If you rent from here beware of the gate lockout!! My rent is due on the 29th with a 5-day grace period but they will lock you out of the gate on the due date regardless of the 5-day grace period. On the 30th I went to get some business products out of my storage and was locked out of the gate. Yesterday I attempted to call the 800 number located on the gate box and was on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. Today I call them and the gentleman that answered the phone told me there was nothing he could do that I would have to wait to business hours because of the office that I'm at. If you rent here. Just be aware that they will lock you out the gate regardless of the 5-day grace period. Just in case you are disabled like me and have no choice of where you rent!!

This is my 1st time renting a unit in my life. Alot of other places gave me "Hell" straight up. When I called Life Storage to setup my reservation, shortly after "Reneisha" who works at the 6720 E.W.T Harris location gave me call before I can spin my head. I was amazed at her great customer service skills and reaching out to me before I can even show up. She made sure that my appointment was set and made me feel very comfortable about renting from her company. She is a "Extremely Valued" employee and I pray the company keeps her and "Up" her pay grade just a little lol. 10 stars in my opinion! Bravo!

Did an online booking and it’s been a nightmare. I’m on day 4 of not using the unit I paid for because no one is ever working in the office. My unit has someone else’s belongings inside and the lock I paid for was inside broken. I never felt comfortable leaving my things there. Now, the “24 hour” line never answers and this office is literally never open even though Google says they should be. Never ever ever give this place your money. It’s been awful and I still haven’t gotten a returned phone call to get my refund.

Nobody works here they have my storage lock and it's been pay on time all the time I need someone to remove that lock to be able to access my tools for work and I'm about to get fired cause Nobody is at this location NEVER I been calling the 800 number and Nobody answers either DON'T RENT HERE DON'T RENT HERE IF YOU NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR STUFF REGULARLY. DO NOT RENT HERE MY STORAGE IS BEEN LOCK FOR THE LAST MONTH I BEEN COMING EVERY DAY AND NOBODY WORKS HERE. OFFICE IS ALWAYS EMPTY

This location had an issue with the internet they still have yet to fix! This caused customers not to have access to their property. Being this storage is where my comoany stores equipment This caused us to lose money and contracts! We will consider legal action for lost revenue!! This company is horrible. Our other equipment is stored with extra space and cubesmart across town. Considering complete change after this being the second issue with lifestorage

Horrible service here. You call, they’ll place you on hold and never come back to the phone. You go to the location and they may be closed early. I’ve made 2 reservations and haven’t been able to even get into the office, due to them barely being at the office. 8+ years of renting units from this company at other locations, so this is VERY disappointing..

I stopped in today to inquire bout a 10x30 I was amazed how the manager Ruth stood up to greet me with a smile. Although she didn't have any available she offered to try to find one at nearby Uncle Bobs. I will keep checking back because I can appreciate the treatment I received from Ruth. Ruth you are doing a great job!!! Keep it up.

Although was confused about what type of storage I was renting when I rented online, the customer service gentleman who worked there was able to fix everything for me for a price I could still afford and in a timely manner knowing I said I was running late for work and that meant a lot about the respect for other people’s times time

The staff at UNCLE BOBS take the time to help you pick the unit of your needs and they are really kind and patient as well as understanding.I love Uncle Bobs and I wouldnt trade them for anything else.My prices stay the same and I never have to inquire about if and why..Keep up the good work

This was my very first experience in getting a storage unit. I was unsure of everything but Reneisha was all to eager to help me. She talked me through the whole process. She even helped me pull the biggie cart into the storage area because there was no ramp. Such great customer service!

I stored with this facility when it was uncle bobs self storage and currently looking for storage again. This facility is clean and the office managers are very polite and kind. I will definitely be storing here again in the next few weeks.

I have been a customer at this location for a long time and the new manager lakeshia is great. Lakeshia is always nice to me when I come into the office. I always pay on the last day of the month and lakeshia always greets me with a smile.

renting from life storage was very easy and the customer service was great. the area was very clean and neat. I have another storage location with another company that not well kept. I will be moving from my other rental location soon.

The process was very easy and Kenneth was so nice! I made my reservation online and Kenneth called me the next morning to confirm. I also like that all of the units have a drive up entrance for easy unloading.

Do not rent a truck with them. They didn't even show up at the store on the day I had my truck rental scheduled. Stole $20 from me - hurt my pride more than anything. They communicate very poorly as well.
