I had a bit of a disappointing experience unfortunately... I rather think perhaps I was that one unlucky customer and the staff was very friendly, but I do not recommend going during load shedding time. I booked for a 4 hour spa treatment and my dry scrub (done with a plastic glove...? Hopefully not reusable!) and my massage was done in a freezing cold room. My teeth were chattering. I should have perhaps asked for an additional blanket, but the masseur didn't suggest it either... There was no gas heaters or anything similar. There was also no music in the background or the spa ambience I was expecting, the staff said the sound system was broken. After the scrub and a massage I was offered a hot ginger tea which was cold (again I think because of load shedding, but still..). I was later offered a hot ginger tea again after another treatment and I just got hot water instead with no tea in the pot :D I must have been a very unlucky customer indeed! During my facial the electricity came back and I was given electrical blankets, and the ac was on to warm up the air so that was nice. My favourite treatment was the pedicure though and maybe I should have gone just for that :D the lady was lovely, and gave me a nice feet massage too. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I paid over R2000 for the whole spa package and got a cold the next day :( I have no doubt the lovely reviews of the spa mean that I was indeed unlucky but maybe this review will help to make sure the quality control is maintained even during load shedding :)

I wouldn't think of going anywhere else except Thai Sabai Day Spa. Their staff is so professional and offer exceptionally excellent service. Been there for a couple of times and I must say each time I go there I see a lot of improvements. My last experience was the best, I went for my massage on a cold day, but I felt at home with the warmth of the bed and beautiful music in the background. If I have to choose, I will still choose Thai Sabai Day Spa.

I have had plenty various experiences at various spa's. Thai Sabai Day Spa-Skin Clinic is simply the BEST OF THE LOT! Amazing massage, thé best ever pedicures and absolutely beautiful people. The atmosphere is so warm, peaceful and calming. I have been a few times with my daughter as well as my sister. My sister has also been back and my niece and her mom too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spa for the TRUE spa experience.

Serene setting, friendly staff and amazing massages (covid-19 rules and regulations followed). The Lotus Flower Oil massage is just what I needed during this pandemic...a sweet smelling Thai massage full of antioxidants, all contributing to an intense relaxation while maintaining the skin's beauty. Definitely recommend a visit there as I always glow and feel rejuvenated when leaving Thai Sabai Day Spa‍♀️

These massage therapists know what they are doing. I have been there once, but will go again, for sure. Only downside is: they do not have a hot pool/Jacuzzi, which I prefer when I visit a spa. They do however have an outside pool where guests can relax. Tip: I would prefer going here in summer, to make use of the pool and enjoy the sun on the deck. I had an amazing experience here. My masseuse was Rene, many times I've been to places and walked away sore because they are too rough but Rene did a perfect job. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that due to Covid-19 the experience was altered just a little. Once things are back to normal I'll be going back to give that 5th star!!!

I've been for neck & back, full body, and foot massages. Thai Sabai is easily accessed, professional and tranquil. The staff are pleasant and friendly. Also the Thai girls are authentic. The setting is tranquil and we'll maintained with a nice integration to nature. Definitely one of the better ways to spend the morning.

Very professional spa. They employ well trained Thai girls for massages. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was extremely relaxing and healing. Pedies and manies also excellent. All the staff are friendly and efficient. You might pay slightly more for treatments compared to other spas but the quality is worth it

Went there last week for a mani, pedi and facial and I was so impressed with the treatments and the staff was so professional. A friend recommended it so thought I would give it a try, you feel so relaxed the minute you walk through the door and the staff is amazing. This is spa is highly recommended.

I was quite disappointed in my luxury deep cleaning facial I had to pay R580 for. Less than an hour - no deep cleaning at all. Scrub, mask and face massage - that's it. All of that I could do at home. Products also questionable - my skin feels irritated and inflamed. Definitely not to be recommended.

This place is the best. I will recommend it for anyone. Very professional very friendly staff members too. The place is so neat and tidy and the vibe is very relaxing. My husband surprised me for my birthday today, I want to go back again already.

I go back time and time again as the service is good and the prices not too bad (I have a number of vouchers, and their vouchers last for 3 years, not the normal 3 to 6 months which I detest). Clean efficient, relaxing.

Excellent Thai full body massage. Therapists are well trained and listens to your preferences re pressure, areas to focus on etc. For someone who cannot really tolerate massages, I will make an exception for Thai Sabai.

The venue is lovely but the massage was 10 minutes short and they still rushed us out of there. Not even a glass of water or a moment to relax afterwards.
