthy snacks in the waiting room) I understand covid, however nothing stops one from putting bananas and clementines out for your guest while they wait. As this fruit have peels on them so no direct contact to the actual edible fruit.

  • Paula S

This Spa is exclusively for the intended treatment and that's it. It is not for the whole Spa experience, where you expect to relax, unwind and get your mind to reset. My massage was excellent with therapist Lume was the only best part of my experience. The rest all very noisy and crowded. I would say is good for a promotion but not for the full value. Hope it helps!

  • VickiB

I have always loved life day spa's offering. The ladies are friendly, the change rooms clean and neat. This establishment I only give 4 our of 5 stars as the spa amenities are limited to just a cold outdoor pool and a steam room. A heated indoor pool option, some saunas or spas would be a great addition. In any event, we go here regularly for facials and massages.

  • Zinhle Maseko

To the manager: you'll have to do a refresher course for your front of house staff on how to handle international guests. It's genuinely much better to mispronounce a guest's name and let it be a fun, teachable moment than outright refuse to say it and ruin the experience. Other than that, Keke deserves a bonus - insane attention to detail, expert touch. 10/10

  • Stewart Nemaitoni

We had the most incredible experience at the Life Spa in Century City. We tried out the Floatation therapy and other spa facilities. We were hosted by the most gracious host Avril who made the entire experience so memorable. Thank you so much Avril and your team for going out of your way to ensure we had a great experience, we will definitely be coming back.

  • Hlengiwe Mgedeza

There was a miscommunication with my treatment time so my therapist rushed my treatment because she had other clients, management gave me gelish overlay for free (value =130) as compensation which chipped off within 2 days of application. I sent an email complaining and no1 responded. I regret not going to waterfront i have never had issues there.

  • kumarie moodliar

This remains THE best spa I have ever visited( and I've visited many).. the staff and management are friendly, efficient, and welcoming...the treatments are out of this world...and the therapists are absolutely wonderful...their covid protocols, (includes sanitization of EVERYTHING after EVERY treatment) are exemplary...they deserve 10 stars...

  • Yasmin Rehder

Highly recommend booking your next Spa Day at this location. Lovely atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. I am always well taken care of and their treatments are outstanding and I always feel welcome. If you are looking for great service and a relaxing day,you can't go wrong with the Life Day Spa Century City! Returning customer as always.

  • Simone Rosslind

Bad service, sent two emails about my disappointing treatment and still nothing, not even an apology. Had a luxury pedicure yesterday my nail polish which was painted terribly is already lifting, OPI never lifts. Therapists banging doors, walking in and out of the room packing and unpacking, very disruptive. How are you supposed to relax?

  • Zayyaan Darries

An absolutely amazing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, special mention to Avril who took great care of me and showed me around to the facilities available fit use. The rooms were clean and well decorated to make you feel comfortable and Monica the masseuse had magic hands. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

  • Kate Paley

Basin plug not sealing, sat with soap and scrub on legs and feet for 15 minutes with no water in the basin while the therapist made coffee. 3 minute neck massage as a result of trying to catch up the lost15 minutes. Overall not a good experience. Def can't handle busy days and malfunctioning equipment is a big no no!!!!

  • Sean Taylor

Great experience overall, my girlfriend and I enjoyed the floatation therapy and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are extremely friendly and happy to assist with any questions you might have. The facilities are extremely neat, clean and accommodating. The value for money is unparalleled, we had a great time.

  • Kim Ben-Petersen

Had a lovely time here with my girlfriends. Staff are friendly, professional, patient and very helpful. I locked myself out of my locker twice lol and with a smile the young lady assisted with out making me feel silly even though I felt like it already. Pedicure was awesome and the facilities are great. …

  • Rumbi S

I definitely got my money's worth. I have done facials in different places but for the first time I felt heard and I also had a specialist who was as much invested in my skin as I am. Khodani will forever be my facial specialist. She was kind and gentle with the facial as well. Really impressed!

  • Shameela Collier

Absolute bliss Experienced Four Seasons Massage.. Wonderfully relaxing and destressing. From arrival to departure nothing but excellent welcoming service, outstanding facilities and soothing experience. Made use of a gifted voucher this time but will definitely return. Thank you …

  • Taryn Springhall

Beautiful space, peaceful atmosphere and professional staff. The massage was probably one of the best I've had. The express manicure was rushed and poor overall. The Soul Revival massage bit was very nice but seemed a bit expensive for a salt scrub, rinse, and quick massage.

  • Carl Boraine

Good day We had an experience with the spa 8 May 2019 where our son in the UK gave us a gift voucher. We walked in with the voucher and out with an additional bill. This was very strange. Never expected that. Would be glad if someone at the spa can investigate and respond

  • Sonnette Smith

Quite disappointing. Waited in between treatments for quite a while. Waiting area quite sterile. Hot stone manicure did not include a paraffin wrap. Optiphi Hydrate and Repair Facial OK.Therapist did not say she was customising it for my face. Noticeable results absent.

  • Xakatsana Mthembu

This was a horrible experience. Everyone was disorganised, treatment staff was not interested I came out stressed instead of relaxed. Do yourself a favour pay on arrival vouchers treatments get a poor experience maybe because they have already received your money.

  • Keziah

Had a lovely hot stone pedi treatment done by Angelique. She was friendly and very professional. There were two other therapists who were constantly chatting and laughing which took away some tranquillity, but overall I'm very happy and will visit again

  • Nolie Fipaza

- Excellent place if you want to indulge in a relaxing day! One of the most tranquil and enjoying spas i have ever visited. The staff was super friendly and well experienced! Atmosphere relaxing!! Do yourself a favor and come for a full day spa!!

  • Shannon Moody

I had the most incredible afternoon with my partner at Life Day Spa - Century City. Avril really went above and beyond and treated us like absolute royalty. We will definitely be back! Thank you Avril and the rest of the team ☺️ …

  • Tumi Khumalo

Flotation bath is my highlight of the place. It’s got the greatest facilities. Though I feel Cape Town service could improve, maybe being a Johannesburg resident has accustomed me to fast and efficient service. The views are great

  • Patrick Chodura

I had a wonderful day at the Life Day Spa Century City. Smooth process, nice staff, great communication, professional treatments Avril of the team is the best host you can imagine. I'll be right back next week...

  • Kgomotso Phalane

The waiter treated us like we were queens. It was my birthday but I did not mention it to him. I'm from pretoria and I would definitely make a visit again in December. I'm so greatful for the beyond good service we have received

  • Diana Olivier

Wow. The staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly. Their packages are very reasonable with a wide range to choose from. Very clean and professional. You relax just walking through the door. Thanks guys for your assistance.

  • Sehnden Sooriamoorthy

Professional and kind service. Enjoyed the massage. Other facilities available are also great, although steam room and salt room were very small for the number of clients visiting the spa at the same time. Thank you!

  • Ivone Fernandes

My first purchases at Life Day Spa. Excellent service offered to me today whilst purchasing face care products. A team of professionals, who were welcoming, informative and engaging. Exceptional customer services.

  • hannie pope

First visit but not the last. I was so relaxed and my facial and back and shoulder massage was the best I have had. Friendly staff all around. Clean and very wellcoming. This is going to be my treat once a month.

We went for a couples message on Saturday. The room was cold and asked if the bed was warm, but even that was not great. We both did not enjoy our messages, I had way better at Life Day Spay in the past.
